This writing exercise reviews Texas Drifter’s immigration policies that started evolving along America’s Southern porous border estimated thirty years ago. Have not read Mr. Donald Trump’s proposed immigration policies; though have heard they are great start.

Slight difference might be, conservatives do not need to change 14th Amendment to solve “anchor babies” problems; rather just follow Spirit of Law that created 14th Amendment! Reader might reference Library Entry # 851 for clearer understanding of intent of 14th Amendment.

Factual starting truth seems appropriate for determining best immigration policies for America’s present and future: domestic tranquility, national security, and national economic sovereignty. Actual number of illegal immigrants on American soil in year 2015 are closer to thirty-plus million not “eleven” million as most either confused or intentionally lying claim.

Undeniable brutal like “carved in stone” truths about illegal immigrants include following
1. Greed brought most illegal immigrants to America, and greed via voluntary deportation will send most illegal immigrants back to their homelands.
2. Children paying for sins of their parents may not be pleasant but can often be justified. How many children perished during carpet bombings in Dresden during World War II due to sins of their parents?
3. Mexico has historically never been; is not in contemporary times; and probably never will been a good friend or neighbor to America. Mexico’s centuries old cultural hatreds of America and Americans cannot be solved by providing amnesty to illegal immigrants, most whom want to recolonize America for Mexico. Groups like LULAC, La Raza, and other professional ethnic racist hate groups; are like many Black "for profit racist hate groups", who will never have any goals except to destroy everything American.
4. Accessories to supporting Southern porous border with amnesty to “bait” illegal immigrants to break American laws to become part of America’s professional welfare class are just that; ACCESSORIES to every violent crime including murder, rape; every DUI and domestic violent crime; every property crime; every crime of fraud by stealing public services ever illegal immigrant commits. 5. Reader needs to remember 10-30-30 (ten-thirty-thirty): Illegal immigrants represent about ten percent of America’s population; thirty percent of America’s jail and prison populations; and commit estimated thirty percent of crimes against Americans and legal residents. Illegals are perhaps most violent and criminal group based on their percentage of population in America. This fact could easily be known if news media would identify illegals as being illegals when reporting their crimes on news broadcasts. Illegals crimes do not even include epidemics and health problems illegals are introducing into America’s school age children.

Summary, America’s domestic tranquility, national security, national economic sovereignty, health care infra-structure, public education infrastructure, public health infrastructure, and constitutional due process constitutional system is being destroyed by "invaders" known as illegal immigrants. Undeniable truth, Progressive Democrats are willing to support illegal immigrants for votes; while Mussolini Republicans will support illegal immigrants for cheap labor.

1. Secure Border which keeps bad guys out and bad guys’ illegal profits in
2. As soon as possible deportation based on simple hearings minus frivolous future trials – in custody means in custody until deported as soon as possible
3. Employers not making reasonable pre-employment checks to verify legal status for illegal immigrants that gets caught employing illegal immigrants - mandatory jail time ranging from: week, month, six months, year and forfeiture of business after fourth arrest
4. Get caught transporting illegal immigrants – first "fine" then forfeiture of vehicle
5. Deported illegal immigrants forfeit their right to ever return to America with work or tourist VISA; and can never apply for citizenship
6. How greed will send illegals back home – after sixty day grace period, any illegal detained in America will forfeit every single penny of all their assets – does not matter if they came through porous border or over stayed their VISA how long before being caught: years, or decades get caught lose all their ill-gotten gains and be immediately deported
7. Illegal immigrants charged with capital murder will be treated and tried as international terrorist. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Treason times three can equal: one spirit of law treason; plus one Constitutional letter of law treason; plus one statutory letter of law treason. Following writing exercise is partially recycled Library Entry 588 - : “Players in America’s Second Civil War”.

For example, America’s first civil war players were mostly from “North and South”; could America’s second civil war players will be divided between patriots and traitors times three. Can definition of treason include act/s of betrayal like violating sacred oath to U.S. Constitution? Can treason can be defined by inciting words or personal actions?

Moving on to treason times three (one plus one plus one equals three):

1) Could violating spirit of Constitutional law include? Is not publicly renouncing one’s oath “to uphold, protect, and defend”; while conducting covert actions which do not uphold, protect, and defend U.S. Constitution. Make one a traitor to both Heaven and American people, to whom oath was publicly taken? If Reader’s should be obvious answer, is yes; does it also follow that America’s “criminal political class” are traitors?

2) Letter of U.S. Constitutional law involving treason.
Article III Section 3 of U.S. Constitution states: Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Reader should never forget following excerpt from President Washington’s Farewell Address: the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. Undeniable inalienable truth: Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats like Obama who change or act outside of America’s Constitution without “explicit and authentic act of the whole people”, are acting like traitors.

Texas Drifter: Sneak Preview Recycled Immigration Policies

Marshall’s Law Dateline – False prophets advocate violating “spirit of the law” to rationalize violating “letter of the law”. This writing exercise reviews Texas Drifter immigration policies that started evolving along America’s Southern porous border estimated thirty years ago.

Despite propaganda broadcast by "pretender" conservative talk shows in Lower Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas; who do not know difference between "make it up as they go along" liberal law professors, and “strict constructionists”. Reader might consider following example: U.S. Constitution’s “spirit of law” for illegal immigrants’ “anchor babies”.

Post-Civil War reforms focused on injustices to African Americans. The 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868 to protect the rights of native-born Black Americans, whose rights were being denied as recently-freed slaves. It was written in a manner so as to prevent state governments from ever denying citizenship to blacks born in the United States. But in 1868, the United States had no formal immigration policy, and the authors therefore saw no need to address immigration explicitly in the amendment.

In 1866, Senator Jacob Howard clearly spelled out the intent of the 14th Amendment by stating:
"Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country."

This understanding was reaffirmed by Senator Edward Cowan, who stated: "[A foreigner in the United States] has a right to the protection of the laws; but he is not a citizen in the ordinary acceptance of the word..."

The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" was intended to exclude American-born persons from automatic citizenship whose allegiance to the United States was not complete. With illegal aliens who are unlawfully in the United States, their native country has a claim of allegiance on the child. Thus, the completeness of their allegiance to the United States is impaired, which therefore precludes automatic citizenship. (End excerpt)

Texas Drifter: Managing Feed Lot Health Care

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Feed lot health care, one by-product of Obama Care, involves many “assembly line clinics” and their health care providers treating their patients like feed lot livestock.

Standard meaning of feed lots are places where usually cattle are fed, fattened, and moved out. Feed lot clinics are places where: 1) government subsidized health care patients are assembly line diagnosed 2) public subsidy payments are collected 3) patients are moved out.

Managing feed lot health care systems or processes for better, starts with individual patients being “pro-active” in being part of their health care delivery systems. Reader might look up definition of “pro-active”. Why, so reader might remember definition longer.

Another brutal reality, many health care providers like doctors, physician-assistants, registered nurses, and other medical technicians; get so used to Medicare, Medicaid, and indigent patients, treating them like infallible gods. Constant over stroking of health care providers’ vanities; results in some to many health care providers, treating their patients like feed lot assembly line livestock.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Mr., as used above is title of respect. Recently, a Border Patrol Union member, publicly stated in publicly broadcast radio interview, that Border Patrol agents are forced to purchase their own “drinking water” when on patrol. It also seems that Border Patrol agents when encountering those illegally crossing the border into America provide illegals drinking water that agent’s paid for “out of their own pockets”.

Mr. Trump, I personally have no reason to doubt integrity of those putting their lives on a southern porous border, every time they report for duty. Perhaps you might have your sources verify seriousness of America’s taxpayers’ representatives not providing law enforcement agents’ water in hundred plus degree temperatures.

Check out my words, maybe then, you might call on Americans to donate drinking water to those risking their lives for all Americans’ families and loved ones.

Other issues for other times
1. Illegal immigrants seem to know that they will not be prosecuted by U.S. Attorneys for physically assaulting Border Patrol agents?
2. Illegal immigrants “other than Mexicans” (O.T.M.’s) know they cannot be deported to Mexico and have to be deported back to their country of origin. Which is one reason these OTM’s seek out Border Patrol agents “to turn themselves in”. Marshall’s Law Dateline – If Fox News “Fair and Balanced”, relies on “conservative fascist political correctness” (CFPC) to only serve one part of America’s political criminal class; and does not present objective truth; do not conservative American patriots, have a right to know?

Perhaps Reader should thank Fox News for unintentionally inadvertently showing millions of Americans, that Donald Trump was only one of top ten Republican primary candidates to publicly proclaim that he (Donald Trump), would not place loyalty to Mussolini Republicans above his (Donald Trump’s) personal integrity. As for other nine Republican primary candidates, they publicly demonstrated by default; that they would place their loyalties to Republican Party’s criminal political class before being loyal to their personal integrities.

Why would any American, vote for any political candidate that abandons their personal integrity which includes their oath to Heaven and American people to uphold, protect, and defend? Where is decency in supporting Republicans more sympathetic to Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats, than Judeo-Christian patriots devoted to constitutional due processes, ethical capitalism, and America’s national economic sovereignty?

Could one make the observation that voters who vote first for a candidate’s political party even the Republican Party, before voting for candidates’ personal integrity; are metaphorical stump ranger political strumpets? Reader recall old adage, one is what one votes for?

Then again, perhaps Republican Party with propaganda tools like Fox News suggest that Republican Party should become America’s “third political party”? Lady Justice covers her eyes with a blindfold; in one hand carries scales to balance truth and lies; and carries a double edged sword in her other hand. THE ACT OF ABJURATION AND THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

On July 26, 1581, the States General of the United Provinces of the Low Countries issued the Plakkaat van Verlatinge. The Plakkaat, commonly known in English as the Act of Abjuration, argued that the actions of King Phillip II of Spain delegitimized his rule over the Low Countries. As stated in its preamble, when a "prince" does not "defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep.... but, on the contrary, oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe their ancient customs and privileges, exacting from them slavish compliance, then he is no longer a prince, but a tyrant, and the subjects are to consider him in no other view. One who is not familiar with the Plakkaat might find these sentiments familiar; this is likely because of its similarities to the American Declaration of Independence, which states that "when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Due process truth is always prerequisite for justice. Emotional rabid hatred is always prerequisite for mob rule lynching. Mob rule generally remains popular only until, mob starts looking for new person to lynch; like maybe you my Reader. Possible future question, most citizens, care about successful actions not successful whining.

What is difference between conservative ratings motivated cult celebrities, advocating lynch mob revenge for Planned Parenthood’s accused; and rioting Blacks advocating mob rule lynching of law enforcement personnel? Reader might further refine their answer by distinguishing between constitutional due process “personalities”; and rabid acting lynch mob personalities?

Reader might wish to settle back, as this writing exercise consist of three parts:
1. One part theory
2. One part hypocrite’s revenge
3. One part justice for politically evil among us in U.S.

PART I: THEORY

Disclaimer, even human managed non-prejudicial due process investigations; due process trials including appellate courts can make mistakes in administering justice. Proper question: How many more mistakes resulting in unjust penalties do hate motivated mob rule lynch mobs make, compared to constitutional due processes?

Some consequences of rabid acting lynch mob personalities.
1. Texas Drifter worked case more than two decades ago; client stopped me on the street and blurted out: I want you to prove my wife and best friend are having an affair. Informed potential client that investigations were about providing information; that it was court’s job to prove innocence or guilt. Getting to point, reported to client that I saw his wife and best friend enter hotel room on two different occasions, but was not sure they were involved in romantic affair.

Told him they never embraced before entering, or when leaving hotel room; also that I tipped hotel maid to let me in their room after they left. Bed covers were not even slightly wrinkled. None of bath towels had been used. Maid also told me that she never had to clean or straighten room after they left.

Client screamed at me and said I was a fool (not fool enough to have not gotten my money before taking the case). Client said he would confront his x-wife and x-best friend because he knew they were guilty. Client did, turns out his soon x-wife and soon x-best friend were meeting at hotel to plan client’s surprise birthday party! Client ended up losing his wife, family, friends and job, and eventually became perpetual loser. Glad I got my meager assignment wages up front.

2. Public records suggest Missouri / Kansas Jayhawkers were guerilla fighters that were often undisciplined, unprincipled, thieving and murderous. Some reports suggest that these future carpetbaggers during South’s reconstruction put (number varies) 19 Southern women and children into wood frame building and burned it down just to enjoy listening to them scream. These are anti-slavery lynch mob forces that conservative media celebrities refuse to claim as their own.
3. Yankee Republican carpet baggers who engaged in economic, political, cultural, and physical genocide against Southerners during reconstruction; against wishes of their prophet Lincoln. Reader can reference origins of Texas 1876 post re-construction Constitution. Yankee conservatives and contemporary carpet bagger media celebrities need to recognize that that Southerners have a right to learn truthful history. 4. Democrat Party Blacks rioting and wanting to lynch law enforcement personnel in Democrat Party ruled places like Fergusson, Missouri; Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.; and every other city where Blacks feel America owes them lynch mob justice. Since Missourians supported Lincoln first emancipating Blacks only in South not in North. Why, allow Blacks opportunity to become terrorists to murder, rape, torture, Southern women, children, and old people while men were away on front lines. Perhaps race motivated riots is karma on over-due visit to Missouri? Just asking, not accusing.

Continuing on, there is a difference between defending one’s right to due process trial and agreeing with or liking what defendant is accused of doing. Lynch mobs are no less criminal elements that those accused of committing a crime. In fact lynching even a guilty man makes the lynch mob members accessories to capital murder; and entitles them to due process capital murder due process trial.

Undeniable fact, America is built on concept of “constitutional due process law and order”; not “lynch mob rule anarchy”. Due process justice is intended to help provide meaningless over used word: closure. All hateful revenge motivated lynch mob rule anarchy provides, is incentives for more “primitive tribal” revenge.

Not suggesting that their might not be need for revenge if it serves as self-defense. Anyway, topic for another writing exercise.

Reader questioning above theory, might reference legal scholars like 1. Conservative like Ted Cruz, or 2. Liberal like Alan Dershowitz. No reason for Reader to accept theory by one Texas farmer’s son, who devoted his career to conducting non-prejudicial investigations.

PART II: Some Pro-Life Celebrities Hypocrites?

Question, does only whining about “evil doers” and not trying to reach out to “confused” considering an abortion; make some “pro-life” ratings driven celebrity talk show hosts and religious stars hypocrites?

Reader might ask one of hypocrite suspects, how many individual personal counseling sessions have you personally provided to troubled souls considering abortions in last five years? Or perhaps ask, how much money have you devoted to recruit and train volunteers to counsel troubled souls considering abortions in last five years.

Reader might find answers like none; I am into spiritual administration and public relations not individual ministering. Translation, I prefer being a celebrity whiner; which fertilizes my vanity.

Texas Drifter makes no claim of being a religious scholar; still would not some of following options be preferable to being a whiner, just to fertilize one’s vanity?
1. Abortions will more likely be reduced with individual spiritual counseling; not with having government enforce more laws.
2. Would a reasonable suggestion be, “let non-prejudicial legal investigations combined with constitutional due process judicial judgments” deal with Planned Parenthood’s alleged abuses?
3. First Amendment decrees “separation of government and church” which means no public tax dollars should go to Planned Parenthood type agencies.
4. Why have States not held a constitutional convention amending U.S. Constitution declaring Roe V. Wade is Tenth Amendment issue “reserved to the States respectively, or to the people”?

Question, after Reader considers definition of word accessory, Reader might ask: are those who limit their opposition to abortions to whining or transferring their responsibilities to government – neither of which is likely to reduce abortions; accessories to abortions and other abuses which celebrity whiners whine about?

Closing point PART II – As for all hysteria about pro-choice environmentalists being “more upset” about poachers’ death of game refuge lion, than un-born fetuses. Why would anyone be surprised about their reaction? Crimes have different statuary levels. Example selling pound of recreational marijuana and selling pound of military grade ricin are different crimes.

How is whining about pro-life environmentalists complaints about death of game refuge lion, going to prevent one single abortion? Chances are it won’t; so why do celebrity pro-lifers continue do engage in feel good activities that do not reduce number of abortions?

Many will find following answer objectionable – Who cares, being honest is generally oxymoron to being popular. In case Reader did not know, only thing more hypocritical than “Liberal Fascist Political Correctness” is “CONSERVATIVE FASCIST POLITICAL CORRECTNESS”. Question, where is justice not revenge for America’s law abiding innocents from crimes by Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats like Obama; Obama’s Administration and bureaucrats; public subsidy addicts; and allies like Mussolini Republicans; illegal immigrants; and all other world owes us America haters that Reader can list?

There seems to be none, as it keeps getting harder to convince innocents that revenge is no option for justice.
