Marshall’s Law Dateline – Texas Drifter is managing a “this and that” attitude. Following includes a one act screenplay concept “Farmer’s Weather Roulette”; plus brief P.S.C. (patriot security conservative) training exercise.

“Farmer’s Weather Roulette”

Boss

Scene – Ranch Scout’s small “off grid” cabin - (Boss exits his truck and starts walking towards Ranch Scout and Dog on cabin’s porch)

(Dog growls at Boss)

Boss: That dog bites me; I will shoot it.

Ranch Scout: Shoot my partner; I will put you out of this world’s misery; in self-defense, of course. Only times you visit my headquarters is payday, and when you want to whine about something. What do you want to b…h about?

Boss: Talk around town is that you have been telling locals to go steal from my neighbors.

Ranch Scout: I never said that to anybody!

Boss: What did you say?

Ranch Scout: Caught and took photos of couple local juveniles stealing some of your equipment batteries. I asked them if they wanted me to call Sheriff or their dads. One blurted, “Call the Sheriff, my dad will beat me bad.”

Ranch Scout continued: Told them I was in a good mood, and would let them go under two conditions; first, that if I even had a dream that there was one aluminum can missing. I was going to call their dads and the Sheriff; show them my pictures and that they had been stealing whatever was missing.

(Both kids said they would never even drive down the road bordering your properties.)

Ranch Scout added: I also suggested that they tell their friends that their friends, should go somewhere else to steal; because I was going to blame the two in my photos if anything on your place turned up missing. Guess they had a talk with their thieving friends.

Boss: Guess so, everyone else’s property around here has been plagued with robberies. Don’t suppose you would tell me the boys’ names?

Ranch Scout: Not likely, my deal was with them not you. Besides what do you care, if your neighbors are too cheap to hire good security?

Boss: I need new foreman; you know anything about farming; ever think about going into farming?

Ranch Scout: No do not like the odds.

Boss: You chase, hunt, and scare people off with guns; aren’t those higher odds?

Ranch Scout: Answer to first question, I was born and raised on a farm; I am a genuine Texas farmer’s son. As for the odds, my security odds are better than "farmer’s weather roulette". Let me finish.

Ranch Scout: Correct any my numbers that are wrong. You have thousand acres of grain ready to harvest; you expect to cut about six thousand pounds per acre at ten dollars hundred weight, averaging six hundred dollars acre, minus twenty-five cents per hundred, per point too much moisture. Right so far?

Boss: Go on.

Ranch Scout: If you started cutting today using your two machines plus your neighbor’s machine; you could have your crop in, in probably less than four days before Monday. Only problem is you would lose twenty-five cents per hundred, due to one point over in moisture; resulting in you only getting nine dollars seventy-five cents per hundred weight; having you end up with five hundred eighty-five dollars an acre, translating into fifteen dollar acre loss; which at thousand acres is fifteen thousand dollars. Don’t interrupt.

Ranch Scout continues: Weather reports suggest fifty percent chance that monsoon rains are expected to move in on Monday and last for a week. If you grain is still in the field, you could lose minimum two thousand pounds of cut grain per acre; translating into four thousand pounds harvested which pays four hundred dollars return an acre. Option one $585.00 acre – Option two maybe if you are lucky $400.00 acre.

Ranch Scout added: Using your own numbers, you are willing to bet or risk $185,000.00 To make or save $15,000.00 – That boss man is what is called “farmer’s weather roulette”. Oh, by the way; Dog and I have been thinking about moving up around Comstock; we are tired of working for you. We will be leaving in thirty to sixty days once crops are in, before bird hunting starts.

Boss: I can pay you enough money, to make your staying worthwhile.

Ranch Scout: Thanks for the offer, time for my partner and me to move on. We do not mind working for boss man who does not know how we do our jobs; just not much on working for boss man that does not know when we are not doing our jobs. Call you to let you know our leaving date; so you can have our last cash payment ready. Now if you will excuse us, we have rounds to make.

(Dog bares his teeth as he and Ranch Scout walk past Boss to head back to their surveillance duties.)

Editor Marshall Note: Texas Drifter wanted me to remind Reader, explaining not complaining, as we are both getting old; sometimes our high finance mathematics is less than accurate. Point in above screenplay concept is valid; even if Reader determines our high finance mathematics off. We will be only slightly embarrassed.

PART II: P.S.C. (Patriot Security Conservative) Training Exercise.

Freedom’s second most powerful weapon is one word, loyalty. Freedom’s first most powerful weapon can be described in one concept, loyalty to oath. Example, one man’s loyalty to one oath defeated Egypt’s Pharaoh, and started history’s most famous Exodus.

America’s future depends on one leader’s loyalty to uphold protect and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign. This leader’s first objective must be, to first stop America’s decline; before starting to re-build Heaven’s favorite Judeo-Christian constitutional due process constitutional ethical capitalist republic. Remember obvious example, does little good to re-start building one's home until the fire has been extinguished, or put out as most public school graduates might say.

Clue – Leaders no matter how loyal to any oath; can never be successful without having devoted followers be they: 1) “brave lone wolfs” 2) few dedicated confidants to manage dedicated many. TRUE or FALSE

Case study of those opposing above strategy, include: Obama and Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats with Mussolini Republicans both using and allowing: fascist bureaucrats; world owes me haters; public subsidy addicts; anti-American illegal immigrants; Islamic NAZI terrorists; plus members of conservative mafia cults; and others Reader might list. TRUE or FALSE

As for apathetic no significant threat; all they need: is something to eat, place to sleep out of weather, someone to breed, and video games to entertain them rest of time. Although these drones do seem to be “techno-fascists' consumer base.” TRUE or FALSE

Observation: SOME American politicians and federal agencies learned that the problem from having “a license to murder innocents” at places like Malibu, Ruby Ridge, and Waco was following scenarios like Oklahoma City bombing. Seems their answer has been to use:
1. Fascist domestic regulations
2. Diversionary military conflicts like Iraq and Libya
3. Special interest world owes us haters
4. Anti-American illegal immigrants
5. Islamic NAZI terrorists.
All to transform America into a hybrid Marxist-fascist; internationalist corporate fascist; techno-fascist Cerberus police state. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question: it might be worth Reader’s time to consider storing important backup documents on “un-writeable” CD’s; along with utilizing EMP scenario containers to protect electronic equipment to “play” CD’s for those planning on being “EMP survivors”. TRUE or FALSE

Marshall’s Law Dateline – After stopping America’s decline. The re-building of America’s due process constitutional ethical capitalist republic, requires that Yankee Republicans with their 1860’s attitudes. Abandon their post America’s First Civil War Reconstruction through contemporary times’ hypocrisies.

Closet Mussolini Republicans like some media ratings motivated conservative talk show hosts, like to trash Democrats for defending segregation and civil rights reversals following America’s First Civil War. Yankee “conservative” Republicans and carpetbaggers inadvertently created segregation and civil rights abuses of former slaves.

How, by ignoring Lincoln’s wishes; and engaging in economic, political, judicial, and violent genocide against “losers” of Civil War. Southerners reaction against Yankee Republicans, carpetbaggers, and scalawags; was what is called self-defense, by anyone understanding: Ten Commandments, Abjuration Act 1581, inalienable rights in Declaration of Independence, and Bill of Rights.

Yankee Republicans were more devoted to pursuing vindictive revenge than welcoming Southerners back as equal citizens. Reader can review Yankee Republicans’ hate motivated policies that caused Texans to adopt Texas 1876 Constitution.

Yankee Republicans may still not be at top of some Americans patriots’ list. Why, still denying their adherence to earlier treatment of Southerners; plus continuing to talk “at” Southerners like mentally challenged children. About what, how to keep Southerners Red states from turning into Blue states. Questionable advice from Yankee Republicans who allowed their Red states to become Blue states.

Perhaps these Republican Yankees who always whine about Democrats not being held accountable for supporting segregation, Jim Crow policies, and civil rights abuses; might consider explaining why Yankee Republicans should not be held accountable for creating circumstances that incited Democrats' reactions?

Could it be Yankee Republicans never learn from history’s lessons? Lessons like Yankee Republicans’ conduct during Reconstruction, is what drove Southerners into Democrat Party. TRUE not FALSE

Question for contemporary times, will Yankee Republicans and or conservative media driven talk show hosts continue to minimize Southerners’ traditions, values, principles, and historical contributions to America’s past and present? There is no suggestion that Yankee Republicans and conservative cult leaders will drive Southerners back to Democrat Party for 2016 elections. Better than average numbers, suggest that continued diminishing Southerners’ traditions, values, principles, and history may cause millions of Southern voters to “sit out” 2016 elections. Clue – Not denouncing political correct Nazi race baiters destruction of Southerners’ traditions, values, principles, historical relics is no different that Islamic State terrorist destroying religious artifacts in Middle East. Yankee Republicans, conservative cult leaders, and carpetbagger celebrities lecturing Southerners to “not hurt others feelings” by not accepting revisionist history. Seems like some Southerners, are still being expected to graciously act like second class citizens by outsiders who include: (Reader can finish sentence).

Texas Drifter: Supreme Court Urinates on Constitution

Marshall’s Law Dateline – June 2015 will be remembered throughout all human history as “America’s Second Day of Infamy”. That was when two so called conservative members of U.S. Supreme Court urinated on their oaths to Heaven, America’s traditions, and American patriots.

How Reader asks, Justice “Judas” Roberts and Anthony Kennedy again violated their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution. Why, to seemingly “lap lick” Massa Obama’s mob rule democracy's unconstitutional Obama Care Act.

Sodomy multiplied by two is what both Roberts and Kennedy’s Supreme Court rulings to protect Obama Care did to Heaven, America’s traditions, and American patriots. Texas Drifter is just asking, not accusing two seemingly real world reprobates!

Still question arises, should "sodomite" be added to both personal and professional titles for both Roberts and Kennedy? Consider possible new titles, based on both violating their oaths to Heaven, America’s traditions, and American patriots: "Sodomite Justice 'Judas' Roberts" and "Sodomite Supreme Court Member Anthony Kennedy".

Bonus Question – If one hundred million Americans were to make same prayer twice a day; would Heaven consider their humble prayer requests? Only Heaven knows. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus thought question – What was it Peter Muhlenberg born in 1746, his father was one of the chief founders of the Lutheran church in America. Early in life Peter entered the ministry, and was a pastor of a church at Woodstock, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

When the war clouds began to gather, this minister, not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his church of his intentions to resign. The news attracted hearers near and far as Muhlenberg was one of the most popular ministers in Virginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of the duties citizens owe their country. Clue – Being hopeful, perhaps hundred million plus prayers will result in justice for 2015 Supreme Court members; who, based on their decisions have no shame in urinating on a Constitution, that so many have fought and died to protect from enemies domestic and foreign.

Texas Drifter: Natural Laws Have Inalienable Limits

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Definition of inalienable limit is confined or enclosed separating line or boundary for natural laws, which extends to personal principles or individual standards.

Opinions tend to be relative subjective evaluations, examples include: members of Bush Clan are courteous, polite, “nice” corporate fascists. Compared to opinion that Marxist-fascist Obama is condescending, rude, mean-spirited, obnoxious blatantly dishonest America hating race baiter.

Older example involves people suggesting even though Hitler was nice to German children. Question, why would Reader’s personal principles choose to socialize with, or conduct business with pleasant to “be around” fascist?

Additional question, if it is tolerable to consent to confirming hetero phobic religious leaders; why is it not also acceptable to relativize Ten Commandments, and confirm chronic lying, thieving, adulterous, and murdering church pastors or priests?

Follow up question, did Heaven’s Son, cast moneylenders from the Temple; or invite the moneylenders to become disciples without changing their money lending vices?

Texas Drifter: Right Respect for South's Stars and Bars

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Most Americans are not educated enough to know that America's Civil War was about much more than slavery. Lady Justice wears a blindfold to insure justice is based on truth which cuts both ways.

One such truth, one initial reason for Southern States succeeding from Yankee States was oppressive repressive taxes by Yankees on Southerners. Reader can verify this observation if Reader has courage to confront truth.

Another truth, Lincoln at first, only freed slaves in South as tactical advantage for North against South. Why, to incite Southern Blacks to engage in genocidal terrorism against Southern children, women, and old folks; while Southern men were away fighting Yankees on front lines.

Lincoln was not a prophet, more like a Republican politician. Consider following excerpt from “Texas Drifter: America’s Lost Second Tradition Found”.

Moving on to 1860’s International Law as defined by Dr. Lieber; German immigrant who founded Girard College in Philadelphia, taught at University of South Carolina, Colombia College in New York and was “trusted adviser to President Lincoln” according to Virgil Carrington Jones author of GRAY GHOSTS AND REBEL RAIDERS.

According to V. J. Jones, Dr Lieber advised “the rising of the people to repel invasion entitled them to full benefits of the law, and the invader could not well inquire into the origin of the armed masses.”

South responded to cruelty of Northern troops with letter by General Robert E. Lee directed to President Lincoln “that for every man of this class who shall be executed; we will execute in like manner one of corresponding grade selected from prisoners in our custody.”

Bottom line, Northern federal troops like many contemporary federal bureaucrats. “In the end, even top Federal commanders ignored the opinions of Dr. Lieber and retaliated as their individual feelings in the matters dictated, making it a desperate affairs for the irregulars (and civilians)”

Let federal bureaucrats be advised that eventually good guys will win, and evil guys will eventually lose. Bad guys who violate due process rights of good guys’ regular combatants, irregular combatants, or others exercising inalienable rights “en masse” will result in bad guys being tried by Nuremberg type trials.

Federal bad guys need to understand that invaders acting like foreign terrorists may not necessarily possess same due process rights as good guys who have not engaged in “acts of abjuration to U.S. Constitution” before Heaven and American people. Which is one way to distinguish good guys from bad guys; those who honor their oaths are good guys awhile those who “abjure” their oaths are bad guys representing evil. (End excerpt)

As for anti-slavery Missourians, not saints either. Consider case of these self-righteous haters rounding up nineteen Southern women and children. Next the Southern women and children were placed in an old wood building so these Missourians could “enjoy” listening to the women and children scream while the building was burned to the ground.

Reader may be wondering where this writing exercise is heading? To the point, flags are symbolic emotional tools that affect different people in different ways. Perhaps Lady Justice, might consider banning other flags based on the following; before deciding to ban what was original Robert E. Lee’s North Virginia’s battlefield flag?

1. Sherman following Lincoln’s orders pillaged, burned, and engaged in genocide across Southern states.
2. How Yankee Conservative carpetbaggers exploited Southern civilians with economic, political, and judicial genocide during Re-construction.
3. Native Americans massacred at Wounded Knee (Guess some undereducated contemporary carpetbagger social media ratings motivated cult talk show hosts never learned of some American Indians following cultural policies like: raping, torturing, murdering civilian children, women, and other non-combatants.)
4. Perhaps Mexico’s flag should be banned from being displayed in America, as Mexican leaders like Santa Anna and Poncho Villa were little more than sadistic homicidal bandits. Mexico’s treatment of Americans compares to some Middle East terrorists.
5. Truth has unfortunate pattern of not taking “most popular” sides. Does Reader remember: Malibu, Ruby Ridge, Waco, plus many other similar incidents Reader might remember?

Current news, involve S.C. Governor appearing to be nation-wide hypocrite for attempting to ban Virginia’s Stars and Bars; and not calling to ban other flags like Stars and Stripes that have been occasionally disgraced by few shameful actors. (Note this example does not apply to Mexico’s flag which is generally more anti-American than not.) TRUE or FALSE

Symbols represent one letter words. As letters are collections of mobile words, banners and flags can be considered mobile symbols. Flags can not only used to identify groups of people, but also be used to define groups of people.


Consider the American Flag; the thirteen stripes represent the thirteen original colonies. Red stripes symbolize courage and honor. White stripes symbolized virtue. Each of the fifty white stars represents a different state. Some suggest that the color blue stands for Constitutional oath to God's Heaven.


Other American groups also have flags. Each state has its own flag symbolizing its unique history and community pride. Even some organizations making America a better place to live also have flags.


Progressive Democrats and Greenists exhibit green flags displaying a plant representing their Marxist-fascists beliefs and honoring their god a tree. Speaking only for myself, worshiping a god that ends up as chips for a barbeque; you conservative patriot readers get the idea.


Internationalist moderate Republicans and counterfeit conservatives do not have a flag to worship their god unethical capitalism. The rude truth is moderate Republicans are still trying to public relations their way out of their last symbol problems. Remember their "Golden Calf" fiasco?


Perhaps the time has arrived for America's conservative citizens to have their own flag? Consider an American flag with all red stripes and no white stripes. Rest stays same with same messages except no white stripes until contemporary virtue is not equivalent with promiscuity, decadence, and pride in constantly trashing America by what most conservatives call “poop culture” (synonymous with pop culture).

Marshall’s Law Dateline - Seeing the world from the bottom up, is different than seeing world from the top down; regardless of what media conservatives preach. Texas Drifter, following a life threatening medium term serious illness, having no immediate family of relatives; had the opportunity to survive transitory, gladly not permanent condition as “legally indigent” American, with bottom up view of America’s real world health care system.

Many of those real world not desk pilot experiences about health care for America’s indigent; may be referenced at “Citizens Passions Index” following Continue Plus Entry #’s in no special order to name a few: # 189; # 218; # 289; # 144; # 317; # 688; # 357; # 520; # 301; # 699; # 429; # 629; # 678 ….

Few summary lessons include following observations and suggestions in no special order. Starting with most obvious and least recognized, Marxist-fascist (Progressive Democrats) and corporate fascist (Mussolini Republicans) excessive regulations have turned America’s health care into just another over regulated consumer retail product.

Comparison, most consumers never pay first price when purchasing a new vehicle. Perhaps Americans should start getting a second, and perhaps third diagnosis before financially committing to major intrusive health care procedures.

A practice which is discouraged by public sector programs like Medicare; Medicaid; and indigent health care services. Brutal truth is government does not care if health care services are provided by real world flying vultures or human doctors, so long as welfare beneficiaries do not protest at ballot boxes.

One example involves physicians tampering with drug prescriptions; to create prejudicial tests which “justify” additional needed health care services – more physically intrusive like surgery the better. Seems that percentage unknown, many diagnosis are made based solely on physician’s lust for greed.

Consider following real world scenario. Man goes to visit doctor complaining of severe abdominal pains. Doctor says “I am admitting you to hospital right now for surgery in the morning”. Patent seeks second opinion – “You need surgery – will schedule you for operation in seven days.” Patient seeks third diagnosis. Doctor says “You have intestinal infection; take this medicine and you will be fine in two weeks.” Which patient was; sometimes additional opinions should be considered routine procedure when seeking retail health care?

Some have suggested that retail health care shopping might pursue following three component strategy: minimum intrusive maintenance. Reader needs to understand that sometimes strategies work and sometimes strategies do not work. Guess Reader needs to decide if they wish to be involved in managing their retail health care; or just rely on doctor’s advice, which Reader will surely admit, is partially motivated for profit. Not being disrespectful to health care workers; rather acknowledging that profit is motive of all “retail” products and services.

Anyway, components of above strategy include consumer (self); doctor (health care worker); and Heaven. Why should such and strategy be considered? Reader needs to understand that America’s health care system has evolved away from one’s family doctor making home visits to “livestock-feedlot clinics” health care system.

Some contemporary health care providers do not have time to discuss patient /client’s diagnosis or needed health care services. Seems to Texas Drifter, that if one is going to purchase retail health care services; then, health care providers should explain why and what services are needed!

Some types of contemporary health care workers including doctors include:
1. Incompetent
2. Greed based fraud by not delivered services, unnecessary services, phony invoices and or inflated insurance claims
3. Vanity motivated treatment of patients/consumers by health care providers who have become self-appointed false prophets
4. Minority racist or ethnic prejudice healthcare providers – usually against Anglos
5. Actual percentage unknown of competent, honest, professionals who care about being health care providers including doctors seeking to help other humans

Other concerns for patient/consumer are life-saving treatments being stopped during treatment process. More common is cancer treatments being stopped which is essentially cruel painful death sentence for patient/consumer. This process is administered by political elites, and will be carried out more and more by Obama’s “death panels”. Why, to not waste tax payer’s money on those who are “going to die anyway”. Reports suggests that Texas Republican Governor Abbott signed State passed legislation which would remove corruption cases from Travis County’s Public Integrity Unit; and instead creates a special process with the Texas Rangers investigating allegations of corruption and home-county prosecutors deciding whether to pursue the cases.

Republicans were justified in removing corruption cases from the Austin based Public Integrity Unit, since most Texas knew and know that Democratic leaders of the Travis County district attorney’s office would not impartially handle cases against Republicans.

Could one pre-suppose that purpose of legislation is to take morally bankrupt Marxist-fascist Austin prosecutors out of due process justice system, and replace them with “hometown connected” prosecutors who owe politician/s favors? Could be wrong; that will not be justice, dependent on impartial due process judicial system? How is prejudicial conservative justice, any improvement over prejudicial liberal prosecutors’ justice?
