Texas Drifter: On Your Own Alone

Marshall’s Law Dateline – One Reader asked origin of Texas Drifter’s attitudes. One answer could be that reality experiences are only anecdotes never facts; when compared to other peoples’ experiences. Following observations are merely explaining, not complaining.

Scenario started after closing my business to spend about three years caring for very special relatives. After these relatives went home, and their debts were settled; re-started security career to re-build mostly used up financial reserves during previous non-income generating three years.

During a bout of pneumonia, was given wrong prescription medicine by hospital staff that caused a stroke shortly after being dismissed from hospital for recovery. Still not having time to re-build resources, Texas Drifter was left without recovery health care. The “oops we are sorry about wrong pills” hospital attitude provided little medical recovery.

Many say why didn’t you sue hospital? Guess surviving and recovering were more important concerns. As title suggests, I was on my own alone; a place my thirty plus career in intelligence, investigation, and security had placed me many times before.

Consider following
1. Had no job to generate income
2. Had no money for medical care
3. Was blessed to be able to walk twenty feet without having to stop and rest
4. Lost what seemed like more than half my memory
5. Brain did not synch up with my sometimes unintended words
6. Could not drive so I sold my truck for few dollars
7. Had no relatives worth talking about to advocate for me, as some relatives are like undisciplined dogs only coming around when they want your “bones”
8. Friends can only do so much as they have their own life responsibilities
9. Seem to be surrounded by welfare profiteers who wanted to adopt me as their food ticket vegetable
10. About all I had left was my “Free Spirit” fifth wheel and ability to generate short writing exercises
11. Seemed only thing that I had going was an old expression my very special now gone home relatives had taught me: survive best you can with what you have, and always be grateful to Heaven for your blessings.

Decided that first thing I needed was a “daily list”; which started with: get up with sunrise; hygiene care; fix breakfast; start walking; rest; walk more tomorrow than today; keep looking for “rent free space” for my “Free Spirit” plus meals and supplies bartered for security of small ranch; work on Texas Drifter writing exercises; continue working on another similar list tomorrow.

Side note – Update estimated decade later – still working on list some fourteen plus, mostly not so great ranches later. One addition to list is find ranch I can call my very own; so last blank of blank boss this old Texas drifter ever has to work for is myself.

Few lessons learned Reader might be interested in: First, Obama Care which is tolerated by Mussolini Republicans like McConnell, McCain, Cornyn, Bush clan (others Reader can list) is worse than Veterans of Administration care for America’s veterans.
Second Obama Care can be profiled by following examples of care Texas Drifter received.
1. Negligence – prescribing wrong pills
2. Incompetence – referrals of indigent too doctors who will not treat patients without sufficient co-payments
3. Unlimited fraud scams – like raising donations to pay for indigent patients’ health care bills; then selling bills paid for by donations to “bill collectors”, which ruin patients’ future credit ratings – other rip offs include -
4. Double billing for same medical services
5. Billing for unnecessary medical tests and services
6. Basing all medical diagnosis on “blood tests” in “feed lot assembly line - health care clinics”
7. Accepting insurance cards for services, when the clinic knows full well the clinic is not in that insurance provider’s “network” – clinic then sends patient letter stating that they are responsible for costs that their insurance carrier no longer covers.
8. Prescribing drugs for commissions from prescription drug retailers
9. Note - Many physicians are not corrupt or incompetent, problem is their supporting bureaucratic staff – Another note there seems to be increase of racist physicians from third world countries practicing racial hatred against Caucasian patients. A condition witnessed, but dutifully ignored by many Obama Care supporters. Why, would these Obama Care supporters endorse flooding America’s health care system with less qualified third world doctors? Obvious answer, they have “good health insurance plans”. Again not suggesting all foreign doctors are unacceptable, just that many are incompetent and racists. More details about why Obama Care supporters would support incompetent or racist third world doctors is subject for another writing exercise.
10. Other points Reader might add.

Getting old is not for go along go get along wussies. Perhaps thinking like being “on your own alone” might not make Reader such an easy target for all those seeking to exploit, steal from, abandon in nursing home, or abandon on side of road. Common health care strategies for elderly by both private sector and public sector evils among us in U.S.? TRUE or FALSE

Question, when is a boycott not a boycott? Definition of boycott: to engage in concerted refusal to have dealings with another - often being a business or organization. Boycott can usually be used to express disapproval; plus force change of offending behavior. Any boycott not attempting to force change is not really a boycott. Example not continuing to do business with a specific news organization, and not caring if the news media member like Fox News, changes their behavior or not; is not really a boycott. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question – Catholic Church as well as other religious leaders are accessories at minimum and or totally responsible for letting themselves be duped by forces of evil. Some examples might include
1. Marxist fascists exploiting truly indigent (genuinely poor not professional poor)
2. Corporate fascists exploiting government regulations in name of climate change
3. Providing aid and comfort to Islamic State and cartel gangsters by allowing terrorists and violent criminals, to compromise America’s border’s, by infiltrating Syrian or Middle East refugees or illegal immigrants from other third world countries.

Clue – Is violating maybe eight of Ten Commandments a comprehensive blatant sin before Heaven? By who, those exploiting truly poor or ethical capitalists for greed or political advantages.

Bonus thought question – If Catholic Church and other church leaders feel capitalism is such an unholy evil? Why then to avoid appearance of their not being hypocrites; does not Catholic Church and other church leaders; return all dollars, properties, and other assets to their proclaimed to be “evil capitalists” making original donations? Some suggest that Catholic Church may be largest “private” property owner in America. TRUE or FALSE

Texas Drifter: Are you Patriotic Conservative Voter?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are two kinds of American voters. First, those who would rather let America burn to the ground in service of their vanity, by only voting for their vanity chosen candidates. Second, Patriots who tolerate candidate imperfections and vote to win. Which type of voter are you?

Preview question - Could G. Beck, G. Will, Governor Perry, and Governor Walker, be acting like “sore losers” or future “sore losers” by trashing 2016 Republican Presidential front runner? Are these “sore losers” being subtly cheered on by Fox News? Just asking, not accusing.

Earlier Texas Drifter “Prologue” - "Liberty Is Responsibility, Not License"

Marshall’s Law Dateline – If reader does not believe following by Francis A. Walker from DISCUSSIONS IN ECONOMICS late 1800’s, reader should probably not waste their time reading rest of this Texas Drifter writing exercise.

Walker’s words: For it is never to be forgotten that self-defense is the first law of nature and of nations. If that man who careth not for his own household is worse than an infidel, the nation which permits its institutions to be endangered by any cause which can fairly be removed is guilty not less in Christian than in natural law.

Title, “Liberty Is Responsibility, Not License” is excerpt from address by William McKinley at the dedication of the Cuyahoga county Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument at Cleveland, Ohio, July 4, 1894. Mr. McKinley was then governor of Ohio.

SUCH monuments as these have another meaning, which is one dear to our hearts of many who stand with me. It is, as Mr. Lincoln said at Gettysburg, that the dead shall not have died in vain; that the nation’s later birth of freedom and the people’s gain of their own sovereignty shall hot perish from the earth. That is what this monument means. That is the lesson of true patriotism, that what was won in war shall not be worn in peace.

But we must not forget, my fellow countrymen that the Union which these brave men preserved, and the liberties which they secured, places upon us, the living; the gravest responsibility. Following observations are TRUE or FALSE?
Obama and his Marxist-fascist allies along with Republican establishment ruling class elites, believe that liberty is license to:
1. Steal your property with excessive taxes and public debt;
2. Deny your rights to be responsible for your free will individual actions with excessive government regulations;
3. Prevent you from making and following pursuit of free will religious beliefs by using tyrannical government force which causes you to support promiscuity;
4. Worst of all using "government's liberties" as a public sector license to force you to become government slaves;
5. Reader’s assignment add to above list.

Above all TRUE observations mean two undeniable truths: 1) Proving that you dislike America more than you dislike Obama. How, by voting for anyone other than current 2016 Republican President front runner who represents "people loving America's choice". 2) Fact, voting for Massa Obama’s probably radical Muslim surrogate, is vote for government slavery.

Three closing points to this writing exercise:
1. Socialism is; always has been; and always will be Devil’s temptations;
2. To paraphrase old country song: Texas Drifter is proud of being a patriot; even when being a patriot was, is, and will not be cool;
3. Re-stating the obvious, Texas Drifter is too old to learn to be a government slave; how about you Reader, will you make a good government slave?

Repetition is still a good training tool this writing exercise has three such lessons:

Texas Drifter: Teaching Kids to Be Citizen Zombies

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Editor Marshall asked me, Texas Drifter, why I submitted following “obvious” “Teaching Kids to Be Citizen Zombies” writing exercise. Guess that is why Editor Marshall edits my writing exercises?

Simplistic answer, America’s contemporary: one parent and two income families’ family structures; combined with day care, Pre-K, non-universal vouchers for public schools and non-universal vouchers for mostly Marxist ideology motivated universities is setting standards for teaching children to become citizen zombies.

Specific examples of how America’s children and young adults are learning to become citizen zombies, by teaching or not teaching following.

1. Teaching impulse gratification not teaching mental discipline. – Results include world owes me spoiled brats, along with other haters like Obama’s racists and other special interest promiscuous demanders of community respect.
2. Not teach difference between right and wrong principles and values. – Results include Supreme Court majority including Justice “Judas Roberts” and other oath breaking false prophets like Kennedy.
3. Not teaching history so citizens can learn not to repeat history’s lessons. – Results include Texas Governor Abbott who seemingly ignores almost two hundred years of detailed history of international relations between Texas and Texas’s sworn enemy Mexico.
4. Not teaching independent thought processes – Results include America’s “poop culture” and tyranny first Marxist-fascist Democrats using, along with corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans tolerating America being “socially ruled by mob rule” with P.C. Nazi thought and speech control.
5. Not teaching managing and surviving hardships. - Results include “no lose” soccer sporting events which often allow rotating team captain to choose soccer team’s mascot of week name. On national level, Republican Party leaders like McConnell, Cornyn, Graham, McCain, Boehner, J. Bush and others Reader can list. Republican leaders afraid that Obama will not let these “lap licking” Republicans be Obama’s buddies.
6. Not teaching work ethics – Results include salary increases not based on job performance; rather, “tried and sloppy” is all work performance with good intentions that matter.
7. Not teaching respect for American or Texas’ traditions, values, principles, history. – Results include Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas (RGVNM) community which has replaced flying Texas flag with RGVNM, Texas: University of Texas –Rio Grande Valley mascot flag below tattered American flag (which shows total disrespect for America’s “Old Glory”). Seems like a mirror of Obama’s expressed contempt that America, is nothing more than a nation built on racism. Could analogy be made that above are just different haters of all things American and Texan; just different ends of haters spectrum?
8. Not teaching objective standards – Results include Obama helping Iran become a nuclear power which threatens America, Israel, Europe, Middle East, parts of Africa, and anyone else Iran wants to destroy.
9. Not teaching other concepts important to Reader. Results include …

Texas Drifter is starting to feel all writ out, and is in a questions for Reader attitude.

Question, will everything in America, eventually become a rental scam? How, when excessive national debt creates hyper-inflation and value of U.S. dollar becomes not worth all that much? Will creditors call in notes like mortgages on property and vehicle notes? Why, their need to have or control “real” assets under their control; not paper of any kind: money, stocks, bonds, or notes receivable. What then, these creditors could rent back or lease back to previous note holders? All the while, creditors’ and banks’ real assets increase in values as new economy stars to re-create itself? TRUE or FALSE

Question, purgatory can be a step up from Hades. Especially when Obama, Biden, Clinton, other Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats including celebrity liberals; all live by one principle defined by one rule. Same rule tolerated by corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans (Reader can list): It is a criminal wrongdoing to disparage or discriminate against anyone based on their race, ethnic background, sexual desire of the week, religious fanaticism; unless that person is a Judeo-Christian person of Caucasian descent. TRUE not FALSE

Clue - Internationalist corporate fascist Republican aristocrats are constantly apologizing for looking like white Christian conservative American patriots. TRUE or FALSE

Observation question – Recent events reportedly in Irving, Texas; involving Muslim fourteen year old student that took a home-made clock to school that allegedly might have looked like a bomb. Could the entire incident have been a P.C. Nazi “publicity bait scam” to promote sympathy for Muslims? If a Caucasian child had been involved in similar scenario; chances are good, that both the child and their parents would already be on death row. It is a fact, that the White child certainly would not have been invited to Obama’s White House, or be treated to gifts from I am sorry I am rich white person crowd. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Check out all variables like: Involved Muslim alliances with Islamic State; supporters of replacing America’s Constitution with Sharia Law; very young Muslim children being raised to hate all things American. Is it possible that those who “blindly” supported the Muslim child victim; would have also have accused others around them of being negative; as Hitler was building showers not gas chambers? TRUE or FALSE

Question, perhaps the greatest threats to domestic tranquility in places like R.G.V.N.M., Texas and California are examples which include not managing influx of illegal immigrants and never increasing growth of public welfare subsidy addicts. Why, both groups seem capable of doing little more than breeding, feeding, demanding more and more tax payer dollar services; plus engaging in increasing rates of domestic violence and criminal activities. TRUE or FALSE

Clue - Following Aristotle lessons might help with above answer.
Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.
Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich (Republican establishment aristocrats) get the better of the poor, or the poor (Progressive Democrats) of the rich neither of them will establish a free state. Bonus question, future historians will record how America self-destructed because many Baby Boomers and Millennials pus others shared personality traits, with those building the Golden Calf that so angered Mosses; or those cast from the Temple by Heaven’s Son. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Being blinded by lust for “if it feels good, just do it”; or being blinded by lust for greed by either, is piggish behavior at expense of future American generations. Such conduct is unworthy of descriptive description in this writing exercise. TRUE not FALSE

Texas Drifter: No October Goodnight Kisses!

Marshall’s Law Dateline - Texas Drifter warns parents, if you love your children; warn them that goodnight kisses during October; especially near Halloween, might be more deadly than Ebola. Unreported news reports suggest the following events, never happened or do happen during October.

Observation, vampires are legend, Texas Drifter’s newly discovered evil among us in U.S. has no name. Those who ignore warnings about no October or Halloween goodnight kisses could soon become memories for only the living.

Marshall’s Law Dateline –There is an unreported crime wave threatening America. The greatest threat to Americans of all ages: “the goodnight kiss” in October, on or near Halloween.

Read on my Reader. Why, to learn how to protect your loved ones as well as yourself, from what could be the eternal Halloween Goodnight Kiss; reading instructions for this news report, best read as written alone in dark with flashlight.

Sheriff to Deputy: Pick up autopsy from Doctor on man pulled out of city reservoir last night; then start initial investigation. Know you are new detective so just facts no fluff.

(Doctor’s Office)
Deputy: Let me guess, drunk fell into reservoir and drowned?
Doctor: Drunk, yes, blood alcohol content .29; drowned no. Cause of death suffocation, be more precise dying from lack of air or oxygen; he was asphyxiated. This man was dead before he went into the water.
Deputy: Suffocated like by a pillow?
Doctor: His lungs were collapsed; someone or something sucked the air out of his lungs.

Deputy: Your best guess?
Doctor: Only theory now, guessing he died from good night kiss.
Deputy: I cannot tell Sheriff that we have a killer kisser in his county; I need better theory than that.
Doctor: look at the following
1. Bruises on this nerve bottom of neck along top of shoulder
2. Finger nail marks bottom of neck
3. Strands of shiny black hair (test results pending)
4. Reddish lipstick residue on his lips (test pending)
5. Look at his totally open eyes; plus
6. His, lungs were totally collapsed.
7. Should have more clues later.

Deputy: Explain the bruised nerve.
Doctor: Turn around (after Deputy turns around); Doctor, (simultaneously squeezes nerve and asks) How does this feel?
Deputy: (almost dropped to floor from excruciating pain) - You’ve made your point; anything else?
Doctor: Brief internet search reveals there have been few cases every Halloween holiday season with or without full moon.

Deputy: Anything else I am not telling Sheriff?
Doctor: Yes, you will not like it; victims are of both sexes, and there is always more than one victim. Probably more victims than we know about, as their bodies could have been found at vehicle accidents, structure fires, and deaths made to look like suicides two examples hangings, or drowning like what we have here. Your best part to tell the Sheriff is statistical increases around Halloween date back to mid- 1600’s.

Deputy: Let me get this right, I am supposed to tell the Sheriff this man was killed by a four hundred year old bisexual that sucks air out of people’s lungs, and that this, whatever it is will probably be giving more good night kisses until Halloween is over? I know, why don’t I just write the press release for the Sheriff? Did it ever occur to you that I might like finally making detective?

Doctor: You may be jumping facts to get to conclusions; your perpetrator, as you detectives like to say may not be bisexual, perhaps they have ability to change shapes to live on life forces in oxygen drained from victim’s lungs. Just tell the Sheriff my results are inconclusive and you will let him know more when I get more test results. Almost forgot, found these soaked paper matches from Dead Rat Cantina in first victims pocket. I should have more for you when you come in for autopsy report on next victim. Better get busy still have several full moons, and Halloween good night kisses’ nights left this holiday season.

Deputy: This job has dulled your sense of humor, you might think about finding another career.
Doctor: I have been, thinking about opening a discount mortuary in this county, already know most of my future customers.
Deputy: Be in touch.

Deputy to Sheriff: Autopsy results are inconclusive; Doctor said he would have more information later.
Sheriff to Deputy: Remember you are on probation and this is an election year so no fluff. (Sheriff hangs up on Deputy)

Deputy travels to, enters, and walks up to bar at Dead Rat Cantina; then asks Bartender.)
Deputy: (shows autopsy photo) See this guy last night?
Bartender: Yea, he looked better than that.
Deputy: See him leave with anyone you know?
Bartender: Yes and No, saw him leave with some lady never saw before.

Deputy: Describe her.
Bartender: Medium height, perfect body, the kind that starts wars, below the jaw blackest shiniest hair I have ever seen, emerald eyeliner with emerald fingernail polish, off color red lipstick, black leather dress.
Deputy: You have pretty good memory.
Bartender: Generally I am only sober one in here; so I have nothing else to do but pay attention to fine details.

Deputy: What else do you remember?
Bartender: Hard to forget her eyes.
Deputy: Why?
Bartender: Like cemetery eyes, they not only stared through you, but also melted your soul, but also seemed to hypnotize at the same time.
Deputy: Here’s my card, call me if she comes back in; understand?
Bartender: She a suspect?

Deputy: Just call me.
Bartender: Almost forgot, her name sounded like something ha.
Deputy: Could it have been La Bruja?
Bartender: Yea that was it.
Deputy: Call me.

(Sheriff’s Office Next Morning)
Sheriff to Deputy: Had a hit and run last night, go see Doctor and pick up autopsy, then start initial investigation; like I said no fluff.

(Doctor’s Office)
Doctor to Deputy: You again, good news; your lady friend is back.
Deputy: I am starting to not like you. Let’s hear what you have.
Doctor: (pulls back sheet) First appearances are hit and run; but like your drowning victim, he was dead before several vehicles ran over him. Similarities to your first victim:
1. lungs collapsed like victim one;
2. bruised nerve same side as victim one;
3. nail marks on neck like victim one;
4. reddish lipstick on lips like victim one;
5. eyes look same as victim one

Deputy: That’s the Bartender, told him to call me. He was my only witness.
Doctor: You are wrong; your best witnesses are my forensic evidence.
Deputy: Still need you to explain all this to Sheriff.
Doctor: You might want wait on that for a while; until you hear test results.

Deputy: I am waiting.
Doctor: I love your cases.
1. Lipstick is old blood
2. Her hair natural color other tests pending
3. Re-checked incidents statistics generally Halloween but not only full moons

Deputy: Bartender said she had hypnotic eyes.
Doctor: Fits into my emerging theory
1. First her appearance and looks attract bait;
2. Alcohol and or drugs reduce inhibitions, plus they affect blood not air in lungs;
3. Eyes start to hypnotize and hypnotizes;
4. Crushing nerve creates disabling and distracting pain;
5. Finger nails in back of neck hold victim in place during good night kiss while your lady friend takes thirty to fifty seconds to inhale all air in victim’s lungs until victim’s lungs collapse.

Deputy: Time to go see Sheriff.

Recent news reports have reported that of 847,822 veterans waiting for Obama’s managed Veterans Administration health care; 238,637 veterans have died while waiting for health care from their primary health care provider Veterans Administration.

Several questions that only courageous Americans will have courage to answer.

First how many estimated members of America’s best and bravest died in combat during following conflicts?
1. American Revolution: 8,000
2. War of 1812: 2,300
3. Mexico’s 1845 War against America: 1750
4. War Between the States (Total both sides): 215,000
5. World War I: 54,000
6. Word War II: 292,000
7. Korean War: 34,000
8. Vietnam War: 48,000

11. Other non-listed / non-included wars; like Indian Wars that Reader can identify

Few observations, more veterans have died waiting for health care under Obama Administration than died in combat during America’s Civil War. Bounty Hunter: Wait! (Picks up sheriff’s badge on desk) Swear me in as county sheriff until Rangers arrive in town tomorrow.

Bounty Hunter: I have a job for you my undercover deputy. Put on a pot of coffee; take this gold piece and go across street to saloon; buy best bottle of whiskey they have (sure you know what that is); bring me that bottle of whiskey with unbroken seal; tell Biden in pink vest I want to see him in my office. Also tell him that I will come looking for him in the shadows, if he does not stop by for short visit; also do not tell anyone I am temporary sheriff. If you do not come straight back; I will start asking folks if they have seen my undercover deputy. Your ride out of this town comes with your contributing to my getting my receipt signed.
(Bounty Hunter starts rigging double barreled shot gun resting against Obama’s body if anyone tries to “in any way” open jail cell door without knowing trick to disable old twelve gauge. Shortly after maze of ropes and chains is finished; undercover deputy just walks in.)
(Bounty Hunter draws his short barreled forty-four) New Rule: anyone comes through that door without knocking gets shot. Put a sign on door that says such. Then pour yourself a cup of coffee.
Ed. M.: Did what you said; told Back Shooter Biden what you said. Here is the unopened bottle of saloon’s best whiskey.
Bounty Hunter: Good work; for the record, you are still on probation as undercover deputy; the whiskey is for me; all you get is coffee till you get off probation.
Ed. M.: When’s that?
Bounty Hunter: Don’t bother asking me; I will let you know. Now go put up that knock before opening door sign.

ACT II

(Ed. M. just poured his cup of coffee when he and Bounty Hunter hear loud knock at door.)
Bounty Hunter: Well your sign works – see who it is.
(Ed. M. walks over and looks out crack in window) – It’s Biden.
Bounty Hunter: Good – open door slowly, let him in; then step out of way.
(After doing what he was told – Biden slowly walks in)
(Standing in arms reach – slightly aside Biden) Bounty Hunter: Appreciate you not making me look for you in the shadows. I wanted you to see your partner’s cell. Anyone moves that cell door fraction of an inch; you and your friends will have two Obama partners. Now I want you to slowly with your left thumb and little finger, remove your pistol, put it on the desk. Then you and you friends will ride out of town and not return until day after tomorrow.
Back Shooter Biden: I do not take orders from any Bounty Hunter.
Bounty Hunter: True, I am not telling you as a Bounty Hunter; I am ordering you as new temporary county sheriff recently sworn in by Judge Judas. Now slowly put your gun on my desk.
Back Shooter Biden – You could die trying to take my 45.
Bounty Hunter: I was hoping you would say that. (As if like lighting with two quick blows with what appeared to be small “black jack”; Bounty Hunter broke the “back shooter’s” gun arm and opposite jaw.)
Bounty Hunter (Then with his boot on “back shooter’s” shoulder slowly removed the .45; and set the weapon on his desk. Then looking at Ed. M.): Drag this “back shooter” to back of your old cell. Use leg irons, one on good arm and opposite leg through bars to secure our prisoner so he cannot move; then put this black bag over his head.

Bounty Hunter continuing: I want you to remember three things for rest of your life about Back Shooter Biden.
1. Threatened the life of a peace officer
2. Resisted lawful arrest
3. I used reasonable force to do my job.
4. Understand
Ed. M.: Yes Sir!
Bounty Hunter: After you secure the prisoner; pour yourself a fresh cup of coffee. Think I will have a taste of that good whiskey you brought me. Any complaints?
Ed. M.: No Sir! (Bounty hunter sat down at desk to pour himself a deserved beverage-drink.
(After what could have been plus or minus and hour – another knock at door)
Bounty Hunter: See who it is.
Ed. M. (looking through crack in window): Town’s chamber of commerce money barons – McConnell, Cornyn, and Boehner. (Bounty Hunter waves let them in.)
Bounty Hunter: What can I do for you pillars of the community?
McConnell: We took up a donation of ten thousand dollars for you; hoping you will take it and leave town without your prisoner.
Bounty Hunter: Why would that benefit you three pillars of the community?
Cornyn: Railroad is thinking about settling here to be major hub for moving livestock up north. They are not likely to set up in a town known for a recent lynching. Take the money, what do you care if the ten thousand is from State of Texas or Chamber of Commerce?
Bounty Hunter: What happens to Obama?
McConnell: Prisoner shot while escaping is not long time news.
Bounty Hunter: Never was much of pillar in the community. Taking money from State of Texas is legal bounty so even an accused low life like Obama can get a due process trial, and due process hanging if that is what jury and judge decide. Taking your money, and leaving an accused low life like Obama to be murdered by pillars of the community like you would be premediated murder. A distinction that community leader like you would never understand. (Without warning, Boehner breaks out in tears with squealing sobs old women would have trouble matching.)
Bounty Hunter: Get him and your blood money out of my office; before I charge you three with attempting to bribe a duly sworn in peace officer. That’s right, Judge Judas Roberts, did not tell you that before you came over here; and tried to bribe me? I am not going to tell you again, get out of my office, and take your cry baby Boehner with you. (All three abruptly exited.) (Looks at Ed. M.)
Ed. M.: Those are second people you told about Judas Roberts swearing you in.
Bounty Hunter: Bad secrets are hard to keep.
(About thirty minutes later another knock at door) Bounty Hunter: Next time make a smaller sign.
(Again Ed. M. hustles to rack in widow): H. Clinton – Town “busy body” serving all victims everywhere. Bitter spiritually barren old woman who is in no way related to Obama’s victims. She thinks her wealth make her town’s beauty queen; and “all” town’s people desire to be with her in a romantic way.
Bounty Hunter: Hope she is here to be with you; I am in no mood for romance. Let her in.
H. Clinton (steps inside): I am here for justice for relatives of Obama’s victims.
Bounty hunter: Lady it has been a long day that is still not over. Go to Obama’s trial and find all the justice you want.
H. Clinton: Don’t mock me you female hating conservative – No hanging no justice - Hear what I said? – I said no hanging no justice. – Do you think I am attractive? –
Bounty Hunter – Lady, nothing personal – but I prefer more experienced women.
H. Clinton – I have lots of experience.
Bounty Hunter: (Looks at Ed. M.) Escort this concerned citizen out of here. (H. Clinton starts screaming “no hanging no justice” as she is escorted out side.)
(Bounty Hunter start re-loading few ten gauge shells)
(As night edged on Bounty Hunter and Ed. M. starting hearing rocks or bricks hitting door and wooden window shutters) (Ed. M. glanced though different smaller crack in other window) – Thirty to forty some carrying long post; looks like to ram door. (Not stopping)
Leader goes by name Beck; just showed up and started donating little money to town’s only church – Shortly after, his cult like groupies started drifting into town and took over the church. Now Beck and followers have become town’s self-appointed prophets of community standards. They intimidate the weak and avoid the strong. He builds his reputation by begging for church members hard earned dollars. Also heard he traded being addicted to alcohol, for being addicted to vanity.
(Suddenly mob could be heard screaming) “No hanging tonight – no justice”; “No hanging tonight – no justice”; “No hanging tonight – no justice” …
Bounty Hunter (Picks up some of ten gauge shells he had been re-loading) (Then picks up old double barreled ten gauge, and loads two of recently re-loaded shells): When I nod, open door all the way and step back; let’s see how tough Beck’s cult lynch mob really is.
Bounty Hunter (Nods) (Levels ten gauge at mob and fires both barrels) (After few seconds, deathly silence covers area in front of door): Next time I will use lead, not rock salt; leave post where it is; Judge Judas Roberts swore me in as sheriff till tomorrow; see any of you on streets till after sunrise; I will shoot you as looters. (Steps back looks at Ed. M.) Close the door.
Bounty Hunter to Ed. M.: Pour yourself another cup of coffee; I deserve small drink of the good whiskey you brought me.
(It was not even fifteen minutes before there was another light taps on door.) Bounty Hunter: Who now?
(Ed. M. being quick to window): It’s Blanca, barmaid from cantina bad side of town. Looks like she brought food basket. (Bounty Hunter waves let her in.)
Bounty Hunter: Why are you here Flaca?
Blanca: It is Blanca not Flaca!
Bounty Hunter: Look Flaca, why would you risk your life bringing us food?
Blanca: I hate this town. You take me with you when you leave.
Ed. M.: We can’t send her out or leave her here now; they had to see her come in with food basket. Besides Blanca makes best “cabrito asado” tacos in this part of Texas.
Bounty Hunter: Alright, Flaca, we will take you with us; if the food is good and you do not talk to me until we are ready to leave.

ACT III

(Good while after sunrise, three solid knocks startled those in old jail resting between restless dozing and napping.)
Bounty Hunter: That is a Ranger’s knock, let them in. Ed. M. opens door so two very alert Rangers could walk in.) Lt. Cruz, never thought I would enjoy seeing you again.
Lt. Cruz: Guessed the unsigned telegram might be from you.
Bounty Hunter: I have a State of Texas poster offering ten thousand dollars for Obama “alive”. As you can see he is moving so; mind signing this receipt so I (I mean we) can get on our way? Don’t worry about the cell door contraption; the shotgun is not loaded; besides he would not be worth anything dead.
Lt. Cruz: (points to other cell) what’s his story?
Bounty Hunter: Locals call him “Back Shooter” Biden. His crimes:
1. Threatened the life of a peace officer
2. Resisted lawful arrest
3. I used reasonable force to do my job. Do not know if there’s a bounty on him; would not claim it anyway as Judge swore me in as Sheriff until you arrived. You are here; (puts sheriff’s badge on desk); mind signing this receipt?
Second Ranger: (Removes bag from Biden’s head”) - This prisoner has a broken jaw and broken arm.
Lt. Cruz: (Points to Blanca) – What do you know?
Bounty Hunter: Flaca was not here when I took Back Shooter Biden into custody.
Lt. Cruz: (Looks at Ed. M.) – What do you know?
Ed. M.: Only what I saw (pointing at Biden):
1. He threatened the life of a peace officer
2. Resisted lawful arrest
3. Sheriff used reasonable force to do his job. That is what I heard and saw.
Lt. Cruz: You are right you get nothing on Back Shooter Biden’s bounty as you were sheriff; have to admit the unpleasant: Obama’s bounty went up to twenty thousand dollars. Where’s you receipt?
Bounty Hunter: Mind writing three receipts in equal amounts for me, and for these two citizens who helped me finish my job?
Lt. Cruz: State of Texas will write you one receipt; divide it up like you wish. I will inform the bank in Sonora that you will be stopping by, with in the next week. Also pains me to tell you this; Captain Trump, said you could have your Ranger commission back; if you would agree to follow most of the rules.
Bounty Hunter: Thank Captain Trump for his offer; thinking about buying a little land and opening a cantina that serves good coffee; only good, “cabrito asado” in this part of Texas; and good whiskey. That is if I can find few investors.
Lt. Cruz; about the post in the middle of the street?
Bounty Hunter: Misunderstanding with some misguided church goers – they shouldn’t be too hard to identify.
(As bounty Hunter steps outside): Where are the horses we rode in on? (Sees raised hand and hears strong voice.)
Livery Stable Owner: Took them to my livery stable – after it appeared you were staying the night – bathed them; fed them, and made sure they got good night’s care.
Bounty Hunter: Good man – I will pay for care of my horse – State of Texas will pay you for care of Obama’s horse which is probably stolen – Here is hundred twenty gold – for my horse’s care – plus I need two decent mounts with decent saddles – sooner the better – like to get on my way soon as possible.
Liver Stable Owner: On my way; I will hurry; get you your change –
Bounty Hunter: Keep it Limbaugh, you are probably only honest man is this town.
(Bounty Hunter turns to Blanca): Flaca, take these gold coins; go to general store; get whatever supplies we need like coffee pot, coffee, whatever you think best for five to seven day ride. Tell the store owner to carry back our supplies for you – he objects just tell me. Ed. M. go with her; make sure the chamber of commerce member does not cheat her on prices or change.
Lt. Cruz: can I talk to you inside before you leave? (Looks at second Ranger) – go rent State of Texas a wagon to transport our prisoners back to San Antonio.
Lt. Cruz: One question, why you splitting your reward equally with Ed. M. and Blanca?
Bounty Hunter: Simple, part of something is better than all of nothing.
Lt. Cruz: Good enough.
(After five or so minutes, Lt. Cruz and Bounty Hunter step back outside the old adobe jail) (Just in time to notice Limbaugh leading Bounty Hunter’s horse and two good looking mounts with better than average saddles plus)
Bounty Hunter: Owe you more money – (then quips) – What is that?
Blanca: It’s a burro, for my cousin; he is best goat herder in Texas; besides I am partner in a cantina, not a goat herder – before you ask that dog is my cousin’s best helper. Problem Sir?
Bounty Hunter: No problem – get everything loaded so we can get started. (Looks at livery stable owner)
Livery Stable Owner: We’re even, burro is throw in.
H. Clinton: (Straddles up) - You chose her over me?
Bounty Hunter: Told you I was interested in someone more experienced – in like not being perfect witch. (Turns and walks back into old adobe jail) – Everyone get mounted – Ed. M. you ride in dust; make sure we do not lose the burro, goat herder, or dog – don’t want to have to go back and look for them. Be right back.
Lt. Cruz: Forget something?
Bounty Hunter: Not used to leading a parade, getting my bottle of good whiskey. (Comes out; mounts up; only to hear Lt. Cruz: Rangers will find you, and be checking in regular; to make sure you are not mistreating you partners, workers, burro, or dog.)
(As parade leaves town limits; Blanca rides up along-side Bounty Hunter – says in loud whisper): My name is Blanca, I am equal owner in our new business; you can only call me Flaca when no one else is around. Just so you never forget: never ever, make the one who prepares your food unhappy!
