Bad Guy Continues: Historians will write how Americans destroyed Heaven’s favorite constitutional republic with “fools’ politically correct compassion”. Consider how Americans: 1) allowed illegal immigrants to spread new untreatable types of tuberculosis across America; 2) allowed their third world homelands to import contaminated farm products into America, which poisons hundreds of thousands; 3) tolerated cartels importing drugs related cross border violence; 4) plus not counting all domestic violence crimes; and untold thousands of billions of dollars costs in infrastructure, health care, and education costs for illegals wanting only to re-colonize America into their third word homelands, illegals with no intentions of ever assimilating into patriotic Americans.

Texas Drifter: U.S. of A. Has Too Many Civil Rights?

Marshall’s Law Dateline –Original title was “America Has Too Many Civil Rights”. Despite political correct message by sirens advocating political adultery, equal opportunity legislation does not include entitled special privileges for selfish hate motivated world owes us a living whiners.

Definition of sirens as used in this writing exercise includes externally popular satanic creatures luring fools with lies or propaganda.

America’s political pendulum tends to travel back and forth along a route from “right wing mob rule” past constitutional due process rule to left wing “minority mob rule”. Example, some minorities and special interest world owes me/us hate groups, do not understand difference between civil rights assuring equal opportunity for all, and unentitled privileges based on extortion for a few.

Example for example, E.E.O.C. policies are vanity based selfish hatreds of innocent majority by self- proclaimed victimized people, who are seeking laws to cheat, because they believe world owes them livings for crimes they never suffered.

Civil rights laws like equal opportunity for all, which are not based on consistency are unjust by any definition of justice. Should “spirit” of Affirmative Action laws: applying to scholarships, jobs, and awards like Oscars to reflect justice; also apply to professional sports like: baseball, basketball, football, and soccer?

Reader might show if they can, where it is written in Ten Commandments; Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, or Bill of Rights that minorities have the inalienable right to force their hatreds for financial gains on majorities.

Few examples, first, South Carolina’s Governor Nikki R. Haley’s catering to racial haters of South’s history; by extending haters’ “civil rights” privileges to deny Southern law abiding citizens their rights to display, Southern artifacts like Confederate flag and monuments paid for by private donors.

Haley’s conduct should not be a surprise since she apparently abandoned her loyalties to Tea Party Members: volunteer services, donations, and votes; then seemingly becoming Paul Ryan and other Mussolini Republicans cheerleader after Haley’s swearing in?

Would reader show Texas Drifter where and when any American war has been fought to make any American citizen a servant or slave to policies or laws that grants any minority special privileges at expense of law abiding majority of Americans inalienable rights?

Another example, are professional sports athletes who gladly accept no E.E.O.C. policies in professional sports; but demand them in other segments of society like education scholarships, jobs, and private sector awards hypocrites?

Perhaps E.E.O.C. policies should be applied to professional sports including basketball. If changes were made; would every “on the floor” basketball team be composed of following players?
- One Black male; One White male; One female; One sexually promiscuous; One physically or mentally disabled?
- Fair is fair; Equal opportunity for all, means no privileges for a few.

Not sure above quotas would solve problem. What about differences between 1) religious beliefs and or no religious beliefs; 2) differences between political beliefs like Progressive Democrats, Mussolini Republicans; Libertarians; others; 3) tall people and short people 4) fat people and skinny people 5) whole lot of other differences Reader can throw into mix.

Bottom line is that justice will never be available for majority of American citizens while equal opportunity for all, is diluted by special privileges based upon race, ethnic background, gender, sexual orientation, economic status, or any other demands by haters who feel the world owes them a living.

Fun assignment: draw up a chart depicting Affirmative Action guide lines for one on the field professional football team including: offense, defense, special team, coaches, and others involved in team’s management and performance. Keeping in mind that leaving any special interest privileged player not in E.C.O.C.’s goals will probably get you deported to make room for more illegal immigrants.

Question - Reader will need to include spots on your Affirmative Action team for illegal immigrants and Syrian refugees. Also, you will not be able to include equal opportunity standards to recruit most qualified professional athletes like most experienced, most athletic, or any other objective criteria contemporary teams use to choose professional football players. Texas Drifter: Apathy Still Patriots Most Common Sin?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Original title “Patriots’ Still Most Common Sin Is Apathy towards Public Sector Domestic Terrorism and or International Terrorism”.

One definition of apathy is lack of interest or concern to tolerate or permit.

Some examples of apathy towards public sector domestic terrorism: Veterans Administration health care for veterans; Fast and Furious I; IRS abuses of conservative private citizens’ constitutional rights; others Reader can list.

Some examples of apathy towards internationalist terrorists: Fat and Furious II (Benghazi); tolerating genocide against Middle East Christians; abandoning America’s foreign allies; others Reader can list.

Factual observation, most all Americans and legal residents’ only desires are: 1) opportunity to work to care for their families, and provide their children with better futures; 2) worship free will selected religion of their choice; 3) honor and defend America’s constitutional due process ethical capitalist system.

Very recent public event, Obama’s seemingly fake tears for someone else’s victims of violent crimes; warrants following question. Why does there seem to be no deafening silence by patriotic Americans? Perhaps many “America first” Americans consider apathy to be proper politically correct compassion; something ruling class Mussolini Republicans like Bush Clan, Romney, and Senator Rubio are known for?

Expect no criticism from Marxist-Fascist Progressive Democrats. Why, Democrats support leaders who cannot honor their oaths of marriage to Heaven. Second “why”, why would any citizen expect Democrats leaders to honor oaths to uphold, protect, and defend … also made to Heaven?

Texas Drifter: Old Scout's Lessons Surviving Feral Hogs

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Sometimes old men by having survived longer; can teach young men lessons to help young men survive longer? Consider following letter from old ranch scout to his foster grandson.

To my favorite Foster Grandson:
Received your request for information from your mother my foster daughter; guess that makes you my foster grandson.

I understand your problem to be eradicating “sound” correct (word not herd) of feral hogs which are destroying crops on a forty acre field you recently purchased. Property borders Texas State highway on west side, and is bordered on south side by small “colonia” (colony) of mostly illegal immigrants living on public welfare.

Fortunately, there is a very large drainage ditch between “colonia” and your field. Other two sides are surrounded by thousands of acres of South Texas “monte thicket” with some of thickest brush on planet. Brush which only feral hogs and rattlesnakes have no trouble travelling through.

Starting with basics, hunting and shooting require different skills, since they are different activities. Example, shooting at paper targets is different that shooting animals wanting to kill you; or people shooting back.

Continuing process can involve using game cameras to better determine: next element involves placement, design, and visual image of blinds.

First suggestion is learn all appropriate Texas hunting, trapping and gun laws. Did you know that it is illegal for projectiles to cross out of your property boundaries (lines)? Translation one consideration is not using “high powered” rifles in direction of State highway or “colonia” homes. My preference would be using something like twenty or twelve gauge with slugs. A 357 Back up revolver might be good addition to you arsenal. Never forget, that your best weapon is your intelligence, also called smarts

Side note, post “No Trespassing – All Trespassers Prosecuted” signs in English and Spanish. Why to discourage local poachers both legal outlaws, as well as illegal immigrant public welfare poachers. Invest some money to install “game fence” between your property line and illegal immigrants “colonia”.

Feral hog eradication options include hunting and or trapping. Primary strategy should most likely be trapping. Catch and remove sow and eight little one involves one activity; while hunting involves up to nine different hunts. Remember feral hogs become smarter more times “shot at”. Perhaps start with trapping and save hunting for “un-trappable”.

Trapping feral hogs like any other profession requires: knowledge, abilities, and skills based on experiences. Hiring good trapper to start with, can save money in the long run. In Texas you will need, to provide trapper with letter of permission to conduct his business on your property.

It is also, courtesy to inform local Texas Game Warden as well as local Constable of your efforts to remove the destructive hogs. Never forget, not only will hogs destroy your crops, but also re-arrange rows, leave holes in fields; plus totally eradicate your quail, turkey, native deer as well as other plants and animals.

Feral hogs also develop taste for humans. It is seldom that South Texas ranchers go a week without ranch’s dogs dragging human bones into ranch headquarters. Illegal immigrants die in “tierra de monte” from dehydration, lack of food, snake bites, smuggler abuses, and other unflattering ways - no known video exists of hogs eating people; though it is reasonably sure to suspect that many illegals “near death” have been consumed by feral hogs.

One reason their remains are mostly never found is South Texas monte has perhaps highest cadaver de-compensation rates in world due to climate, terrain, insects, critters, and other reasons.

Some city people will doubt this observation. Ask hunters and ranchers how gun shots seem to have become “dinner bells” for feral hogs. Foster grandson, may have written you more than you needed. Keep in mind that feral hogs’ senses are rated in order of strengths from superb to average: smell; hearing; sight. One quality ignored by most is that feral hogs are more intelligence than man’s best canine friend.

First lesson to be learned about feral hogs is to judge their behavior by “tracks and scat.” Easy way to remember lesson, just like judging Progressive Democrats, Mussolini Republicans and conservative cults.
