Texas Drifter: When Compassion Is Evil Sin
Library Entry # 889
Marshall’s Law Dateline – Original title for this writing exercise was, “Reviewing Spirit of Abjuration Act 1581”. Objective conclusion: free will personal honor to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic; trumps all unconstitutional unaccountable government.
Definition of ethical compassion – one having emotional desires to reduce others’ stresses. Ethical compassion does not include tolerating others violating Ten Commandments by stealing from or murdering innocents. Other traditional American and Texas standards include: Spirit of Abjuration Act 1581; Declaration of Independence; U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, Texas Constitution 1876. In many scenarios, unethical compassion could be identified as “fool’s compassion”.
Example of “fool’s compassion includes policies and actions of internationalist corporate fascists Mussolini Republicans, known by some as Bush Klan, along with Dole, McCain, Romney, and other members of Republican establishment ruling aristocrats. Two of their real world policies include basing America’s future economy and economic growth on China’s and Mexico’s future economic growth; plus Saudi’s and other Middle East nations’ loyalties to America.
Question, at what point, does fool’s compassion based on political correctness cross the line to being compassionate evil sin? Just asking not accusing!
Brief Review Texas Drifter: America’s Lost Second Tradition Found” excerpt: Texas Drifter will briefly review some of lesser known above polices with reference sources for reader at end of writing exercise. Starting with America’s found lost second tradition: The Act of Abjuration of 1581 which was very well known with many drafts floating among America’s drafters of Declaration of Independence.
Act of Abjuration was created to inform king of Spain that he had forfeited sovereignty and right to govern affected provinces by his persistent tyranny. This document was first nail in ideological concept for “divine rights of earthly kings”. Premise was an earthly king was constituted by God to be ruler of a people, to defend them from oppression and violence as the shepherd his sheep; and where as God did not create people to be slaves to their earthly king; and when earthly king does not behave thus, rather oppresses them, seeking opportunities to infringe on their ancient customs and traditions exacting from the people slavish compliance; earthly king is no longer earthly king rather only a tyrant; particularly when tyrant’s actions are deliberate, people may not only disallow his authority but follow what law of nature dictates for the defense of their liberty and their posterity even at hazard of people’s lives.
According to ancient privileges which are expressed in the oath taken by earthly king at his admission to government; most Provinces receive their prince upon certain conditions, which earthly king swears to maintain, which if earthly king violates, he is no longer sovereign. (End excerpt)
Would one possible example include reality of Mexico poaching in U.S. Gulf of Mexico waters? Consider following published report by TEXAS OUTDOORS. (Coast Guard: 1,100 Instances of Poaching by Mexican ...

KXAS TV Mar 16, 2015)
The Coast Guard says recent poaching in U.S. waters represents some of the 1,100 instances of illegal fishing by Mexican boats recorded each year in the Gulf.
Coast Guard officials said in a statement late Sunday that the poaching annually nets about 760,000 pounds of red snapper. (End TEXAS OUTDOORS report)
Note: there are many other reports Reader might access concerning Mexico poaching in U.S. Gulf of Mexico waters. Coast Guard’s reports seem woefully low; as their reports only include “sighted and apprehended” Mexico poachers. The missing report number is “not sighted” Mexican poachers.
Based on reports that Border Patrol is only stopping about thirty percent to forty percent of those illegally crossing America’s Southern porous border. Good guesstimate could be that numbers of actual losses to Mexican poachers in Texas and U.S. Gulf of Mexico could be underestimated by as much as five hundred percent.
Consider possible closer number of Red Snapper and other commercial fish losses including shrimp to Mexican poachers each year being billions of dollars. Those closer to industry can provide better numbers for product losses and price losses. Question for Reader, what is Texas Governor Greg Abbott doing to protect Texas commercial and recreational financial interests and natural resources from Mexico’s pirate poachers?
Could another question about fool’s politically correct compassion include Abbott’s recent “task force” to manage potential ZIKI epidemic health threats to Texas residents?
Consider that stopping “secondary carriers” mosquitos of ZIKI will not impact “primary carriers” who are statistically more likely to be illegal immigrants than tourists entering or returning to American soil.
Doubt this observation, Reader can reference: Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library Index: 888 – Texas Drifter: Unspoken Secret about ZIKI Virus. Clues can be explained for those not understanding problem. Then again, some may not wish to truly understand problem. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus question, politically correct compassion unrecognized as evil sin; will not protect the wealthiest and most powerful Texas residents from partially informed policies to manage a ZIKI or any other potential biological weapon strategy. TRUE or FALSE
Bonus thought question, perhaps some of wealthiest and most politically powerful in Texas are more concerned with appearing to be compassionate to foreign neighbors than protecting jobs, health, and lives of majority of law abiding Texans and legal residents? Only time and future historians will verify that compassion can be an evil sin. TRUE or FALSE
