Texas Drifter: Are You Obama Psycho-Jurat Clone?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Read on to find out if you have the integrity to honestly answer following test: are you psycho-jurat genocidal treasonous Obama clone. For purposes of this writing exercise, “jurat” historically meant a person who has taken an oath; “jurat” being short for Latin “juratum” – it has been sworn.

Example of lacking public integrity, involves ignoring one of greatest public lies in contemporary America: Terrorists “win” just by scaring Reader. Fact, terrorists do not claim victory and go home just because terrorists put the “fear” into people. Terrorist do not claim victory until they kill you; your family, friends, and unknown neighbors; plus destroy everything American, like traditions, values, principles, culture, domestic tranquility and national security.

Brief overview of levels of commitment:
1. Assurance to keep agreement like appointment for later meeting.
2. Promise (declaration like “give you my word”)
3. Vow (solemn like between people - example wedding vows)
4. Oath (solemn between individual and God – examples to witness to truth, or honor commitment to service)

Definitions:
1. Psychosis – mental derangement characterized by losing contact with reality.
2. Jurat – see definition above
3. Psycho-jurat is total absence of spiritual morality also described as having rabid soul; caused by losing touch with reality what honoring oath means. Note, oaths to Heaven seldom come with voidance clauses for individuals taking oaths. Example, Obama took two separate oaths as President of United States of America to Heaven, to uphold, protect, and defend America’s Constitution from all enemies domestic and foreign.

Let Obama’s allies including Mussolini Republicans tolerating Obama’s policies and conduct, present case that Obama is not afflicted by psycho-jurat syndrome. Perhaps defenders trying to prove that Obama is not suffering from “psycho-jurat syndrome”; should decide if they tolerate or are willing to defend, following what some might describe as Obama’s rabid soul policies and actions.

Obama seems to like Mussolini Republicans new southern border slogan “60% get away”.
10. Continually violates his two oaths to Heaven to protect America’s Constitution with Obama’s “pen and telephone”.
11. Threatened and threatens national security by changing experience Armed Forces’ officers with affirmative action officers loyal first to Obama, and second too, who knows who?
12. Attacking domestic tranquility by attacking “local” law enforcement; while supporting violent civil unrest by such groups as: Black Lives Matter: La Raza; L.U.L.A.C. and other groups Reader can list.
13. Increases poverty by attempting to replace constitutional due process ethical capitalism with Marxist-fascist regulations using federal agencies like EPA; BLM; Interior Department, Education Department, and about fifty other federal agencies that Reader can list.
14. Torture and negligent murder of America’s veterans with V.A. care.
15. Turn America’s youth into world owes up psycho-jurat soulless treasonous Obama clones using America’s national public education system.

Question, why does Main-Stream News Media or Main-Stream News Light Media like Fox, not identify illegal immigrants by their immigration status when illegal immigrants kill or injure Americans or legal residents? Why, answer is to not let everyone know negative impact illegal immigrants have on America’s public health and safety. Maybe some journalist are too liberal to care about America? TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question why does Texas Drifter not show more blind respect for an American President suffering from psycho-jurat syndrome? Simple, Texas Drifter, took oath to uphold protect, and defend …. Answer, there was nothing in oath Texas Drifter took about honoring President that is trying to destroy oath taken by Texas Drifter. TRUE not FALSE

Clue, judgment day is personal. Is it possible that only those who tolerate or allow one President’s psycho-jurat syndrome to destroy integrity of their oaths; any less messed up than an offending President?

Bonus thought question, If U.S. President engages in acts of treason or other high crimes or misdemeanors; seems that President’s bad conduct can only result in impeachment while that President is in office. Let us consider an additional option. Where is it stated in U.S. Constitution, that a President after leaving office; cannot be tried by military code of justice by TOTALLY run military general court-martial, since the President, also served as full time Commander In Chief. Seems like preferable due process option to what happened to Romanov dynasty in Russia. TRUE or FALSE
Clue – Quoting Obama (paraphrase): The last thing Americans should have to do is comfort family members of those killed by (could Reader insert above twenty plus policies and actions resulting from Obama’s psycho-jurat syndrome)? Just asking.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Recent question by Editor Marshall of Texas Drifter: Of over eight hundred seventy writing exercises published, which is your personal favorite? Texas Drifter’s answer: “Faith from One Manger”, the first story written after my earthly father went home about fourteen years ago.

Texas Drifter note: Time to say it again. May God bless Conservatives with a safe, happy, joyful, holiday season with spiritual blessings during upcoming birthday celebration; perhaps a time to read aloud following simple play entitled “Faith from One Manger”.

Introduction

(Simon praying in a temple)

Simon: Oh, Heavenly Father, forgive my selfishness. You have blessed me with the privilege of owning the finest olive gardens, the finest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market in all of Judea. Yet my rapacious soul would trade all these earthly blessings for the honor of gazing upon your son the Messiah.

(Suddenly the still wind chimes introduce a saintly intruder)

Anna: You will not die until you have seen God’s anointed King.

Act I

(Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with figure kneeling before him)

Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son (person rises). Caesar Augustus has ordered a census to be taken across the empire to make the collection of taxes more efficient. I am commanding you to carry out Caesar’s orders in Judea. If you can accomplish this task I shall reward your efforts by making you tax collector for Judea.

New Census Taker: I wish to thank you.

Quirinius (interrupts): I have no time for fool’s babble. Who is the most influential merchant in Judea?

Census Taker: Simon of Jerusalem. He has the finest olive gardens, the largest sheep herds, the finest inn, and the most profitable market.

Quirinius: I have heard of Simon. Tell me more.

Census Taker: Simon is a devout man who refuses to engage in money lending or take an interest in politics.

Quirinius: Destroy this Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: Why? He is an honest merchant without enemies.

Quirinius: It is not Simon that could be a threat but the thieves who may use his wealth against us. Be gone, I have grown tired of you.

Act II

(Six months later – Quirinius on a small throne in his temple with Census Taker kneeling before him)

Quirinius: Rise, my fool of a son: Report to me about your progress on the census and Simon of Jerusalem.

Census Taker: The census taking process is on schedule. As for Simon of Jerusalem: I released locusts into his olive gardens. I destroyed his sheep herds with plagues. I burned his inn. I had bandits steal his wealth, and I have incited riots at his market so none will shop there. I am ready to return as tax collector.

Quirinius (erupts in to rage): You fool you have signed both our death warrants. I ordered you to destroy Simon, not his property. How can taxes be paid to Caesar with barren trees, dead sheep, ashes, empty coffers, or empty market places? Guards, let it be known that my fool son’s inheritance shall be sent to Caesar to reimburse Simon’s losses resulting from my fool son’s actions. Let it also be known that my son shall be banished from Syria for the remainder of my life.

Act III

(Simon and Simon’s Helper standing by three-sided shelter)

Simon (pointing): Isn’t it beautiful?

Simon’s Helper: Sir, how can a man who never cheated or punished the innocent, a man who has lost everything he earned his entire life, see beauty in THIS? Sir, every night, I shed tears of confusion not knowing why Heaven is punishing you.

Simon: My dearest lifelong friend, I see beauty in THIS because I see opportunity. As for Heaven punishing me, stewards of faith know the difference between punishment and preparation.

Simon’s Helper: Where’s the opportunity in having a stable without a bucket to bring water, or straw for feed?

Visitor (enters stage): I am looking for Simon of Jerusalem.

Simon: I am Simon of Jerusalem.

Visitor: Many decades ago before I was born, you loaned my father this bucket. His dying words were that I return your bucket with five donkeys loaded with straw.

Simon: I grieve for the loss of an honest man. I greatly accept the return of my bucket. Heaven only asks for tithes of ten percent; it would be a sin for me to accept straw from your donkeys. Now I must go to the temple to pray for your loss.

(Turning to helper) Use the bucket to bring us water.

Conclusion: (Simon returns to stable to find stable half full of animals and Simon’s Helper talking to another visitor)

Simon’s Helper: Great news, a few more customers and you shall have enough profits to buy new sheep.

Simon: I thought I said I could not accept straw from the visitor.

Simon’s Helper: The visitor insisted that the straw from five donkeys was a gift, not interest for a debt.

Simon: Who is here now?

Simon’s Helper: Some man less fortunate than us. The man cannot afford shelter for his wife who is about to give birth.

Simon: What were you telling this man who is less fortunate than us?

Simon’s Helper: I was telling him that Heaven was preparing him, not punishing him.

Simon (interrupts): And?

Simon’s Helper: I shall tell Joseph that it would be an honor for you to share your stable; with him, his wife, and their soon to be born child.

Simon: I must return to the Temple to seek Anna’s guidance.

(At the Temple)

Anna (to Simon): Eight days later during Mary’s purification offering at this Temple, you will speak, “Lord now I can die content for I have seen him as you promised.”

(Pause – Simon and Anna freeze as Simon’s Helper walks on stage)

Simon’s Helper: Anna’s prophecy came true, and Simon found peace as a contented man. Simon later restored that which had been lost to the “would- be” tax collector. I might add that his restoration work was made much easier by my loyalty. Let me tell you about my tireless efforts.

Question, all the smarts; technology; wealth; and personal power may make your life easier! Timeless truth: all the smarts, technology, wealth, and personal power will not save your soul. Why, judgment day is personal. TRUE or FALSE

Two observation clues – 1) Beware motives, words, and deeds of Obama; B. / H. Clinton, Biden, L. Lynch, J. Johnson, Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats’ and allies; including enablers like corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans that Reader can list; plus vanity cults motivated by hate. 2) Doubt above observations about vanity cults? Remember, any good deeds done by cult leaders’ “true believers” will eventually be shamed into obscurity. Possible example, final eventual results of G. Beck’s vanities; unless Beck cares enough about his followers and “walks away”, before Beck shames his followers. Just asking. TRUE or FALSE

Closing thought – Texas Drifter will answer recently asked question only one time. Taking the oath to “uphold, protect, and defend”; explains my being apolitical, as my loyalties are to U.S. Constitution no political party. How can I believe that D. Trump is right man at right time, and still consider myself a PSC (Patriot Security Conservative) to not be political? Simple, self-defense is spiritual not political objective.

Premise is that every candidate for President in 2016 owes “someone” something. Texas Drifter does not know to whom candidates other than D. Trump are indebted. Worst case scenario seems that H. Clinton owes contributors including foreign government that have contributed to Clinton’s Foundation. Seemingly, D. Trump is only indebted to his conscience?

Texas Drifter would rather trust one patriot’s conscience than other candidates’ debts to unknown special interests. Would only non-Christian doubters suggest that individual consciences cannot improve with life’s experiences? Is that not the point of Christmas Story Two – Faith from One Manger”?

Texas Drifter: Christmas Story One - Will Obama Murder Santa?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library “updated classic” Christmas Story One”, is first of two part series for the children. Learn how Obama intends to ruin Christmas for all little non-Marxist-fascist not gender confused boys and girls. How, Obama will be trying to assassinate Santa Claus! Perhaps little children should write letters to Obama; asking why Obama wants to kill Santa Claus.

Story Concept: Santa Claus’s legend suggests Santa does not leave presents for children who have been naughty; rather children who have been good. Obama knows that Santa’s Elves cannot produce enough toys for both good and bad children, but can barely produce enough toys for just good boys and girls.

Obama’s goal is to keep Santa from delivering toys to good boys and girls so as to not only destroy Santa’s reputation; but also deprive good children of their motives to be good. Obama’s secret objectives are to turn good boys and girls into bad girls and boys.

News Breaking Headlines – Santa Kidnapped by Obama – Rumors Suggest That Santa Is Being Water Boarded; plus Obama Seeks Death Penalty from Obama’s Department of Injustice. The very sick joke in Obama’s inner circle is that “Lynch will lynch Santa”!

Child reporter asks Obama: Why are you so cruel to Santa, and why do you want to kill Santa?

Obama’s response: I ordered Jeh John Secretary of Homeland Security to kidnap, physically abuse, and torture Santa, until Lynch can frame Santa in lynch mob trial for Santa’s public hanging! Why, because when I was a spoiled, obnoxious, annoying, mean, evil little boy; Santa never brought me presents. Now I am Massa messiah Obama and can do whatever I like to whomever I like.

Justice “Judas” Roberts of the Supreme Court will likely give me permission to sentence Santa to death. Why, because rumor has it that “Judas” Roberts hates Santa for the same reasons, I, your Massa messiah President Obama hates Santa.

All Democrats and people in my Administration are Santa haters; you know why? We all believe that all children good and bad, should get the same free presents; even if many of the children have been very bad and do not deserve presents. Answer is simple, “We are all godless Marxist-fascist America haters.”

That is why we oppose Santa’s standards of rewarding only the deserving. Free toys for all, even if we have to steal the good children’s toys to share with children who are only naughty and never nice. That is the mandated message I got from voters in my 2012 super majority election.

As I am America’s political messiah, I will kill Santa this year, and that non-Muslim Christmas child next year. Obama started screeching, snorting, and drooling on himself like a troll: Ha, ha, ha, ha: no one-person can stop me, America’s Massa messiah Obama.

New Breaking Headlines – Reports suggest “Patriotic Conservatives for Free Santa” liberated Santa from undisclosed FEMA death camp. Good boys and girls are smiling not only across America, but also the world. Why, Santa is thanks to patriotic security conservatives (PSC); expected to make it to North Pole in time to deliver presents to good boys and girls.

Insider reports claim the "Patriotic Conservatives for Free Santa" group raid, freed Santa from one of Obama’s FEMA death camps early this morning; in an operation that many are claiming was magical and almost mystical.

Other reports have surfaced that Vice-President Biden, Senate Leader McConnell, house Speaker Ryan, unnamed Hollywood celebrities, and Obama’s allies Mussolini Republicans also known as Republican establishment aristocrats like: J. Bush, Rubio, Boehner, McCarthy and Cantor along with other Republican Tories were seen attacking Santa’s elves with baseball bats while singing “Long rule Obama”.

Reports also claim that Obama upon hearing the report of Santa’s escape started screaming: I will be the most dishonest, lying, deceitful, mean, cruel, evil Massa messiah President the United States has ever had.

A news reporter asked a small boy what he thought about Obama hating Santa Claus responded: Who cares why that shrimp of a man Obama is such a loser? Santa will always live in our hearts no matter what that spitting image of a troll Obama does.

America’s children will deal with Obama after the first of year when we finish celebrating our Christmas Child’s birthday. Until then as Santa always says Merry Christmas to all.

This Texas Drifter writing exercise is for the children, to use over used phrase. Maybe if all the good boys and girls in America and in the world along with their parents, grandparents along with those who still believe in rewarding good behavior and not evil behavior; will send e-mails, send texts, write letters, and make phone calls to Obama. All these Christmas messages might get Obama to change his hard cold heart, and stop trying to kill Santa Claus.

Reader’s assignment, did Texas Drifter “cross the line” with this writing exercise? Choices of answers are NO or NO. Of all Obama’s treacherous, evil, and some suggest treasonous deeds; Massa messiah Obama as he likes to refer to himself will continue to cross all the lines so long as he tries to kill Santa Claus and threatens the Christmas Child.

Texas Drifter: Obama's Thanksgiving Economy

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following is re-titled Thanksgiving story republished by Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library starting back before 2010. Seems some Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat economies never change.

Seems like some types of work cause individuals to sit down and write what some in South Texas call “Purgatory Street Blues”. Example, the most reprinted string of words in contemporary America is “Thanks Obama Care Pills for easier living, and easier dying.”

Doubt these Texas Drifter words, consider following anecdote. Why, is it that anecdotes are only trivial anecdotes when they happen to someone else, not you?

One of the first realities considered by those considering private “fee lance” careers in intelligence, investigation, or security industries: holidays and special occasions are no more; no less than just another day of work. Texas Drifter hopes you Reader enjoy one of my better Thanksgiving memories.

There is nothing in the Bill of Rights or Constitution that declares private citizens to be wards of any government. Public sector bureaucrats are not the peoples’ natural guardians. Threats to individual liberties are directly related to increases of any government’s powers. Citizens who allow bureaucrats to become custodians of their rights are fools volunteering to be slaves.

The assignment was a way to make a few extra dollars during the holidays. Texas Drifter was appointed to settle the affairs of a recently deceased derelict.

Describing the deceased’s efficiency apartment is an easy exercise in recalling on scene details. The residence was one room that consisted of half a kitchen, smaller dining area, a smaller living area with a couch that folds out into a bed (opened); a small black and white television with a coat-hanger for an antenna sitting on a cardboard box next to the door that entered the bathroom.

The rest room can best be described as like a public sector facility at a downtown bus station that had not been cleaned for twenty years. The hide away bed was covered with clothes for sheets, and part of the carpet from the floor which was being used as a blanket.

There are no words to describe the apartment’s smell; possibly because the clothes closet was being used as an in-house dumpster. Most notable were the thousands and thousands of empty pill bottles all with same labels: “Obama Care Pills; Easier Living; Easier Dying.”

The left sink was filled with dirty pans, plates, and silverware. The right sink was brimming over with empty bean and dog food cans. Next to the moldy generic bean and quality dog food cans set a pancake hot plate which contained one can of half opened beans and one half opened can of generic dog food (later learned last can of dog food deceased bought).

It was later learned that the deceased had been using the hot plate to warm the beans and dog food before mixing them into a bowl known as ghetto chili.

A handwritten note was found behind the hot plate that said, “Remove paper labels before heating to prevent fire”. Your instructor was almost afraid to open the refrigerator. Utter amazement cannot describe how this later surveillance instructor felt when he discovered that the interior of the icebox was cleaner than most hospital operating rooms.

What I found was a sanitized refrigerator full of prescription drugs arranged by “hand written” names of those who had been prescribed the medications. Same string of printed words appeared on each and every bottle: “Obama Care Pills; Easier Living; Easier Dying.”

It was later learned that the deceased had taken it upon himself to store and administer medications for the area’s homeless population.

The freezer unit of the icebox contained what appeared to be the deceased’s private papers, along with some type of diary. At this point, the instructor started looking for a place to sit down and review the new found documents.

The apartment’s curtains had been replaced with the most recent Sunday newspaper comics. These paper curtains provided the only color and access for light in the otherwise dimly lit apartment. While dragging a chair over to the window; there was a knock at the door.

A surprised vagabond stated that he had come by to read the Sunday Comics and see if there was any ghetto chili left. I said that there was no chili left to which he shrugged his shoulders, and quipped while walking over to read the curtains, “There goes Thanksgiving Dinner”.

Texas Drifter asked,” Isn’t there some place else where you can go for Thanksgiving Dinner?”

The response, “Not and be with friends; besides that, being put on display for “do-gooders” publicity is advertising not compassion.

I suggested that the tramp take the curtains with him since I was busy. The response was “If I do that, nobody else will be able to see the funnies.”

He then asked if he could turn on the radio. I responded that I had not seen a radio. The homeless man then walked over to the television and turned it on with the following remarks, “when it doesn’t have a picture, it’s a radio.”

Upon finishing the “funnies,” the homeless man walked over and turned the “radio off.” As he was leaving, he said “this place won’t be the same without our ghetto chili.”

By this time, the instructor had reviewed all of the personal papers except the diary. The first twenty or so pages of the diary detailed how the deceased had been a working parent with a spouse who traded partying for the sanctity of marriage.

The deceased’s problems started when the adulterous spouse, well known in Obama’s Progressive Democrat Party, had retained a divorce attorney, also a Democrat, to conduct a high profile bogus child abuse campaign against the deceased. The net result of this government-assisted smear campaign was that the deceased lot his reputation, children, and job.

As the instructor was about to get lost in the diary, there was another knock at the door. This time the instructor was confronted by three homeless people asking if they might reclaim property they had loaned the deceased. Knowing that I had to get rid of the apartment’s contents anyway, I said sure come on in and take what’s yours.

Amazingly, no one started gathering up things until after they had finished reading the “funnies.” I used this quiet time to continue reading the diary.

It seemed that the Democrat Party judge had set the deceased’s child support payments at a rate based on deceased’s salary before he lost his job because of the government’s fraudulent child abuse investigation. The judge said that his Democrat Party court would not tolerate lazy child abusers.

The deceased was unable to find comparable work because employers are not inclined to hire suspected child abusers. This resulted in the deceased not being able to obtain employment and make the full court ordered payments.

A part time job and partial payments did not satisfy the Democrat Party judge who ordered the deceased to forfeit: their driver’s license, vocational license, and all custody and visitation rights with his children. As this was not enough, the liberal lesbian judge also ordered the deceased to spend six months in county jail.

By now more homeless people were showing up to claim property previously “loaned” to the deceased. The “radio” along with all the small items were long gone by now. I found myself giving permission for the intruders to take the furniture and anything else they could carry off. My primary interest was in finishing the last few pages of the diary.

It turned out that the one week early court ordered release from jail for the deceased required medication based maintenance therapy from one of the judge’s largest re-election financial contributors.

This led to the deceased being required to take more types of prescription drugs than street dealers ever dream of selling. The court ordered prescription drug abuse achieved the desired results, and eventually led to the deceased being classified as “disabled” by other bureaucrats.

The final words in deceased diary still haunt me: “They can destroy my career; they can take away my family; and they can even make me a drug addict; but Obama and his Democrats can not take away my desire to help those less fortunate than me.”

My reflections were interrupted by somebody asking about the rest of the drugs. I had completely forgotten about the icebox full of prescription drugs. As it turned out, none of the “dregs of society” had taken anybody’s drugs but their own. The person asking me about the drugs wanted to know how long the place would be open so the rest of the people could come by and pick up their medications.

I informed the person asking the question that the electricity would be left on for the rest of the weekend. My response was followed by another question about taking up, the rest of the carpet for blankets since winter was only a few weeks away. Again my response was, take what you need.

Within another couple of hours, the efficiency apartment had been stripped bare except for the icebox and the curtains.

An older homeless woman approached and said “it would be nice if you told everybody to leave the curtains as kind of a memorial.”

After getting everyone’s attention, I said that I had been given a suggestion that the curtains should be left as a memorial to a good person who made a difference.

One of the dirtiest of the homeless people said “thanks.” To which I responded what for? The answer was simple, “for respecting what dignity we have left.”

This Texas drifter’s plans became closing out the deceased’s utility accounts on Friday. Maybe that old man was right. Exploiting other people’s misery for publicity is not charity.

Obama Care Thanksgiving Summary: Most reprinted string of word’s in yesterday’s Obama care America: “Obama Care Pills; Easier Living; Easier Dying.” Only thing missing from bottles labels was “Thanks Savior Massa Obama”.

Still do not know why my line of work causes some individuals to sit down and write what those in South Texas call “Purgatory Street Blues”. Perhaps better writing exercise title would have been: “Texas Drifter: Obama’s Purgatory Street Blues”.

Forget Obama’s name, does not distinguish “purgatory street blues” from soulless evil sleaze. Better title just “Thanksgiving Purgatory Street Blues” with “No Goodnight Kiss” says it all.

A simple suggestion: try honoring Thanksgiving, as traditional American celebration. How remind yourself and those around you of others’ past sacrifices that make your contemporary blessings reality.

Official talk on the “streets” is that whenever Mexican government detains illegal immigrants crossing Mexico. Mexican government gives them “fifteen days to depart Mexico.” Usual response is for illegals crossing Mexico to continue until crossing America’s porous border.

Another question, if Mexican and Central American illegal immigrants are so poor; how can they afford to pay cartel smugglers estimated seven thousand dollars each to be “smuggled” into America? Reports suggest that Asians are required thirty thousand “head” to cartels to be smuggled into America

Still another question, will Texas politicians be guided by lust for domestic or international greed or security? Answer is, majority will probably take Chamber of Commerce’s bribed suggestions, and pursue greed, not security.

Undeniable example, U.S.A. could force Mexico to close its borders to allowing drug smuggling, illegal immigrant smuggling, and sex slave trading into U.S. How, simply by “stopping all Mexican commercial traffic” crossing Rio Grande River and other parts of border into America. This policy would definitely determine if Mexico is collapsing gangster narco state or sovereign nation.

Many 2016 Presidential candidates like Bush and Rubio seem to be corporate fascist Mussolini Republicans who are America last internationalists’; both seem willing to reward lobbyists like Chamber of Commerce’s “must have” de-facto amnesty for more cheap labor illegal immigrants.

Another area of internationalist corporate fascism involves 2016 Presidential candidates who support work visas for companies wanting to hire technically trained foreign workers at discount salaries which put American workers on unemployment line. One such company might be Disneyland, and one such politician might be Cruz. Reader can find those answers on their own.

Solving America’s illegal immigration policy as has been presented by Texas Drifter before (Reference Library Entry #’s - 853 and 855) is not complicated. Since repetition is good training exercise; consider following four PSC (Patriot Security Conservative) motivational tools.
1. Stop all Mexican commercial vehicles from crossing into U.S. until Mexico closes its side of border to criminals leaving Mexico to enter America. Financial incentives to Mexico will definitely reduce criminals entering U.S. until America’s perimeter fence is in service.
2. Motivate Americans to not employ illegal immigrants – how owner or CEO of company does jail time - minimum two weeks county jail - no exceptions - no probation - increasing incarceration time with increasing convictions.
3. Total assets forfeitures for all illegal immigrants (all illegal border crossers and all illegal visa jumpers) who have not left America within sixty days after “motivation” starting date. Greed brought most all illegal immigrants to America; and greed will send will send most all to anywhere as long as it is out of America. Americans are being generous by letting illegals take their criminal profits (poison fruits from poison tree) when they leave during grace period. Illegals staying after sixty days; will eventually get caught and be deported with absolutely nothing. It is satanic lie that America will have to deport ten million illegal immigrants; as one does not have to deport those who self deport to keep proceeds from their criminal activities.
4. Cities, counties, states which declare themselves to be “amnesty” anything; can in civil court be held civilly liable with unlimited punitive damages to only American citizens and legal residents victimized by crimes committed by illegal immigrants in the amnesty city, county, state.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Veteran’s Day is about honoring memories of those who served Old Glory. Your assignment if you have courage to accept it, will be offered later in this writing exercise.

Example of “One Veterans Day Memory: Harry Blake Marshall “went home” on November 10, 2001. He was born February 4, 1912 in Clinton, Indiana. His father Fred and mother Ethel moved to Texas in 1922, and cleared brush for their small farm. H.B. as his friends called him, graduated High School; then in 1938 married Ercell Ticer who preceded him in death after sixty-one years of marriage.

Mr. Marshall served in U.S. Navy at Midway during World War II. Returned after the war to South Texas where he worked drilling water wells. He later farmed for over thirty years then retired to manage a cotton gin for ten years. Marshall served as a school board member for twenty years, and also served as an Elder and Deacon in First Presbyterian Church.

Harry Blake Marshall came from a sturdy pioneer family, the members who have for over two centuries served in development of America. Captain William Gerrish, 22, was born August 20, 1617 moved from Bristol Somersetshire, England and settled in Newbury, Massachusetts during 1639.

Marshall’s great-great grandfather Samuel Gerrish was American Revolutionary War soldier and member of Continental Congress that helped frame U.S. Constitution. H.B. was also distant cousin to Nathan Hale of Revolutionary War fame. Marshall’s grandmother Hattie M. Gerrish married Samuel S. Marshall in August 1873. Hattie Marshall lost three of her brothers in America’s Civil War: two on field of battle and one to” camp fever”. Returning to her grandson H.B.’s war record:

Winding down this “One Veterans Day Memory” writing exercise, there is a story in greatest book ever written about a father forgiving his prodigal son. How many in “baby boomer” generation, can make honest claims that we have not all to varying degrees acted like prodigal sons or daughters?

Perhaps November 11, 2015 will be remembered by future historians as the day prodigal patriots started re-earning respect of all Veterans Day Memories? Then again maybe not; what “one veteran day memory” will future generations recall when they think of you?

The lesson that Progressives AKA communists like Obama, H. As the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) notes, an illegal alien who majored in any of the science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields will get an additional 17 months of permitted work, expanding their initial year guarantee to over two years. DHS has also upped the incentive for U.S. employers to hire non-citizens by offering them an increase from $10,000 to at least $12,000 to hire an alien STEM graduate.

I searched the proposed rule that appears in today's Federal Register for references to payroll taxes (FICA, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act) and found none. I guess DHS does not want us to know about the generous tax break that both employers and aliens get from this program. I find it intellectually dishonest not to mention this tax break in a long, extremely detailed document on this subject.
All of this leads North to the most plausible conclusion: this is no "training" program as DHS designates, but "just one more foreign worker program that has nothing to do with students" and one that favors "aliens rather than citizens. CII continues: Run the numbers, apparently the man no one wanted to kill was willing to co-mingle estimated seven hundred twenty-thousand dollars Obama bribe too not hire American citizen college graduates and hire illegal Mexican immigrant “Dreamers” at about sixty-percent of wages paid to American graduates. Mix in the labor savings with Obama's bribe, and you might find more than enough money to be motivated to kill the man with no enemies?

Like you taught me, sometimes the obvious is diversion. Took my inquiry further; if twenty illegals were to get jobs; that meant twenty American citizen college graduates would be denied jobs. Did back ground checks on twenty applicants denied jobs. Only one was of interest. Not a “head doctor”; that might drive a lone surviving old man, to feel that a man with no enemies needs enemies. I got tired of letting the Obamas, Clintons, McConnells, and now Ryans murder and abuse my family; and pretend that I cared nothing about their domestic war crimes against my loved ones. That is my story like it or not.

ICM to OVDM: You have three choices:
1. Stop where you are and maybe not get caught.
2. Get caught and certainly be presented as crazy before Obama’s FBI or Justice Department murders you. Seems they have like IRS, have become Obama's personal death squads.
3. Get best no charge defense lawyer and take your chances on jury nullification decision. Maybe walk when others start to EXHIBIT “battered citizens’ syndrome” which is much unused mirror legal defense as battered spouse syndrome.

One question, why did you choose that corporate executive; when he was just one of guilty?

VODM to ICM: All the other guilty had too much security. Most Chamber of Commerce types like those Heaven’s Son cast from the Temple think more about counting their money than security.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for thirty pieces of silver. Future American historians have a moral obligation to record what “pieces of silver” every Obama Marxist-fascist Progressive Liberal Democrat along with their allies Moderate Republicans also called RINOS received for contributing to destruction of Heaven’s favorite republic. America’s citizens have right to know which of these politicians took Judas bribes, and which were just evil.

Even cruel, mean, selfish, sadistic, lying, thieving, totally worthless psychopaths, sociopaths, and polio-paths like Marxist Progressive Democrats are entitled to American Constitutional judicial due processes: indictments, trials, appeals and due process punishments. As for their souls, that is Heaven’s domain not citizens. Above words do not change principles that self-defense is not a sin.

Unfortunately many good American citizens have pilgrim like attitudes towards political evils. Why, most American pilgrims are not used to being victimized by fascists acting bureaucrats with worker ant personalities. Occasionally good spirited patriotic citizens may over react with episodes of violence caused by lost tempers.
