Marshall’s Law Dateline – This writing exercise begins with one still unanswered question; one clue; then follows with some undeniable brutal observations. Question, a citizen-patriot’s greatest fear is choosing between loyalty to their country and loyalty to their republic. TRUE or FALSE

Clue – Where will America’s republic exist, if there is no country to provide a homeland for America’s constitutional republic? Brutal observation, it is not “if” PSC (patriotic security conservative) strategies and tactics are necessary to stop decline of America’s ethical capitalist constitutional republic. Rather “if” American citizen-patriots will act in time to stop decline and save America’s Founding Fathers’ envisioned constitutional republic.

Foreign geo-regional lethal threats confronting 2015 America:
1. Russia in Europe;
2. China in Pacific;
3. Iran / Islamic Nazi Terrorists in Middle East and their “training camps” throughout third world countries like Mexico and across America;
4. Third world dictators and their alliances with black market gangs.

Domestic lethal threats confronting 2015 America:

Perhaps America’s citizen- patriots shall demand that a constitutional amendment be enacted and implemented to correct following injustice? Total welfare benefits to most anti-family professional welfare beneficiaries shall not when combined in total exceed salary and benefits of one single lowest ranking military individual.

Republicans who tolerate cutting individual military personnel and their family benefits; so as to allow public subsidy addicts including illegal immigrants to receive forty thousand to sixty thousand dollars a year in public cash payments, public services, and other public benefits fall below Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats on history’s most despicable traitors’ to Heaven, America, and humanity’s list. Profiling 2015 lethal threats to America the country, and America’s republic which are two distinctly different political entities; starts with identifying threats because Reader needs to know who viable lethal threats are. Why to avoid excessive collateral damages to innocents.

Frist step in strategy has to be stopping decline of Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process ethical capitalist republic. It used to be common sense in days passed by; one cannot begin a counter attack until enemy advances have been stopped. Translation: “re-building” process cannot begin until “declining” process has been stopped.

Reader has to understand that simply talking to bad guys, or waiting for sworn enemies to get bored and return home are not winning final options. Something Reader might try to explain to some still reasonable libertarians. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Following is re-edited Texas Drifter writing exercise first published in 1987; seems theme could still be appropriate in the year 2015.

Simply expressed, a patriot’s greatest fear is discovering the republic he or she cherishes is not protecting the country he or she loves. Why is this important; without a country, there is no place for the republic to exist or call homeland.

It appears that nature slowly unfolds and directs life through four phases: birth; maturing; achieving potential; and a final stage of renaissance/enjoyment and stability “until death do us part”.

If America’s republic is not properly maturing, who are the players causing the premature decline of America’s political-economic “system”?

Names of guilty will not be changed to protect the guilty. First come the “liberal big government advocates” (LBGA); these are ideologically motivated Marxist-fascists who are changing America’s system with other’s people’s money collected through a tax of one kind or the other.

Next come the “conservative big government advocates” (CBGA) who are changing America social fabric by causing government to implement and enforce legislation based on corporate fascist and moral fascist concepts of morality.

Finishing out America’s political arena are “ethical capitalists” known as “patriotic security conservatives” (PSC). These citizen-patriots tend to be pragmatic “small government advocates” (PSC-SGA); who accept the premise that ethical free enterprise is the process provided by Heaven to glorify His name with good works.

Ethical capitalists (PSC) include the worker who trades their skills for bargained economic compensation usually known as a salary. Ethical capitalists also includes those individuals who own and operate small businesses, or who are part of major corporations.

The PSC ethical capitalist is generally a citizen-patriot who depends on their own energies for economic self-sufficiency. Also, these citizen-patriots know that offering a starving man ten dollars for a hundred dollar horse is stealing or unethical capitalism.

LBGA’s build their political bases on the concept of trading government services for public subsidy addict votes funded by extorted tax dollar revenues. One consequence of this activity is the institutionalization of social misery and poverty.

This institutionalization of poverty increases the rate of public crimes and domestic violence. The inspired economic philosopher, Adam Smith, taught that the domestic crime rate among the general population is directly related to number of citizens depending on public dollars for their livelihoods (includes both welfare recipients and public bureaucrats).

LBGA political-economic policies perpetuate misery, increase domestic violence, hatreds among different social groups, decreased public finding for national security and domestic tranquility, plus facilitates national bankruptcy with deficit budgets contributing to eventual self-destructive national debt.

The threat from CBGA’s is loss of personal freedoms, and due process under both spirit of laws and letter of laws due mostly to CBGA’s lusts for self-destructive domestic and international greed. The freedom of religion principles in First Bill of Right in America’s constitution guarantees two inalienable rights: 1) separation of State from Church; 2) not separation of Church from State.

CBGA’s are constantly getting government to implement legislation that rewards their internationalist lust for greed, or force their collective personal beliefs on other citizens. CBGA’s who violate America’s spirit of law like Declaration of Independence or letter of laws like U.S. Constitution are no different than LBGA’s. Perhaps an explanation of why Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and corporate-fascists Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats share closet alliances, and both hate grass roots conservatives like Tea Party groups?

PSC’s know that governments are not immune from the lessons of history. There is no substitute for financial integrity, whether the entity be an individual or a government. The PSC also knows that personal freed for middle class citizens is essential for economic progress. A concept as old as Aristotle, consider following excerpt.
Aristotle correctly observed two thousand years in advance of America’s internationalist aristocrats: noble character is seldom found among those of noble birth, most who are good for nothing … highly gifted families often degenerate into maniacs.

Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes (like Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats) the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich (Republican establishment aristocrats) get the better of the poor, or the poor (Progressive Democrats) of the rich neither of them will establish a free state. It should be noted that despite what some conservative celebrities preach; Karl Marx did not invent term “middle class” or concept of “middle class attitude”. Perhaps some conservative celebrities should re-evaluate their obviously incorrect rants.

Three of the world’s greatest “democratic” societies include Greece, Rome, and the United States. The Greeks were the first, and the passive Socrates brought the Democratic age of Greece to its end. He allowed himself to be forced into suicide. Was it a democratic murder ... a vote by the people? The self- execution of Socrates was caused by some sixty elected representatives. A strong voice representing some five hundred members.

Plutarch describes the treatment of Socrates persecutors: The accessories became so unpopular that no citizen would light their fires; answer their questions; bathe in the same water with them; so they were at last driven to hang themselves.”

Perhaps Socrates self-execution had wisdom after all? Topic for another time.
The Greek democracy never regained its moral integrity after the death of Socrates and collapsed into anarchy. Noted historian, Will Durant, also noted the abuse to the Greek democracy: “Athens had suffered a wound to her spirit which seemed too deep to heal.”

Next came the Roman democracy. One of the most difficult decisions Julius Caesar faced during his career was whether or not to support his beloved democracy at the expense of his country. Caesar reluctantly chose to save his homeland at the expense of a principle dear to him: free speech.

Ask yourself reader, would you act to: save the country at the expense of the republic; or save the republic at the expense of the country? It is up to citizen-patriot Americans on an individual basis to decide if and when the actions of LBGA’s and or CBGA’s are part of a maturing process; or are cause for fear among American patriots.

People who push America’s republic to the point of debasing the American citizen-patriots, need to replay American history. The American Revolution created more than just results and benefits. It also created an attitude towards despotic government be they administered by LBGA’s; CBGA’s; or some type of Robespierre type conservative cult.

Translation. America’s Declaration of Independence and Revolution along with later Texas Revolution; both created attitudes towards accepting any despotic government whether they be monarchy, oligarchy, mob rule democracy, or anarchy. Adage “Don’t Tread On Me” spawned the Declaration of Independence based partially on 1581 Abjuration Act which guarantees every American citizen-patriot inalienable right from tyranny.

The United States Constitution, despite its greatness, is a viable document so long as it is not abused to the point of violating citizen’s spirit of law Rights guaranteed by Declaration of Independence. For right or wrong, is it likely that American citizen-patriots who believe that freedom is worth fighting for, will pursue the passive position of a Socrates?

Today’s and tomorrow’s generations deserve more than having to confront a patriot’s worse fear of having to choose between country and republic. TRUE or FALSE

Question, seems America’s Judeo-Christian citizen-patriots only have three choices to stop the 1) decline and 2) re-establishment of Heaven’s favorite constitutional due process ethical capitalist republic:

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Pragmatic decisions generally involve impartially comparing down sides to up sides. Example, concealed carry and open carry require different skills; hence different training.

Definition of pragmatic is relating to matters of fact often to exclusion of idealism or artistic matters.

Few FBI statistical facts about armed confrontations:
1. Eighty-five percent of all confrontations are less than twenty feet
2. Ninety percent of all killings are between zero and ten feet
3. Fifty percent of all killings are five feet or less
4. More than seventy-four percent of all shootings are during darkness or in dim light
5. More than sixty percent of confrontations are over in two to three seconds
6. At least forty-eight percent of confrontations involve more than one assailant
7. Once armed assailant is confronted, chances are forty to sixty percent assailant will shoot
8. Estimated more than ninety percent of all fatal shootings are caused by fatal non-alertness

Bad guy demands while holding knife to child; give me your weapon or I will cut her throat – What would you do Reader; give bad guy your open carry weapon or let bad guy cut your child’s throat? – Could open carry result in more collateral damage in preceding scenario?
7. Some are thinking that Texas Drifter is “worrying too much” – Security consulting is a one mistake business – clients are not likely to hire those who got their last clients killed; regardless of excuse or reason – Reader can choose word. Question, which self-defense activity requires more training, concealed carry or open carry?
8. Registration for concealed carry permit in Texas requires solid back ground check. Law enforcement officer sees permit, and knows that permit holder has undergone thorough background check. Officer sees individual walking down street with open carry weapon; officer does not know if that individual is illegal immigrant drug cartel gangster or member of some Islamic Nazi terrorist group. Seems that open carry participants should be required to undergo similar background check required when purchasing new store bought gun.
9. One down side to both concealed carry and open carry is that “bullets” are impartial or neutral to what they hit or damage they do, once bullet/s leave chamber.
10. One upside to bother concealed carry and open carry, it sure is nice to have bullets leaving the chamber to protect life, health, liberty, and property from: tyrants, foreign enemies, domestic bad guys, and crazies that want to do innocents harm.

Moving on to indirectly related recent news story: Sony / North Korea scenario – seems way too easy for Americans to “mouth off” about how brave they are about North Korean threats, especially since these Americans are not in North Korea’s immediate line of fire. Reader should recall that responses to North Korea should not be based on false vanity or fear; rather the observation that the primary bad guy player is a real “crazy” dictator; who would not have a problem launching rockets into South Korea and or Japan.

Another point to keep in mind, why should any American believe Obama without VERIFIABLE FACTS that indicate North Korea was involved. Has Reader forgotten Obama’s Administration’s lies about: Fast and Furious I; Fast and Furious II (Benghazi); IRS harassing conservative voters; Obama Care; or any other Obama lie Reader wishes to name?

Perhaps North Korea was involved in Sony / North Korea scenario; only a professional non-prejudicial not-propaganda motived investigation can provide what some call objective truth. TRUE or FALSE

One good thing about getting older is leaving some decisions to younger “smarter” people. TRUE or FALSE

Which side do Texas Drifter and Editor Marshall choose concerning Texas Open Carry? Answer is simple, we support policy which includes principle that liberty requires personal responsibility. TRUE not FALSE

Texas Drifter: Obama Urinating on Free Cubans?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Title is more a non-metaphorical brutal observation, than a question. Free Cubans understand better than most Americans that justice delayed is not justice denied! Perhaps concept “and justice for all” should be changed to justice for a few just some of the time?

One word seemingly absent from all discussions about Obama’s recent amnesty plans for Cuba’s dictators is “justice”. Another brutal reality, there can be no moral or “just” normalization of relations between free Cubans and Cuba’s tyrants without justice for Cuba’s tyrants and their allies.

Reader should ask themselves if Castro’s murdered, tortured, imprisoned, and stole your grandparents and parents properties and heirlooms; would you not be seeking justice from Cuba’s tyrants for heinous crimes against your family members.

Seems that most Americans supporting Obama’s deals with Cuba’s tyrants are greedy internationalists like some American farmers, who should understand and know better; that selling their souls to evil fascist dictators to make “quick bucks” does not set standards for being noble honorable Americans. Perhaps a less desirable group are those willing to forget Hitler like crimes against millions of Cubans by Cuba’s dictators just to have access to few Cuban baseball players, just to improve America’s recreation past times.

Good starting point for justice based normalization with Cuba would be Americans overwhelmingly supporting free Cubans finding justice in conducting Nuremburg type trials?

Question is Obama using Sony/North Korea scenario to distract from Obama reaching out to financially rescue Cuba’s tyrants from Cuba’s economic resources losses from Venezuela and Putin’s Russia due to decreasing oil prices?

Perhaps Sony’s apparent lack of courage is due to non-dependability and apparent cowardice and ineptness of world’s most technological advanced military superpower – America under Obama Administration?

Then again, Reader’s aware many “law suit settlements” are strictly business decisions which are not based on either justice or honor? Perhaps Sony’s decision to carter to alleged problem causer North Korea whims were strictly based on business decisions. Then again, perhaps faking cowardice is good for politically correct free advertising.

Spectators to Sony / North Korea scenario, need to understand that “reasonable threats” when dealing with non-pragmatic crazy dictators can result in fools’ problems. Decision makers need to understand that North Korea’s over reaction could be lobbing missiles into South Korea or Japan; which could start an un-necessary war that could have been avoided by better managing one crazy dictator.

Generally those with real time on site intelligence can better analyze “crisis” problems than spectators. Hence importance of not letting Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats dishonor America’s intelligence services.

Some suggest that “peak oil” is “simply” point on financial sheets it cost to extract oil at a profit. Oil producers decrease “peak oil” by using technology to reduce cost of extracting oil? TRUE or FALSE

Clue – price of oil is determined by supply and demand like other ethical market prices and services. Seems Saudis are decreasing price of oil by increasing market supply of oil to destroy U.S. oil producers. Another clue – Alternative energies are not currently cost effective for “community wide” distribution needs, and will remain uncompetitive corporate sector welfare for environmental corporate fascists; and will remain welfare for liberals for foreseeable future until alternative energy industries develop competitive private sector market production and distribution technologies.

To start to discussion process, Texas Drifter will put his 2016 Presidential candidate against any Reader’s 2016 fantasy Presidential candidate.

Texas Drifter’s criteria for selecting America’s 2016 and following President; perhaps meaningless exercise. How so, definition of fantasy: free play of creative imagination of mental images.

Selection criteria for America’s 2016 President. First observation, the position is not and should never be “on the job training” for rookie ideologues like Obama; or even conservative “rookie” ideologues like those citizen-patriots can list.

Required criteria for best 2016 Presidential choice
1. Intelligent with common sense not just “spoiled rich kids” educations.
2. Real world experiences in understanding domestic tranquility threats; national security threats, socialist threats to domestic capitalists, and “big dog always eats little dog” internationalist capitalism.
3. Abilities to define problems and identify achievable solutions in public format.
4. Maturity as adult; not one dependent on “daddy” blinded by own selfish vanities.
5. Proven capabilities managing world super power in dangerous world; made more dangerous by Obama and his destroy evil America allies.
6. Be grateful for blessings received from being an American with personal devotions to America’s traditions, values, principles which are illustrated by honoring his oath to uphold, protect, and defend from all enemies domestic and foreign.
7. Makes pragmatic individual decisions with no loyalties to special interest groups like corporate fascists; public unions; or establishment aristocrats like Bush or Romney clans. Serving as America’s President would give this individual opportunity to create a legacy of “Being his own man”.

The Vice-President choice for 2016 President can be more of a conservative ideologue than 2016 President, as Vice-President can use the four years serving under 2016 President as “on the job training” for his eight years as President. Sad but brutally true, seems that good place to find examples of what is wrong with America can be found in “Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas”. (R.G.V.N.M., Texas)

Examples justifying unregulated internet offering alternatives to unethical capitalists ”price gouging” American citizens an legal residents in Rio Grande Valley North Mexico, Texas. How and why, laundering drug cartel profits with inflated retail goods and services prices. Why, not only exploits non-price conscious Mexican aristocrats, but process also makes many R.G.V.N.M., Texas unethical capitalists blood stained fortunes.

Few Examples:

Moving on to total uselessness of many surveys or polls relating to some issues in R.G.V.N.M., Texas. One such survey concerning security attitudes towards cross border threats seemingly totally ignored conclusions’ validity. How, by ignoring any statistical randomness while gathering survey data. Question: wanted reader’s best choice solution, Saudis seem to be “creating” current lower gas prices to gain support of American consumers. Why, to destroy American drilling interests on American soil. Why, to protect Saudis international monopoly oil baron status.

Two possible option for Americans, 1) put two year tariffs on Saudi oil imports onto American soil to temporarily protect American drilling oil interests; or 2) let market choose “survival of fittest” which absolutely requires Federal agencies like EPA and other environmental fascist groups to stop siding with America’s enemies; so America’s ingenuity and technology can return Saudis to being insignificant player in America’s carbon markets. Fox News reports about negative impact of America’s faltering economy on America’s middle class with descriptions like “last half decade” difficulties. Why does Fox News simply not report “problems caused during last five years of Obama’s Marxist Progressive Democrat Administration”? Fox News might be acting like lap licking Obama Administration closet supporter? TRUE or FALSE

Clue, If Fox News were really “fair and balanced”; why, do Fox News headlines not identify “Senate Democrats Propaganda Trashes CIA Patriots”? Perhaps someone should remind Fox News employees that simply parroting government propaganda is not ethical journalism. Reader can add their own clues to answer above question.

Bonus question – Spanish language lesson for American citizen-patriots, legal residents, and illegal immigrants: Mexico es tu casa, Mexico no es mi casa; America es mi casa, America no es tu casa.

Texas Drifter: Some Conservatives Join P.C. Lynch Mobs?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Conservative celebrities that publicly hold media ratings trials, are comparable to Liberal Marxist-fascist Democrat lynch mobs; plus these same conservatives are no more intellectually honest than corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats. Neither seems to know different roles for grand juries and petit juries. Heaven’s First Commandment of Ten does not include exemptions for any conservative!

Why does Texas Drifter include so many definitions? One of America’s contemporary social problems is caused by Americans defining words by pop culture meanings; rather than using definitions intended by America’s Founding Fathers. Examples:
1. He is so cool; does word mean cool from weather conditions or cool as pop culture tribute?
2. Like many racial haters believe “I’m dreaming of a white Christmas” is racist slur as opposed to “white” referring to snow. (Perhaps some are just too blanked up to know they are too blanked up to survive freedom?)
3. Not distinguishing between role of grand jury and role of petit jury.

Some definitions:
1. Petit - small or minor
2. Petit jury – twelve (12) persons impaneled to try and decide finally the facts at issue in causes for trial in court
3. Grand - having more importance than others
4. Grand jury – citizens that examine accusations against person charged with crime/s; to determine if evidence warrants making formal charges on which the accused person is later tried before petit jury.

A. The Grand Jury in England
The earliest progenitor of our grand jury had two main functions: to accuse criminals [22] and to extend the central government throughout England. …

Napoleon’s version of hit and run requires decimating the first target, and striking the second target with dazzling speed and methodical ferocity. Napoleon’s divide and conquer strategies, as brilliant as they were, depended on insuring that the first target attacked did not recover and reappear on the home team’s flank.

1. Citizen-patriots must be able to distinguish between “in public” and behind closed door” ethics. Consider following: Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats tactics are promise conservatives one set of promises in public, but act on internationalist corporate fascist goals, objectives, and values behind closed doors (Reader can list offenders). Minor discrepancies can be found by conservatives in public who act like traditional politicians behind closed doors. Example, Texas Senator Cruz seems to be “solid conservative” in both public and in private. Although Senator Cruz seems to revert back to typical politicians in one instance. When one of his constituents sends him a specific issue letter; his response tends to be generic filler which has nothing to do with constituent’s original question.

Why such untrustworthy conduct? These political animals’ sole lust for power is to keep power through vanity motivated media ratings.

2. Citizen-patriots must learn that Marxist-fascists are always pathological liars and America last haters; with even more hatred of all American patriots not only in public with even more evil plans behind closed doors.

Why such soul less evil conduct? These political animals values and principles are based on win at any cost for their they are true gods, chosen to manage their fanatic ideology Marxist-fascism; much as Islamic NAZI terrorists share devotions to destroy all political adversaries.
