Marshall’s Law Dateline – Check list starts with question: What part of America is there, that is not influenced by fascism?

Definition of fascism: political, philosophy, movement, or regime that exalts a centralized autocratic government headed by dictatorial leader at expense of individual’s inalienable rights; fascism governs by severe economic and social regimentation and forcible suppression of opposition.

Reader can identify fascists with three real world examples and one clue.
1. Obama is chronic habitual serial liar.
2. Republican establishment Senate Leader McConnell is chronic habitual serial “promise breaker” and “back stabber”.
3. Under Obama’s government which is tolerated by Republican establishment leaders, government does not let citizens know what laws are about to be enacted. Two examples, Obama Care and Fascist Communications Commission (FCC) Net Neutrality regulations.

[Side note: Obama is one executive action with toleration by Republican establishment leaders, from not letting citizens know what laws have been enacted; until Reader is arrested for breaking law/s; that Reader did not even know existed. One rumored example, did Reader know that it is against the law in American to be Anglo Judeo-Christian male patriot?]

4. Hypocrisy is clue to lying – citizens of Washington D.C. vote to legalize pot which is ok; States vote to ban gay marriages which is voidable law by federal courts.

Contemporary examples of how Obama with Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats tolerated by corporate fascist Republican establishment use federal bureaucrats to implement and enact following fascist concepts. Why, to transform “out of hate” America’s social-political-economic-constitutional due process legal system’s values.

1. Transform culture with politically correct Nazism.
2. Transform world’s best health care system with Obama Care.
3. Transform constitutional due process with “make it up as they go along” activist judges, who should be wearing “brown shirts” not black robes.

Americans who do not have the courage to defend their republic and or U.S. Constitution against enemies, tyrants, and hypocrites do not deserve to be free. The destruction of America will result not from its enemies’ strengths rather from it patriots’ character weaknesses.

Greatest threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security result from middle class citizens ignoring the Marshall’s Law adage, those who ignore national security, always spend too much time at cemeteries.

America’s first tradition was not freedom from religion, rather freedom from government religion. Your simple reference is the first words of the First Amendment to Bill of Rights.

Those posing the greatest threats to America’s first tradition include but are not limited to: Islamic fascists, Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats, internationalist corporate fascist Republican establishment leaders collaborating with Obama like politicians, and the science is God crowd, better known as global warming Marxist-fascist environmentalists.

Understanding historical relationships of the words “independent,” “Independents,” and “independence” will help conservatives better understand America’s first tradition. The word independent first appeared in late 1500′s and was defined as “in (not) dependent”. Independent then suggested a word describing a person not acting as part of a political party.

Independents as a word appeared in the early 1600′s to describe a religious organization that supported “a voluntary association of like-minded believers who renounced the support of civil authorities either in reforming itself or extending its practices to persons of a different mind.” Independents according to George H. Sabine, also “took the advanced ground that any should be tolerated which did not adversely affect social order.”

Nathan was born on June sixth of fifty-five. His home schooling included respect for religious teachings. He entered Yale at the age of fourteen with future interests in ministry and devotion for service to country.

While attending a town hall meeting, shortly after entering college, Nathan blurted out "Let us never lay down our arms till we have achieved independence!"

His use of the word "independence" stunned hose attending the meeting. Audience members asked, "Where had this boy learned that new word a word not found in Shakespeare, Spenser, or Bacon?" The only prior reference was "Independents of England."

Barely out of college, Nathan resigned his teaching position and enlisted in Webb's Seventh Regiment. The young man's skills caused him to be promoted to lieutenant on September first, followed by a promotion to captain two weeks later. Nathan's continued successes on dangerous missions earned his commander's respect.

At an officer's staff meeting seeking volunteers for a behind the line assignment to learn enemy future plans; the senior captain protested "We are willing to be shot for our country but not hung for our country."

Still pale from physical illness, the youngest captain, who as a child created the word independence, destroyed the silence with these words "If my country demands a peculiar service, its claims are imperious."

Several weeks later while pretending to be a school master, Nathan was captured by the enemy after his own contact failed to answer his pre-arranged signal and abandoned Nathan to the enemy.

Nathan's fate was sealed when the enemy found him to be in possession of notes written in Latin detailing the enemies’ most precious secrets.

One of the enemy officers asked his commander if Nathan should be physically tortured to determine how the prisoner breached their perimeter.

The commander's response, "I can tell from the prisoner's eyes that he would never talk; why torture him and show our troops an example of rebel courage? Try him and execute him at sunrise."

Nathan spent his time before and during the trial writing letters to family and friends. When the enemy commander was asked for permission to mail Nathan's final letters, he ordered that the letters be burned in Nathan's presence.

The commander's explanation "The rebels shall not know they have a man who can die so bravely."

Nathan requested in lieu of a last meal that he be allowed to read from his bible. The enemy commander's response "Give him neither, let him die with both an empty stomach and empty soul." Shortly before sunrise while being led to the gallows, Nathan respectfully asked the enemy commander if he might say a few words before his execution.

The enemy commander spoofed, "Why not, what could a spy on an empty stomach, with an empty soul, possibly say that would ever be worth repeating?"

Nathan silenced the festive gallows crowd as he confidently without help climbed all thirteen steps, and then without hesitation proceeded to precisely stride to the front of the waiting noose.

After neither, rushing or pausing, the child who created the word independence, spoke these final words "I only regret that I have but one life to give for my country."

Let us never forget that the last word spoken by Nathan Hale, a patriot blessed with sacred faith, was country not government.

Texas Drifter: Republicans' Winning Minimum Wage Issue!

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Minimum wage can be minimum dollar amount paid per hour of labor; or minimum wage can be minimum dollar amount paid per job.

Marketing campaign theme / slogan might be “Minimum Wage with Weekend Pay”.

Math formula example
1. Worker gets paid minimum wage of ten dollars per hour for forty hour job equals four hundred dollars.
2. Worker gets paid what government says job is worth – example, worker works forty hour job; but government regulations state job is really worth fifty six hours work; so worker gets ten dollars an hour for fifty-six hours which equals five hundred and sixty dollars.

All involved parties win!
1. Worker spends most of their dollars on weekends; but generally earns less money on weekends; so now worker will have more dollars to spend on weekend.
2. Retail products and services venders will now make more profits with minimum wage consumers having more money to spend (by above math example as much as forty percent more minimum wage consumer wage earners disposable income).
3. More consumer spending means more jobs with more credit purchases which will stimulate America’s “in a coma” economy.
4. States and cities will receive more revenues for more public recreation projects due to more consumer sales tax revenues.
5. Federal government can take credit for improving dignity of minimum wage workers by putting more dollars in their “pockets”.
6. Republican establishment leaders and allies like Chamber of Commerce and media propagandists like Wall Street Journal can exploit illegal immigrants for more profits. How by basing minimum wage job values on amounts illegal immigrants would have been paid in their home countries. Example job worth five hundred and sixty dollars in America, might be worth only sixty dollars in Mexico or much less in China slave camps.
7. Minimum wage salaries paid on value of job could “head Obama off at the pass” by offering bigger looking wages than just ten dollars an hour to recruit Islamic Nazi terrorists into job market away from engaging in genocide against Judeo-Christians and other innocents. Think about it, would you rather take a job for ten dollars an hour or over two thousand dollars a month starting pay?
8. Another group Republicans can get votes from is illegal immigrants. How, illegal immigrants will have more money, plus Obama Care, plus all their tax payer public subsidy benefits; which will allow illegal immigrants to bring not only their families to America, but also their friends.
9. Reader can list other benefits of minimum wage salaries based on value of job not just value of hourly work performance dollar values.

Two concerns need to be worked out: first minimum wage workers who work on Saturday or Sunday, or holidays will be compensated for days through Monday through Friday. That problem solved.

Second issue is Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats not IMMEDIATELY supporting minimum wage salaries based on government determined value of job not individual “worked” hours; Obama will know a winning vote getting policy, and could easily “scoop” another great voting idea away from Republican establishment leaders. Rumors around D.C. are that Obama intends to announce his intentions sometime around middle of April.

Texas Drifter as well as ninety percent plus of American’s patriot conservatives, know that Republican establishment leaders like Bushies, Romney, McConnell, Cornyn, Boehner, as well as others reader can list, are generally thought of as fools and cowards on their best days. Texas Drifter: Loose Ends 2016 Elections

Marshall’s Law Dateline – From earliest days through current times, all individuals have and had four free will choices: apathy; the good; evil one; and evil two. Some suggest that Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats have been around since beginning of time as one of above two evils.

Clarifications of above four choices
1. Apathetic are those who “just don’t care”; plus are generally interested in only doing what “just feels good”.
2. Evil number one can be tyrants like Marxist-fascists (reader can list)
3. Evil number two are those who tolerate tyrants while pretending to be good guys; examples of such pretenders include internationalist corporate fascists like Republican establishment
4. Good guys divided into pragmatists, and those blinded by vanity idealists (often cult leaders); pragmatists know that political decline must be stopped before one can start rebuilding system. Vanity driven idealists start talking about re-building the burning house before the fire has even been put out.

Several historical scenarios of above clarifications
1. Evil one: Tyrant – Egyptian Pharaoh / Good guys – Jewish slaves seeking freedom / Evil Two: Republican establishment seeking to build “Golden Calf”
2. Evil one: Tyrant – King of England / Good guys – Americans fighting for Independence / Evil Two: Republican establishment known as American colonists called Tories
3. Evil one: Tyrant – Mexico’s President Santa Ana / Good guy Sam Houston / Evil Two: Fannin - For the record, some suggest Fannin supported Texans joining Mexican liberals and remaining part of Mexico; while Sam Houston supported Texas becoming an independent republic
4. Evil one: Tyrant – Hitler / Good guy – Churchill / Evil Two: Chamberlain for believing Hitler; and Republican establishment for continuing to do business with Hitler after WWII started
5. Contemporary times in America – Evil one: Want to be tyrant Obama and Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats / Evil Two: Republican establishment ruling class aristocrat political leaders for tolerating Obama’s criminal treasons / Good guys divided into two groups: first PSC (patriotic security conservatives) who know that one cannot begin to save America until threats first decline and are then stopped. Second are the vanity motivated often cult leaders promising to change America for the better; before the offensive threats are stopped; remember example of it is hard to start re-building a house until fire has been put out.

Few observations about above thoughts. First, some may disagree if tyrants are more evil than “Evil Two”; since tyrants do not pretend to be good guys’ friends. Unlike Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats, who are always in “pretending” in public to be allied with Judeo-Christian conservative patriots; when truth is, these pretenders cannot wait to help politicians like Obama destroy conservatives at every opportunity.

As Marxist-fascists always believe despite history’s lessons, the reason that Marxism and its variations of socialism have never worked; is because the “right” socialist leader has not yet come along to create and manage the perfect socialist political-economic system.

Internationalist corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats believe the reason a new world order corporate fascist political-economic system has not been successful; is because the “right” group of internationalist aristocrats have not come along to keep “Hitler’s of the world from getting out of control.

The “moderate Republicans” could not keep Hitler from getting out of control; these same internationalists are not keeping Saudis from getting out of control (what are Republican establishment types going to say if Saudis align themselves with Iran to threaten America?). Other examples include internationalist Republican establishment seeking profits which allows China to build a military to threaten America’s national security; supporting amnesty for illegal immigrants to displace American workers with illegal immigrant cheap labor; refuses to allow Federal Reserve to be audited to continue weakening America’s domestic economy; and finally most truly evil political act of all is tolerating Obama destroying America’s Constitution, threatening America’s national security, and domestic tranquility.

Reader who doubts above observations, need only compare objectives of Hitler’s National Socialism to Republican establishment’s international corporate fascism. TRUE or FALSE

Few quick questions, Federal judges who make up law instead of enforcing constitutional law should turn in their black robes for brown shirts. TRUE or FALSE

There are fundamental differences in religious attitudes between those who believe that Heaven has “forsaken” them; and those who believe that Heaven is preparing them. TRUE or FALSE

Who cares if Obama is Christian or Muslim; if consequences of his incompetency’s; pre-meditated hatreds; corruptions; or just plain evil treasons have same results? TRUE or FALSE

A good reference starting point for those choosing America’s next President can be referenced in President Washington’s Farewell Address – of which more than quarter of million choices can be located on “the people’s library - the internet”. A valuable resource that America’s FCC (Fascist Communications Commission) along with Obama’s Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats and corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats cannot wait to destroy. TRUE not FALSE

Circling back to title, “Loose Ends 2016 Elections”; recall Jeb Bush and H. Clinton share more common beliefs with Obama than any mixture of Judeo-Christian, conservative, due process constitutionalist, ethical capitalist, libertarian, Reagan Democrat, PSC, or any other good guys – So why would any good American vote for either of them?

In a sinister sort of way, one almost hopes that corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats run Jeb Bush as Republican. Why to kill Republican Party and put Republican Party out of good Americans misery! Does America really need another J. Bush or H. Clinton, who offer mirror appearances of spoiled sixties brats. TRUE or FALSE

An example of an appropriate 2016 Presidential candidate discussion might start with something like names considered by Texas Drifter and Editor Marshall; who share beliefs that 2016 candidate must be able to stop America’s declining strengths in constitutional due processes; ethical capitalist economics; domestic tranquility; and national security.

Our discussions include names like D. Chaney (reference MLTDL Entry # 761 –“America’s 2016 Fantasy President”) plus Governor Walker (reference Citizens Passions Entry # 311”Wisconsin America’s Second Alamo” – printed 02-22-2011); also worthy for discussion is Rudy Giuliani domestic American Statesman from New York. These are men who have already proved they can stop “decline” which makes their skills known commodities; which is always preferable to “want to be” promises .

It is believed that any of these three could stop America’s decline and provide Americans a chance to re-build Americans’ beloved republic. Perhaps Reader would like to suggest a candidate capable of stopping America’s decline?

Thoughts for Reader to consider: Will American history repeat itself? Consider following historical event. Peter Muhlenberg was born in 1746 his father was one of the chief founders of the Lutheran church in America. Early in life Peter entered the ministry, and was a pastor of a church at Woodstock, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

When the war clouds began to gather, this minister, not satisfied with a written protest, informed the members of his church of his intentions to resign. The news attracted hearers near and far as Muhlenberg was one of the most popular ministers in Virginia. In his forceful sermon he spoke of the duties citizens owe their country. In closing he said, “There is a time for preaching and for praying. But there is also a time for fighting. Now this time has come!”

In the same moment he threw off his clerical garment and stood in the pulpit in the uniform of a Colonel of the Continental army. Muhlenberg for his excellent services to the Continental army was rewarded with the title of major-general. George Washington counted him among his confidential friends.

Translation Clue - There is a time for preaching, and a time for discussing; this is the time for discussing, so let America’s conservative patriots continue the time for praying, and save the time for fighting for later.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – February 23, if Texas Drifter’s math is correct, is 179th anniversary of start of siege behind crumbling walls of an old church called “The Alamo”.

Another issue of fate intervening; some suggest that had Bowie’s rugged lifestyle not left Bowie in poor health; Travis would have never “by chance” had opportunity to write his letter that changed history.

Something else Texans and Americans might consider doing for America’s ongoing contemporary war of words against contemporary tyrants and tyrannies. Many Texans and fewer Americans are familiar with excerpts from Colonel Travis’ best known letter from Alamo which started with following introduction:

P.S. The Lord is on our side. When the enemy appeared in sight we had not three bushels of corn. We have since found in deserted houses 80 or 90 bushels and got into the walls 20 or 30 head of Beeves. Travis

Most bad guys and many good guys ignore fact that Colonel Travis believed “The Lord is on our side”. A belief many contemporary pretender good guys are now too vain to appreciate. How many Texans and Americans are familiar with last letter to leave the Alamo?
To David Ayers
March 3, 1836
Take care of my little boy. If the country should be saved, I may make for him a splendid fortune; but if the country be lost and I should perish, he will have nothing but the proud recollection that he is the son of a man who died for his country.
Note: The letter to David Ayers is the last known letter written by Travis before the fall of the Alamo on the morning of March 6, 1836. William Barret Travis died at his post on the cannon platform at the northeast corner of the fortress.

Side note: How many Texas and Americans know story of Travis’ ring?
In 1835 Travis joined the Texan army as it prepared to battle Mexico for Texas Independence, promising Rebecca Cummins that as soon as his divorce was final they would marry. As a parting gesture of his affection, he gave her a brooch; and Cummins the cat’s eye ring from her finger and gave it to him. Travis threaded it on a piece of twine and wore it around his neck. He would never see Rebecca again.

Knowing his death was imminent, wrote Betty Smith Meischen in her book “From Jamestown to Texas: A History of Some Early Pioneers of Austin County” [iUniverse 2002], Travis placed the string with the ring around the neck of 15-month-old Angelina Dickinson, one of the non-combatants who survived the siege. Every defender was killed.

It would be nice to think that after such a traumatic beginning, Angelina the “babe of the Alamo” who inherited Travis’ precious ring went on to live a happy life. But this was not the case.

Few observations before moving on to General Sam serving his fate. Bad guys beliefs are motivated by vanity; selfishness; greed; stealing; hate; lust for power over others’ lives, health, properties, and achievements. Texans in service of their fate; might want to remember and celebrate upcoming anniversaries of both defenders at Alamo and at San Jacinto both during spring time 1836.

Texans and other Americans need to never forget that Colonel Travis and Colonel Bowie who served “side by side” behind crumbling walls of old church; formed a temporary coalition as they planned a duel to the death after Texas won its Independence. They placed Texas’ future above their personal differences.

Another example of war of words includes General Houston’s example at San Jacinto. Taking a brief step back, definition of motivate is provide person with desire to act.

General Sam Houston had two types of motivations at Battle of San Jacinto. First, cowardly command at Goliad; and second, heart and souls full of courage at Alamo.

When the time was right, General Sam had two messages, one for his troops and one for his enemies. Sam’s first message to his troops: I ordered my scouts to burn all bridges. No one comes in, no one retreats. I must have Santa Anna alive. Remember Goliad. Remember the Alamo.

Casualty reports from April 21st eighteen minute battle sent Houston’s enemies the second message: six hundred enemy killed, two hundred enemy wounded, and 732 enemy captured. Santa Anna was captured the next day after fleeing the battle like a coward.

Out-numbered two to one, Republic of Texas casualties were two killed and twenty-three wounded. The wounded included General Sam Houston. When asked about his part in the battle, one Texan answered, I would not have stopped killing those ######## if Jesus Christ himself had asked me too.

Other war of words examples includes Texas Constitution of 1836 which started not ended with Bill of Rights for Texans. Second example involves 1876 Texas Constitution following Yankee Republicans economic and physical genocide against people of South following Civil War in 1860’s.

This writing exercise will not identify Yankee Republican conservative carpetbaggers and scalawags which can be left for another writing exercise.

Moving on to: “Legend of Wild Olives”
Folklore as recorded by Texas Drifter, provides a tale about a young bride whose first and only true love, Antonio Fuentes age 23, Texas born, garrison member who died at the Alamo during Texas' War for Independence.

The bride became so depressed: she was diagnosed as dying of a broken heart.

After all efforts to cure the dying bride had failed, her family asked a young Texas born priest to intervene.

Following inspiration during prayer, the young priest gave the near comatose widow a single wild olive tree. The cleric suggested that she care for the seedling and allow the white flowers to remind her of the beauty she and her true love shared during their time together.

As time passed, the bride recovered and the tree continued to grow and bloom. Several decades later; time neared for the widow to rejoin her husband.

She asked the now “leaving middle age” priest to only make her one promise: to care for the tree she had so carefully tended too since the passing of her first and only true love.

After the still bride in spirit’s "going home", the priest became terribly depressed when none of his efforts to care for what became known as the widow's wild olive seemed to no avail as the tree without explanation started to die.

As the community was aware of the priest's promise to care for the tree, rumors started that the priest had lost his faith.

Then almost like divine intervention, the priest thought that maybe the tree was dying from a broken heart.

The priest leaving in the middle of the night and with the failing light of his candle found a small wild olive tree that also seemed nearly dead. He continued on to the widow's abandoned ranch and planted the second wild olive.

As if a miracle, an unseasonable rain nourished both trees.

You already know the rest of the legend. Both trees recovered and still survive to this day. Now you know why wild olive trees always do better when planted in pairs. Now perhaps Reader might understand that the Texas priest was also a Texan serving their fate.

Taliban may not had ability to reach out and strike America; so they lured America into predictable guerilla war that should eventually be left to Afghanistan clans, tribes, religious theology based groups fighting among themselves for next thousand years.
Iran has ability to reach out and strike America’s homeland, maybe not with missiles but certainly with Hezbollah sleeper cells already on American soil. These groups can count on logistical support from staging areas in Latin America primarily Mexico, and specifically Monterrey, Mexico.

RR – So why don’t you just arrest that boy and bring him in for fair trial and just hanging?
Visitor –Can’t, town is just across Texas state line in frontier territory. I have no jurisdiction there; but you as American citizen have righteous revenge jurisdiction in self-defense anywhere in this great country.
RR - I used to have a badge like this; till you took it away from me.
Visitor- I recall differently; you tossed your badge on my desk; and said you had unfinished business. I also remember you never came back for your badge after you finished your unfinished business. Do not blame me for what you did not do!
Visitor Continues - Town has dozen or more upstanding citizens who will all swear in court boy killed your retired partner in fair fight; plus that boy refuses to wear side in public.
RR – Why you telling me this?
Visitor – So you never forget; that you are not looking for boy with sidearm that did not kill your partner; you would looking for one “Back Shooter” if you decided to return this badge so it can be buried with your friend at his final resting place.
RR – Have any idea what started showdown?
Visitor – Talk is Boy with pistol slapped a Barmaid, you can figure it out from there. One more thing, remember differences between vigilante, and righteous revenge rider just involved in self-defense. Know this, you act like hate motivated vigilante, and I will come looking for you; just like you are looking for one back shooter.
RR – Don’t worry, do not intend to dishonor my old partner and friend’s badge. You better have, better than good reason, if you ever come back to my ranch.
Visitor – Don’t make promises like that. (Walks out and leaves door open behind him)

ACT I

(About week later, RR “loops rein around hitching” for his horse outside small building in town just in frontier across Texas state line and walks inside.)
RR – You the undertaker?
Undertaker – Best in town.
RR – I have two jobs for you. First make sure my horse gets best care and food in town.
Undertaker – (Starts to speak)
RR – I’m not finished; make a really nice marker for the newest grave on that hill; I passed on way into town (hands a note); with this this written on it. These two gold coins will more than cover your services.
Undertaker – You don’t have to thank me for sending you people that badge.
RR – Don’t intend too; you just did it hoping to get more business. Don’t disappoint me. (Walks back outside – undertaker follows RR outside)
RR Continues – (While taking off his dust breaker) - In, spirit of “open carry”, want people to know how I make my living. I expect to get what I pay for.
Undertaker – As you wish Sir.
RR – (Walks down street and stops in front of swinging doors at “scene of crime” saloon – looks around then slowly walks down to end of bar.) Half glass your best tequila. (Notices one of local towns people sheepishly leave through swinging doors)
(Shortly Sheriff nervously enters, and walks up to RR in with short barreled double barrel.)
Sheriff – (Points at RR’s side arm with double barrel) Most times, drifter with rig like that is either running from the law, or a bounty hunter. Which are you?
RR – Neither one, more like a private vigilante.
Sheriff – (Almost yells) Boy killed that old man in “fair fight”. I got dozen upstanding citizens that will swear to that in court; besides that the boy has not worn a gun since that awful night – killing him would be murder – you will hang for that.
RR – Heard those words before – Not reaching for a gun. (Pulls badge out of his pocket) See this badge? (Turns it over for sheriff and every one to see) Bullet this badge stopped was fired from behind not in front of that old man. That means that old man was killed by a back shooter not in a “fair fight”. This badge also proves that you Sheriff, and all these upstanding citizens are liars. I don’t care about dealing with you liars; I am not here for the boy in front of that old man; I am here for one back shooter.
Sheriff – You got no jurisdiction in this territory.
RR – I don’t, but U.S. Marshall does; maybe you would like to tell him why and all these upstanding citizens are protecting a back shooter? Like I said, I do not care about the liars in this town; all I care about is one back shooter – I will give him two choices – let me take him back to Texas for a fair trial and just hanging; or two, find a place for him on that hill I passed on the way into town. Just a guess, what are costs of protecting a back shooter worth to you Sheriff, and these upstanding citizens? The back shooter can deal with me, or you all can deal with U.S. Marshall, your choice.
RR Continues – Now that everyone has seen everyone’s cards; think I will take my drink go set at that corner table and have some frontier cooking.
RR - (Keeping everyone in front of him, walks over to corner table; and puts his gun on table for everyone to see as the sits with his back to the wall) This town already has a back shooter’s reputation in Texas. Anyone who gets the idea to back shoot me through the wall. There are not enough U.S. Marshals in your frontier to protect you and your friends from Texas righteous revenge riders. (Turns and looks at barmaid) Come over so I can order my meal.
(Barmaid walks over to RR’s table)
RR – What happened to your eye and face?
Barmaid – I fell down.
RR – Seems everyone in this town is a stranger to the truth. Anyway I will have one burned steak large enough cover big plate; medium bowl of black beans warm not too hot or cold; half dozen corn tortillas; and another half glass of tequila. I will pay you what the food is worth. (Barmaid turns to go into kitchen)
RR. Continues – You upstanding citizens looking at me, makes me nervous. Why don’t you go find your back shooting neighbor and tell him to do what is in your upstanding community’s best interest?

ACT II

(RR appears to be watching both swinging doors, and end of bar hallway which leads to kitchen and probably to back door)
(Barmaid carrying plate and small bowl walks over to RR’s corner table)
Barmaid – As you wanted, burned steak covering large plate; bowl of black beans warm, not hot or cold; be back with your corn tortillas and half glass of tequila.
RR – Appreciate good service.
(Shortly barmaid returns with rest of order, then just stand there)
Barmaid – Dead men don’t pay their bills.
RR – Two coins, first is silver, for my food and drinks; tell bartender to keep the change for lost business while I set here and enjoy my meal alone. Second is gold – If things go as planned, I hope to be leaving this town before sundown. If you are tired of letting boys do that to your face, use second coin to buy you a ride, if you have the courage to leave this town; I will escort you back to Texas.
Barmaid – Blank you!
RR – Maybe some other time; I am not here for romance. Also, go lock the back door; do not want any surprise customers. Almost forgot, tell the Bartender that if he unlocks the door, before I leave; I will consider him an accessory to back shooting and settle up. Better still, tell the bartender to stand at the end of the bar with both hands on the bar and not move them; so I know who “my friends” are. One more thing, any surprise customers come in here; the bartended will be one of my targets. – tell him I said that.
(Barmaid mutters something as she turns around and walks off to talk to bartender
(RR starts enjoying what town’s upstanding citizens, hope will be his last meal)
(Barmaid hangs “closed sign” on swinging doors then leaves.
RR – Where is she going?
Bartender – Told her to spread the word that I was closed until you leave.
RR (Picks up his pistol off table) – You are not going to move your hands are you?
Bartender – Not a chance.
RR – Good man. (Then laws his pistol back on table and continue his meal)
(As RR was finishing his meal; decent looking middle age woman peers over swinging doors and asks.) Can I come in?
RR – Come In.
Back Shooter’s Mother – Are you the man who wants to kill my boy?
RR – That depends, is you boy a back shooter?
Back Shooter’s Mother – He is only a boy, he did know what he was doing?
RR – How old is your boy?
Back Shooter’s Mother – Nineteen.
RR – Nineteen year old, should know better than to pick up a rifle, and intentionally shoot an old man in the back.
Back Shooter’s Mother – Texas has no jurisdiction here.
RR- You are right; but I am not here as a Texan, I am here as an American exercising my rights of free speech. Don’t interrupt – I am only here to try and get your back shooting boy to voluntarily go back to Texas with me.
Back Shooter’s Mother – What good will that do?
RR – Once your back shooting boy crosses Texas state boundary; he will be a fugitive from a murder prosecution. He will be taken into custody; where after some legal wrangling; Texas Governor will extradite your back shooting boy to Judge Isaac C. Parker’s Federal court.
Back Shooter’s Mother – He the hanging judge; what if my boy refuses to go back to Texas with you?
RR – Guess I will just stay around till you boy tries to murder me.
Barmaid (At swinging doors) – I’m coming in.
RR – Come in stand on this side of bar.
Back Shooter’s Mother (Attitude changes to more friendly) Look just let my boy live: I will go anywhere with you; do anything you like; for as long as you like. Look I’m still a good looking woman in daylight. Just let my boy live.
RR – (Glancing at Bar Maid then Back shooter’s Mother) Seems this town has some of friendliest women I’ve ever met; only problem is I did not come here for romance. Advice is worth what one pays for it. Any boy that is willing to pimp out his own mother to keep him out of trouble, will not grow up to be much of a man. So why don’t you go explain to your back shooting son, about being accountable for one’s actions; then tell him to call me out.
(Back Shooter’s Mother reaches into her purse)
RR – if your hand comes out of your purse with anything more than your hand; I will make your eye look like your back shooting boy’s friend did to that girl. Slowly take your hand out of you purse then leave.
(Back Shooter’s Mother leaves through swinging doors)
(RR looks at Barmaid’s eyes – then points at Bartender) – Go outside now!
(Bartender hurries outside)
RR (trying to break tension) – Only met two women in this town so far, and both are interested in romance.
Barmaid – Saw the one you are looking for talking to the one that busted my face.
RR – Thought they would be talking soon enough.

EDITOR MARSHALL’S EPILOGUE – Texas Drifter has it on good account that one recently married couple built their ranch North of Del Rio somewhere along Pecos River into small empire. It is also reported that they had some of best looking, hardest working, most fair minded; yet could be meanest off spring in State of Texas.

Texas Drifter also reported that all the upstanding town’s people involved in above territory history, all changed their names and moved to different locations. Marshall’s Law Dateline - Question for you my Reader, is Obama trying to provoke conservative patriotic Christians into a scenario which will Allow Obama to “justify” suspending those parts of Constitution Obama has not already suspended with unconstitutional executive orders to establish a Stalinist type police state in America?

Reader should consider following; starting with definition of feign, which is to induce as false impression: pretend.

Example, in “wild west days”, hired guns would feign a draw by slightly moving opposite shoulder of holstered gun; causing amateur to grab for their pistol. Why to have witnesses testify that amateur “drew first” which meant pistolero was only reacting in self-defense.

Why might Obama be “intentionally” insulting conservative patriotic Christians most sacred beliefs? Reader might review question asked in above Marshall’s Law Dateline; after reviewing Obama’s most recent comments at National Prayer Breakfast.

Foundation for truth to determine if Obama is providing cover for 911 terrorists starts with following observations.

1) World News Daily – Information Clearing House (Excerpt) "Saudi Arabia May Be Tied to 9/11, 2 Ex-Senators Say" By ERIC LICHTBLAU March 01, 2012 "NY Times" --WASHINGTON — For more than a decade, questions have lingered about the possible role of the Saudi government in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001, even as the royal kingdom has made itself a crucial counterterrorism partner in the eyes of American diplomats.

Now, in sworn statements that seem likely to reignite the debate, two former senators who were privy to top secret information on the Saudis’ activities say they believe that the Saudi government might have played a direct role in the terrorist attacks.

“I am convinced that there was a direct line between at least some of the terrorists who carried out the September 11th attacks and the government of Saudi Arabia,” former Senator Bob Graham, Democrat of Florida, said in an affidavit filed as part of a lawsuit brought against the Saudi government and dozens of institutions in the country by families of Sept. 11 victims and others. 2) Other Public Information
Former Senator Bob Graham (D-FL) co-led the official Congressional inquiry into the events surrounding the 9/11 attacks, known as the “Joint Inquiry into Intelligence Community Activities before and after the Terrorist Attacks of September 11, 2001. “

The Congressional investigation supplemented the “National Commission on Terrorist Attacks upon the United States,” also known simply as the 9/11 Commission.

For years Graham has been pushing to declassify a 28-page section of the 9/11 Commission Report which was omitted from the public eye. The 28 pages may only be read by members of Congress in a secure location, one person at a time, and the specific contents cannot be revealed to anyone. It is not clear how many members have read them.

Those who have read the 28 pages have made assurances that national security would not be harmed if they were released to the public. It would, however, impact our national security and foreign policy strategies.

3) Recent Mossaou comments in Business Insider February 4, 2014. (Excerpt) “Jailed al Qaeda operative makes explosive claims about Saudi royals funding pre-9/11 terror”

A convicted al-Qaeda operative has claimed that members of the terrorist network received extensive financial support from members of the Saudi royal family throughout the late 1990's and into 2000, the New York Times reported Wednesday.

Zacarias Moussaou, a 46-year-old French native serving life in prison for his role in the 9/11 attacks, said he was instructed by Qaeda leaders in Afghanistan to create a database of all of the donors to the group.

Among those who donated, Moussaou alleges, were the Saudi intelligence chief Prince Turki al-Faisal and the longtime Saudi ambassador to the US Prince Bandar Bin Sultan.

Moussaou also claims that he discussed plans to shoot down Air Force One with a staff member at the Saudi Embassy in Washington.

In the wake of Moussaou's testimony, the Saudi Embassy released a statement calling Moussaou a "deranged criminal" and denying that the Saudi government had ever funded Al Qaeda.

4) New York Times February 02, 2015 (Excerpt) “Moussaoui Calls Saudi Princes Patrons of Al Qaeda”

WASHINGTON — In highly unusual testimony inside the federal supermax prison, a former operative for Al Qaeda has described prominent members of Saudi Arabia’s royal family as major donors to the terrorist network in the late 1990s and claimed that he discussed a plan to shoot down Air Force One with a Stinger missile with a staff member at the Saudi Embassy in Washington.

The Qaeda member, Zacarias Moussaoui, wrote last year to Judge George B. Daniels of United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, who is presiding over a lawsuit filed against Saudi Arabia by relatives of those killed in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. He said he wanted to testify in the case, and after lengthy negotiations with Justice Department officials and the federal Bureau of Prisons, a team of lawyers was permitted to enter the prison and question him for two days last October.

In a statement Monday night, the Saudi Embassy said that the national Sept. 11 commission had rejected allegations that the Saudi government or Saudi officials had funded Al Qaeda. “Moussaoui is a deranged criminal whose own lawyers presented evidence that he was mentally incompetent,” the statement said. “His words have no credibility.”

Mr. Moussaoui received a diagnosis of mental illness by a psychologist who testified on his behalf, but he was found competent to stand trial on terrorism charges. He was sentenced to life in prison in 2006 and is held in the most secure prison in the federal system, in Florence, Colo. Mr. Moussaoui’s accusations could not be verified.

The allegations from Mr. Moussaoui come at a sensitive time in Saudi-American relations, less than two weeks after the death of the country’s longtime monarch, King Abdullah, and the succession of a half-brother, King Salman.

There has often been tension between Saudi leaders and the Obama administration since the Arab uprisings of 2011 and the efforts to manage the region’s resulting turmoil. Mr. Moussaoui describes meeting in Saudi Arabia with Salman, then a prince, and other Saudi royals while delivering them letters from Osama bin Laden.

There has long been evidence that wealthy Saudis provided support for bin Laden, the son of a Saudi construction magnate, and Al Qaeda before the 2001 attacks. Saudi Arabia had worked closely with the United States to finance Islamic militants fighting the Soviet Army in Afghanistan in the 1980s, and Al Qaeda drew its members from those militant fighters.

Why, so China could use their manufacturing and financial profits from doing business with America to build China’s military. Clue – Exception to title “Obama Providing Cover for 911 Terrorists?” - and releasing redacted pages, it could be the very first and perhaps very last time Obama ever did anything that was in the best interest of America’s national security and domestic tranquility. Good question for Republicans next 2016 Presidential candidate: Will your very first act as President be to release twenty-eight pages of 911 truths to the American people?

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Some concepts like “unintended consequences” exist whether ignored by Reader or not.

Some Definitions
1. Unintended consequences means what concept sounds like, when syllables are slowly pronounced out loud
2. Self-defense can be the act of protecting oneself, one’s pack, one’s herd, and or protecting one’s private or political property including territory from threats
3. Revenge is to avenge oneself for wrongs from another by retaliating in kind or degree
4. Justice, one definition is fair compensation for wrongs committed by another’s guilt or sins
5. Guilt is political legal concept created by tyrant/s arbitrary whims, or constitutional due processes
6. Sin is natural law concept created by Heaven
7. Righteous is state of being free from guilt or sin
8. Righteous self-defense is being free from guilt or sin
9. Righteous revenge is being free from guilt or sin; when there are no constitutional due processes to provide victimized citizens with justice (righteous revenge like righteous self-defense, as a sin can only be determined on an individual’s personal judgment day before Heaven)

Righteous revenge is not guilty conduct and probably not a sin when tyrant or mob rule does not provide fair compensation for wrongs committed by another’s or others’ guilty conduct or sins, including government’s crimes. Hence the importance of domestic war crimes trials like Nuremberg Trials, to provide justice for citizen victims.

Distinctions between righteous killing and unrighteous murder are resolved in Ten Commandments cited above. Reference can be used when trying to distinguish between sins and righteous self-defense or righteous revenge. One example, generally man made guilt is determined by use of appropriate force and justified deadly force.

This writing exercise, proceeds with scenarios involving guilt and sin issues; plus questions. First contemporary issue of guilt and sin involves primary bad actors and their accessories (implementers, administrators, and regulators) to murdering innocents with 1) Obama’s Health Care, facetiously called Obama Care; 2) amnesty for illegal immigrants; 3) domestic tranquility and international security failures that have and will result in murders of eventually hundreds of thousands of American citizens and legal residents - not counting billions of dollars in property damage losses. Following seems better national security process for dealing with terrorists; rather than Obama’s policy of releasing terrorist “to the battlefield to have second chances” too kill Americans and America’s allies. (Excerpt) Texas Drifter adheres to “old school” lessons, and believes that security forces jobs are not done when bad guys leave field of combat; assignment is complete once bad guys are tracked down and completely destroyed. Why, simple answer is so bad guys do not have opportunity to “re-group” to kill good guys or their allies and families on another day.

Where is justice for American citizens when Obama, his Administration, and Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats’, pursue passive reactive anti-terrorist policies which encourage terrorists to continue threating America? Both Obama and Republican establishment always seemingly wait too long to honor their oaths to uphold, protect, and defend.

Scenario: terrorists or illegal immigrant criminals enter America through Southern porous border; breaks into Reader’s home; cuts conservative’s throat and throws him to floor. While conservative’s life sustaining blood is spreading across floor, conservative increasingly faintly sees and hears his wife and children being sexually assaulted and brutally murdered. Why, simple because there are some domestic tranquility and national security problems, that can never be resolved just with words or broken promises.

Another example of possible domestic war crime policies by Obama which also includes his allies including corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats; involves their efforts to destroy cliché phrase “America’s Middle Class”. When Obama refers to “helping” America’s middle class; Obama means, America’s public sector middle class, not America’s private sector middle class.

America’s public sector middle class are government employees who receive estimated twice the salary, and job benefits for doing same work as America’s private sector middle class. Doubt this observation, America’s public sector middle class does not have to participate in Obama Care.

In reality America’s private sector middle class has been re-classified as lumpen-proletariat under Obama’s Marxist-fascist economic system. Reader can find definition of lumpen-proletariat on their own; so their sensibilities can be offended longer. Former Marxists references to lumpen-proletariat were too America’s contemporary public sector lower welfare indigent unemployable class; whose status was upgraded to public sector lower middle class in return for their always voting for their benefactors – Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats.
