Marshall’s Law Dateline – Truth is apolitical; best way to find apolitical truth is use professional investigators to conduct non-prejudicial investigations for constitutional due process justice. This writing exercise based on updated screenplay concept "Obvious Is Diversion"

Investigations “start at center” and work their way out; imagine dropping a pebble into still water and watching ripples flow out from center.

There are no perfect criminals or perfect crimes. Investigators should always be alert for that one case breaking “insignificant” amateur mistake that exists when one accepts that obvious can be a diversion.

Consider following scenario “Obvious is Diversion”. Explaining not complaining Texas Drifter is starting to feel all writ out. Re-arranging words in writing exercises for adults about themes adults should have learned as children can get to be like work.

Have a different type question for reader. Consider following non-fiction story problem that needs an answer that reader can hopefully provide.

Scene 1: (dark room)

Deputy (his gun drawn) – “Get up old clown boy.”

Old Man – “What do you want Deputy?”

Deputy – Sheriff wants to see you now; he said bring you in one way or the other; me I’m hoping you choose the other.

Old Man - Getting up – Let go, I do not need your help – I will remember this.

Scene 2: (parking lot murder scene)

Sheriff (points at body) – What do you?

Old Man (interrupts) – Why bring me here – I’ve seen worse head shots?

Sheriff – That used to be, very beautiful young woman was not intended target. The intended target was (again pointing at victim) her twin’s sister number two personality. Do not interrupt, I want you to understand, the intended target was second twin’s sister number two personality. The second personality is always looking for trouble and a fight.

Old Man – Why am I here?

Sheriff - Security for second twin sister and her number two personality. Job pays four hundred dollars a day; plus fifty thousand dollars bounty when you bring in incompetent shooter; alive or dead your choice.

Old Man – Two personalities, eight hundred dollars day; as for the bounty; keep it my contribution to professionals surviving kids; I do not like incompetents either. You did say dead or alive my choice. Can you put that in writing?

Sheriff– No - Your personal choice; agree?

Old Man – Might need some of your rookie people wanting to learn how to work undercover. Clock started when your deputy woke me up. (Old Man continues) Need one off the books safe house – make sure complete inside and outside audio and visual surveillance. From now on: no more text messages, e-mail messages, phone messages only in person or short printed notes.

Old Man adds – when you talk to press make sure they stress how incompetent and amateurish shooter was; and how you expect to soon arrest him and all his friends who protect him or her, who will charged with being accessories. Might make him or her crazier, will cause them to be careless. Stay on message of how pathetically stupid suspect is. Need ride in unmarked car to meet surviving twin and number two personality – after they are in safe house.

Old Man - Keep me updated on all forensics. Almost forgot, give that Deputy some Saturday night boring office and patrol duties; tell him some old men do not like being called clown boy.

Sheriff – You going to thank me for real paying assignment?

Old Man – Ask me when case closes and money is in my hands. DO NOT let anyone tell sister why she is being taken to safe house!

End scenario for now. There are lots of good ways to spend “found time” when reader starts exercising their inalienable right of non-association; and quits associating with either some traitor’s herd, or tyrant’s mob. Perhaps future historians will record how times changed in America when Americans exercised all their inalienable rights including non-association. TRUE or FALSE

Back to assignment - Perhaps more interesting question: should surviving twin and her second personality be considered suspects in murder of first twin? What say you reader

Scene 3:

OM: (Old Man enters second twin’s safe house after being invited in): I am associated with sheriff’s department. No easy way to say this: Your twin sister was murdered in a parking lot earlier this evening.

Second Twin (ST): Why?

OM: Sheriff thinks she was victim of mistaken identity. Perhaps someone who wanted to harm your number two personality?

ST: Her name is Laurie.

OM: Think I could speak to Laurie?

ST: Laurie comes and leaves as she likes. (ST turns around to pour drink in glass on bar behind her)

(As she turns back around) Laurie asks: You looking for me?

OM: Kind of. Do you have any idea of who might want to hurt you enough to; you know?

Laurie: You mean murder me? So many who knows? I will miss my sister. I need to enjoy my only pleasure experiencing western blues.

OM was stunned, as quickly as Laurie appeared; Laurie began an Acapella rendition of what had to be an original song with a lyric pronouncing style resembling and sounding like a Patsy Cline rendition of Hank Senior’s “Your
Cheating Heart”.

Later learned that haunting recital was “Brandy, Diamonds, and Romance”.

ST: What are you talking about?

OM: Know you hated her enough to kill her; just do not yet know why.

ST: How can you say that?

OM: You made insignificant obvious mistake – might tell you after you tell me why you hated the twin born before you.

ST: You know what is like to live your entire life as left over child. She got everything first since she was born first. She got first dates with best dates; all I ever got was her hand me downs and left over trash; know why? I will tell you why, because of that psyched out, too strange too ever be normal Laurie.

OM: Laurie is not your second personality; you are Laurie’s second personality.

ST: That’s right I could have looked like the first born and had everything she had and more, except for that live only for her music Laurie.

OM: You murdered the first born, yet tried to blame Laurie, why?

ST: You stupid, Laurie being insane would be sent to mental hospital instead of prison; after a while I planned to return and bury Laurie in some prison in my mind; get released because I was well; return home live off the estate and be happy for ever after.

OM: Guess you figured wrong.

ST: Whatever you want; like you want; anytime you want I can do things to you that …

OM (Interrupts): Old men like me don’t need or want that much; especially from lovers who might not have problem putting me out of their misery. (OM walks over and opens door)

(Sheriff and two rookie agents walk in)

OM: Audio-visual surveillance system work?

Sheriff: Just like you ordered.

OM: Changed my mind, about the bounty; want the money to be used for treatment for Laurie. Do not want her spending single second in jail. The bounty can be used to hire (hands sheriff phone number) this doctor who will teach Laure how to bury her second personality is some lost prison in Laurie’s mind.

ST: How did you know it was me?

OM: Simple, you did not ask how the first born died. First question loved ones ask is how their loved one died. You never asked which meant you probably already knew; which you admitted when you blurted out, “Hope that witch confessed to shooting my twin sister”.

OM Continued: You were right about one thing.

ST: What that?

OM: Being lost in prison in one’s mind. Not Laurie in your mind, but you in Laurie’s mind.

Almost as Laurie appeared before; Laurie asked: can I really learn to keep her locked away in my mind?

OM: May take time, just keep working at it.

Laurie smiled than broke into another original rendition: Chimera

End Scenario: Back to apolitical truth from non-prejudicial investigations into Obama’s scandals which future historians will remember as political, constitutional, and treasonous crimes. Predicted fact: Obama and his gangster’s allies’ arrogance and vanities have left many clues.

Follow clues up the “crimes food chain” to find those who will “drop dimes” on all guilty above. All conservatives need, is to force their elected representatives to establish select committees and independent prosecutors. Both investigative tools must rely on investigators devoted to professional integrity exhibited by non-prejudicial investigations to provide apolitical truth for constitutional due processes.

Laurie update: Doc informs me that Laurie struggles every second of every waking hour to wall off her second personality in that part of her mind where the cries and screams of first twin’s killer will remain for eternity. Translation: Justice for first born in this non-fiction short story.

As for me Old Man, Sheriff said he was being generous when he paid me for half day’s work – oh well, part of something is always better than all of nothing.

Marshall’s Law Dateline – What threats will exponentially confront America’s domestic tranquility and national security during Obama’s lame duck period? Especially when America’s Commander-In- Chief seems to be an evil vanity obsessed ideologue, fool, and coward?

Side note, historians record that Stalin was a pragmatic ideologue; many contemporaries suggest that Obama is, truth can be repetitive, a vanity motivated ideologue cowardly non-loyal fool.

Questions that Reader needs to seriously consider, will America’s sworn enemies like Russia in Europe; China in Pacific; Islamic State and Iran in Middle East, collapsing nation-states like Mexico and other third world countries; plus America’s domestic hate groups violently attack America? When, during Obama’s lame duck status? If yes, why? Obama’s only for Obama self-serving efforts, will probably be devoted to playing golf, entertaining celebrity elites, continuing to promote racial and ethnic hatreds. Again why, just to fabricate Obama’s fantasy legacy.

All the while, Mussolini Republicans will be satisfying their lust for greed by devoting their efforts to scheming and scamming for corporate fascist profits. Writing exercise concept: Mussolini Republicans and Obama Types are ideological brothers. Two events confirming observation. First recent May 21, 2015 vote by Republicans Senators allying themselves with Obama to pass Obama’s “must vote for it to publicly read it” trade deal. These same Mussolini Republicans whined like female hypocrite dogs in heat when Obama passed his “must vote for it to read it” Obama Care Legislation.

Guess Mussolini Republicans integrity about voting on legislation before public has chance to review the legislation, depends on what their money contributing lobbyists think? Bonus question – Perhaps greatest fraud perpetuated by some conservatives, especially media celebrities (Reader can list) is defending Mussolini Republicans from Marxist-fascist main stream propagandists, like ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS to name a few. Marshall’s Law Dateline – Unedited title for this writing exercise, “Being Crazy, High, Angry, Idealistic, Evil, or Other Excuses Is Not a Crime until Reader Crosses the Line”. Translation: Being too blanked up to know, one is too blanked up, is not a crime; until Reader crosses the line. Perhaps, good starting place would be active evils versus passive evils.

Active Evils include “international threats” and “domestic threats”. First, international active evils include: Russia; China; Islamic NAZI theological imperialist terrorists; internationalist “new world order” corporate fascists; and some third world countries engaged in undeclared wars to destroy America’s culture and economy with illegal immigrants and drugs like Mexico.

Second, domestic active evils include, remembering repetition is good training tool: Multiculturalists promoting self-serving interests and or ideological hatreds like:
1. Race haters – like “world owes me” Blacks (most of Obama’s Administration)
2. Ethnic haters – (groups Reader can list)
3. Property haters – like public subsidy welfare addicts
4. America haters – like illegal immigrants

Brutal undeniable truth, all the needless human suffering and wasted tax dollars; could have been prevented with one secure fence line, and enough boots on ground to fill in security gaps. Few concept definitions, first: “melting pot” concept presupposes that individual societies share some basic beliefs. One of many shared traits of above multiculturalists is they all hate law enforcement, armed forces, and due process justice which interferes with their “world owes us” attitudes.

Example international pecking order may be tolerable until one “human nation” becomes too imperialistic. Example Germany, Italy, and Japan in World War II. Cold War is example of “human nations” existing on brink of war: America, Soviet Union, and China. Today’s political power environment represents power evolving times with resource motivated imperialist nations like Russia, China, and ideological imperialist Islamic Nazis flexing their suicidal-genocidal policies.

It is not as likely that intra-national pecking orders within one nation are as likely to preserve domestic tranquility as social-political pecking orders among nation states. Reader need only compare above profiled “eleven” multiculturalist types; who all believe world owes them a living. Note these professional haters, are not likely to assimilate to benefit entire society at expense of their own selfish interests.

Question, how is it that Yankee Conservatives have any right to lecture Southern or Western Red States residents on how to keep their States from turning Blue; when these Yankee conservatives are all lecturing from Blue States? Same goes for conservative mafia Yankee conservative carpetbaggers, who all left their Blue States to come and lecture us white trash bumpkins in our Red States!

On to another factual observation question that most are too vain to ever accept. Most Americans do not DISRESPECT Obama, his wife, or Administration because of their Blackness. Increasing number of Americans DISRESPECT Obama, his wife, and his Administration simply because: they are evil; lying; Marxist-fascist; race baiters; White race haters; plus haters of all America’s traditions, values, principles and history that made America Heaven’s favorite due process constitutional ethical capitalist republic. Once enough Americans tire of Mexico facilitating, tolerating threats to both America’s domestic tranquility and national security by “ignoring” Middle East terrorist threats to America plus trying to destroy America’s culture with illegal immigrants; then will it be time to discuss managing Mexico’s “secret” war against America.

Inalienable speech protected right concept (3) “civil rights versus privileges”. Re-stating the obvious, there is a distinction between inalienable civil right and public privilege.

Operating a vehicle on a public road is a not a civil right; rather a public privilege. One needs in many cases, minimum of following is required to operate a vehicle on a public road: “driver’s” license; vehicle registration number which includes license plate; vehicle inspection sticker; vehicle operator liability insurance; comprehensive insurance if vehicle is not “paid for”; plus operator implied accepted “social contract” to operate their vehicle by rules of road.

Some do not feel that random public checks should be made to check drivers for “driving under influence” of alcohol or drugs. Why, these people claim that driving is their right. These folks represent view that little education can be dangerous to not only themselves but also those around them.

Truth is that under some circumstances, individuals do have alienable right to operate their vehicle as they wish. In fact the individual does not need any of following: driver’s” license; vehicle registration number which includes license plate; vehicle inspection sticker; vehicle operator liability insurance; comprehensive insurance if vehicle is not “paid for”; plus no operator implied accepted “social contract” to operate their vehicle by rules of road.

Reader can do any of above they like including operating their vehicle so intoxicated that reader cannot even speak or stand up. All Reader has to do is operate their vehicle on their private property, or someone else’s private property; so long as they stay off public roads. TRUE or FALSE.

Moving on to inalienable speech protected concept (4): slavery versus Obama’s welfare promises. Few questions:
1. Is there more “Black on Black violence” under Obama’s federal welfare programs for Blacks than there was Black on Black violence for Blacks living under slavery? Reader running “the numbers” might provide Reader an answer that would embarrass Obama!
2. Are there more “broken” Black family units under Obama’s federal welfare programs for Blacks than there were broken family units for Blacks living under slavery? Reader running “the numbers” might provide Reader an answer that would embarrass Obama!
3. Did Blacks have more hope for better futures living as slaves; or do Blacks have more hope for better futures living under Obama’s federal welfare programs? Reader should consider better than slavery was freedom; better than Obama’s federal welfare programs is what – rioting, looting, burning down their own neighborhoods like savage animals. Who had and now has better hopes?
4. Who will Blacks remember as worse “Massa” the slave owner who many slaves took their names from; or Massa Obama?

Above observation questions are based on reality that not all Blacks were slaves in 1860’s; as not all Blacks in contemporary times are addicted to Obama’s public welfare “handouts”. Reader can run their own percentages if they have the courage to confront brutal truths!

3. Muslims start selling Reader‘s and other Judeo-Christians’ women and girls as sex slaves?
