Marshall’s Law Dateline – Wanted “no lose” plaintiff attorneys to represent those negligently killed, permanently injured, or acutely injured during violent protests and or riots; by groups like “Only Black lives matter” or any other special interest Rainbow Klan hate groups!

Why, eventually if it has not already happened, innocents will suffer death, or be permanently injured, or suffer disfiguring injures. Why violent protesters or rioters “tying up traffic” preventing access to emergency health care services, emergency health care facilities, or on site protection by first responder law enforcement.

Innocent citizens have a right to expect that commerce and other transportation routes not be closed by those engaging in felonious violence; including rioters destroying private property. Justice includes criminal convictions and lengthy prison sentences for criminal rioters including those financing anarchist criminal activities; plus innocent collateral damaged citizens deserve “just” civil damages resources judgments from those convicted of criminal protests and rioting; or those found responsible in civil litigation.

Bonus question, U.S. Constitution allows disgruntled citizens right to “peacefully assemble and petition” the government to correct grievances only. These is no constitutional due process right granting anyone, right to seek mob rule or lynch mob justice defined: by looting/destruction of private property; physical and sexual assault; murder of innocent citizens; and or assassinating law enforcement personnel during violent protests or lethal riots. Bonus thought question, seems a reasonable tactic to help identify rioters and members of lynch mobs might include: some types of exploding dye packs using "non-re-moveable paint" which will allow rounding up rioters and protest leaders within days after criminal and civil rights violation acts in question. Rioters covered in unique assigned colors will make easier identifications with longer term evidence for both criminal and civil trial photographic evidence. TRUE not FALSE.

Clue, can Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) a federal law designed to combat organized crime in the United States. It allows prosecution and civil penalties for racketeering activity performed as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise; and conspiracy complaints be used to seek criminal and civil justice against “professional” protesters and rioters?
