Texas Drifter: More Inalienable Speech Protected Words

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There are two kinds of investigators: patriotic investigators who ask the right questions; and those who are too corrupt, or lack the courage to ask the right questions. Public notice: the concept of “free speech” as used by most Americans is a fantasy concept. Why free speech is never free; since inalienable right of “protected speech” has been paid for in blood by millions of Americans.

One sample inalienable speech protected concept question: Re-enacting America’s unpatriotic “Patriot Act” by Mussolini Republicans was more to control due process law respecting American patriots, than stop international threats to America’s domestic tranquility and national security. Deduction suggests Mussolini Republicans are closet allies of Obama’s Marxist Fascist Progressive Democrats. How, by tolerating Obama’s Justice Department using Marxist Fascist mayors and other affirmative action politicians, to nationalize local police departments and sheriff’s offices by using federal “civil rights investigations”? Where, in cities like Baltimore; and Ferguson, Missouri; and sheriff’s departments like in Maricopa County, Arizona. TRUE or FALSE

Inalienable speech protected concepts reviewed in this writing exercise.
1. Law enforcement unions versus civil service protections
2. Mexico supports Islamic terrorist versus United States of America
3. Civil rights versus privileges
4. Slavery versus Obama’s welfare

As some worker unions can engage in questionable activities; some worker unions can engage in worthy of respect activities. American citizens would have no clue as to how corrupt Obama’s and treason like Obama’s Southern border and immigration policies factually are; if it were not for federal law enforcement union members informing America’s public of truths beyond dispute.

As Federal Union representing Border Patrol agents seems to be serving America’s interests; most other federal union members like to consider themselves Obama’s “Brown Shirts”. Role of “civil service” has no effect on protecting American citizens from being assaulted by Gestapo tactics for Obama or Mussolini Republicans (reference EPA).

It is an indisputable fact that America’s “civil service system” did not dissuade or prevent America’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from helping Obama steal 2012 Presidential Election. How by discouraging conservative voting interests from full participation in election process. It should be noted that Mussolini Republicans did not object to conservative voting interests being denied their rights to participate in 2012 Presidential election.

It is ironic that America’s “hate all unions haters” may only be aware to save their America from foreign invaders based on truthful warnings provided by federal unionized Border Patrol Agents; who in reality are more patriotic Americans than America’s “hate all unions haters”; hence one distinction between some federal union employees and many unpatriotic civil service employees.

Another example of civil service protecting Gestapo government policies is how prosecutors will “frame” law enforcement officers during their jobs to protect and serve. When, when civil service allows attempts by “civil service protected” to destroy law enforcement; when politicians and prosecutors attempt to satisfy hateful lusts of mobs participating in, and or following rioting, looting, and arson. One example is recent civil service lynch mobs recent conduct in Baltimore.

Moving on to (2) does Mexico support Islamic terrorists versus United States of America? Consider a little history, Mexico has a long history of engaging in violence against Americans, ever since: Texas War for Independence 1836; Mexico’s War against America 1845; Mexican bandit problems along America’s southern border 1850’s up until General Pershing resolved many of bandit problems up until start of World War I.

Since then Mexico has tried to re-colonize southern United States with illegal immigrants. Consider America’s contemporary problem with tens of millions of Mexican illegal immigrants seeking amnesty in America. Many who are supported by Marxist-fascist Democrats who see Mexican illegal immigrants as their new voting base to replace Blacks; plus Mussolini Republicans who see illegal immigrants as new source of cheap labor to replace America’s middle class with new lower working class.

Undeniable fact is Mexico has for decades allowed terrorist organizations like Hezbollah to operate training camps across Mexico to eventually use these as “launch sites” to carry out terrorist attacks across America. Doubt this, review ties between Middle East terrorists and Mexico’s drug cartels which also smuggle Middle East terrorists onto American soil.

Reader can check above observation for themselves. Really sad part is that Obama Democrats and Mussolini Republicans have no problem with Mexico facilitating and tolerating Mexico’s support of Middle Eastern terrorists so long as Democrats get their votes and Mussolini Republicans get their minimum wage labor force.

Even worse as known by some for a while, and just recently known by many, is report that Mexico is tolerating I.S. (Islamic State) training camp just miles across border near El Paso, Texas. Some have dismissed report as just a poverty type ghetto area. Guess I.S. would prefer not to use one of the many “country club” environments in Mexico near America’s southern porous border?

Once enough Americans tire of Mexico facilitating, tolerating threats to both America’s domestic tranquility and national security by “ignoring” Middle East terrorist threats to America plus trying to destroy America’s culture with illegal immigrants; then will it be time to discuss managing Mexico’s “secret” war against America.

Inalienable speech protected right concept (3) “civil rights versus privileges”. Re-stating the obvious, there is a distinction between inalienable civil right and public privilege.

Operating a vehicle on a public road is a not a civil right; rather a public privilege. One needs in many cases, minimum of following is required to operate a vehicle on a public road: “driver’s” license; vehicle registration number which includes license plate; vehicle inspection sticker; vehicle operator liability insurance; comprehensive insurance if vehicle is not “paid for”; plus operator implied accepted “social contract” to operate their vehicle by rules of road.

Some do not feel that random public checks should be made to check drivers for “driving under influence” of alcohol or drugs. Why, these people claim that driving is their right. These folks represent view that little education can be dangerous to not only themselves but also those around them.

Truth is that under some circumstances, individuals do have alienable right to operate their vehicle as they wish. In fact the individual does not need any of following: driver’s” license; vehicle registration number which includes license plate; vehicle inspection sticker; vehicle operator liability insurance; comprehensive insurance if vehicle is not “paid for”; plus no operator implied accepted “social contract” to operate their vehicle by rules of road.

Reader can do any of above they like including operating their vehicle so intoxicated that reader cannot even speak or stand up. All Reader has to do is operate their vehicle on their private property, or someone else’s private property; so long as they stay off public roads. TRUE or FALSE.

Moving on to inalienable speech protected concept (4): slavery versus Obama’s welfare promises. Few questions:
1. Is there more “Black on Black violence” under Obama’s federal welfare programs for Blacks than there was Black on Black violence for Blacks living under slavery? Reader running “the numbers” might provide Reader an answer that would embarrass Obama!
2. Are there more “broken” Black family units under Obama’s federal welfare programs for Blacks than there were broken family units for Blacks living under slavery? Reader running “the numbers” might provide Reader an answer that would embarrass Obama!
3. Did Blacks have more hope for better futures living as slaves; or do Blacks have more hope for better futures living under Obama’s federal welfare programs? Reader should consider better than slavery was freedom; better than Obama’s federal welfare programs is what – rioting, looting, burning down their own neighborhoods like savage animals. Who had and now has better hopes?
4. Who will Blacks remember as worse “Massa” the slave owner who many slaves took their names from; or Massa Obama?

Above observation questions are based on reality that not all Blacks were slaves in 1860’s; as not all Blacks in contemporary times are addicted to Obama’s public welfare “handouts”. Reader can run their own percentages if they have the courage to confront brutal truths!

Question - Protected speech raises the question and ask if Obama’s Marxist-fascist federal welfare for Blacks or any other minority or American citizen is not worse than slavery? TRUE OR FALSE

Bonus Question - If defending protected speech is not a right worth exercising because of recent Garland, Texas shooting; what is the metaphorical line in the sand for Reader? Is it:
1. American women no longer having right to drive, vote, or having any more rights than women in Saudi Arabia?
2. Mobs being allowed to throw hetero-phobic people off bridges?
3. Muslims start selling Reader‘s and other Judeo-Christians’ women and girls as sex slaves?
4. Muslims many who could have entered America via Mexico start cutting heads off those not wanting to convert to Islam?

Reader can answer with seven words describing their personal metaphorical line in the sand. TRUE or FALSE
