Marshall’s Law Dateline – Marketing concepts for Texas Drifter writing exercises; “non-fiction” short story screenplay concepts; Marshall Star Cross; other products; and services. Following should not be a unique concept for Americans: self-sufficient non-profit service foundations that do not have to beg for money.
Section I
1) Retain all publishing rights for use by Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library (Foundation)

4) M.L.T.D. Library Foundation target recipients: continuing educational opportunities vocational or college for children:
A. Of Texas Law Enforcement officers killed or permanently disabled in “line of duty”, and
B. Of resident Texans serving in America’s armed forces killed or permanently disabled in combat.
5) Revenues generated by maximum of one advertising sponsor per day of M.L.T.D. Library – more visitors to site; higher advertising revenues more funds for target recipient group.
6) Revenues can also be generated by sales of special print; audio; e-books editions to public
7) Process will create more public awareness and no-cost advertising for screen play concepts used for audio visual / film projects.
8) Board members will include:
A) Three retired combat experienced master sergeants
B) Three retired combat experienced officers
C) One combat experienced Military Presbyterian Chaplin – no liberation theology or liberal Presbyterian ministers need apply
9) Other minimum standards for efficiency and accountability with minimum administrative costs
Section II
1) “Screenplay concepts audio-video rights” generated finances for our needs and special projects
2) “Marshall Star Cross” retail consumer products finances to be assigned
3) Other residuals finances not limited to BMI or ASCAP to be assigned
4) Estate rights already assigned to Presbyterian Church to be announced later
Section III
1) Stay with our original premise: scarcity creates mystery; mystery increases value
2) Possible response to criticism – why limit target recipients to Texas? Texas cannot save America by itself; but Texas can serve as positive example to rest of America.
