(Setting) Meeting between Client and Agent miles from any tourists on Gulf of Mexico beach

Client: Why meet here?

Agent: Give my defensive snipers clean kill shots. Why this meeting?

Client: (Uses his cane to draw circle in sand; with perpendicular line down center; points to one half of circle) “This is R.G.V.” (Moves cane to other side of circle) “This is Mexico” (Writes NEMP above circle, then scratches out NEMP letters and entire circle) – “Obama and corporate fascist Republicans will be blamed for allowing their Southern porous border to enable terrorists for the NEMP attack”

Agent: Why would you want to destroy lives of three million people?

Client: Only one million on U.S. side of Rio Grande River

Agent: That does not answer my question – Why?

Client: Sometimes it may be necessary to sacrifice few to teach many – you better than anyone understands security equations – sacrifice one to save three hundred – job pays one million untraceable cash just like always – better you to teach the lesson that what North Korea and Islamic NAZI terrorists have planned for Our America we both took an oath to protect.

Agent: Cost you five million – two for me; I cover deployment costs; you provide weapon; other three million for your lifetime contract - just in case I have any sudden serious injuries, illnesses, disappearances, or unexpected deaths after assignment is finished.

Client: Done (Follow me – stops in about twenty feet uncovers sand with his cane) “Your package is in this foot locker; combination is your old agent ID number backwards – wrong combination goes “boom”; instructions to set timer are also inside”

Agent: Thought it would be larger –

Client: Public information – fifty mile target diameter; thirty thousand to forty thousand feet detonation altitude; small pure fission weapon with thin case …. Only thing needed is you primitive terrorist looking delivery system

Agent: I want specks; schematics; diagrams; blue prints; anything else I can use to run my own numbers. I want to make sure this thing does not take out half of Texas.

Client – You don’t trust me? Everything you need is in the footlocker.

Agent: Why would you pay me my first asking price; when you could get some clown to do job for less?

Client: Trust, we are paying you to detonate this weapon where we choose.

Agent: Do not move, will let you know in few minutes (agent walks down to edge of water)

Agent whispers – Your decision # 1; #2; #3

Sniper # 1: We don’t take job, someone “untrustworthy” might.

Sniper # 2: Security equation numbers sound right.

Sniper # 3: Why not, people like the client deserve lifetime contracts

Agent: Very well, four yes votes is unanimous.

Agent turns and walks back to client: Deal, assignment starts when five million clears drop off accounts.

Client: Good to know we can still do business with you and your three defensive snipers; “We” have always liked you and your team of self-righteous misfits. Remember this, while you and your team are passing moral judgment on those paying your bills.

Client continues: If America’s good people do not grasp threat from this lesson; it would only take three high altitude NEMP military grade detonations to totally destroy America’s electronics and social infra structures; and indirectly eventually kill two hundred million to two hundred fifty million Americans; while hardening America to such an attack could have been accomplished for less than ten billion dollars – which is less that annual welfare fraud in America. Like always, be in touch next time “We” need your services. Next time sent up our meeting somewhere besides the beach, I hate sand. (the Client turns and walks into sand dunes)

Agent to # 1: Add nine more drop off accounts; be creative make them work to keep up.

Agent to # 3: Now we test you mechanical engineering skills, re-run numbers; foot locker is your security assignment.

Agent to # 2: Lets go see about a non-traceable weather balloon;

Hopefully theme of above writing exercise never becomes a real world lesson decision, even though real world is not a fair place. Then again, expecting America’s good guys, a sleeping giant, to wake up in time to avert national NEMP disaster may be a wager not worth taking? TRUE or FALSE
