Situation Update: Averaging 1000 plus illegal immigrant apprehensions day – Estimated 75% OTM’s (other than Mexicans) – Cannot readily deport OTM’s like Mexican illegals – Running out of detention space - Must consider “catch and domestic release” policies soon – Estimated four hours to process one illegal immigrant’s “legal forms” - Need estimated 200 (*) federal agents just to process daily apprehensions – “Legal forms paper” processing leaves Southern already porous border totally open for:
1. Estimated 80% of illegals avoiding apprehension that are crossing through no border perimeter
2. Provides most all cartel drug smugglers’ shipments safe passage into America
3. Provides Islamic-Nazi terrorists secure travel routes on to American soil

This urgent message is “real time” crisis not past or future crisis – Guess it is true, Americans like Texas U.S. Representatives like Cuellar, Vela, Hinojosa, and Texas U.S. Senator Cornyn; plus Texas Governor Perry use Article IV Section 4 as toilet paper

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against INVASION; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence. TRUE not FALSE

(*) Editor Marshall Note – Texas Drifter wanted reader to understand process for determining number 200 is as follows: 1000 illegal immigrants detained / four hours to process one illegal / one federal agent working sixteen hour shift can process four illegals during shift / estimated agents out of field service to process 1000 illegals is 250 / “round down” for conservative estimate of 200 federal agents not along border protecting Americans. Perhaps FOI (Freedom of Information request) might generate “hard numbers”.

Such numbers might suggest need to deploy American military forces along America’s Southern border. Why besides securing border, to allow Border Patrol to concentrate on illegal border crossers; while federal Immigration agents concentrating on VISA jumpers. Additional policies would include both voluntary and involuntary deportation of all illegal immigrants. Two other viable options include mandatory jail sentences for those employing, or providing aid and comfort for more than two illegal immigrants.

Then again such policies are not likely to be implemented until enough Americans and legal residents start caring that their governments (like Obama’s); plus Republicans like McConnell, Boehner, Ryan, and Bush and Romney types (by enticing illegal immigrants with Amnesty to illegally enter America) are accessories to every murder, rape, DUI death and injury; kidnapping, extortion, plus all other violent and property crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
