Marshall’s Law Dateline – Average Americans health care services seem to be caught between two smothering evils. First is Marxist-fascist Obama Care tolerated by corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats like both Bush and Romney clans. Brutal truth is that Obama Care will surpass Obama’s Veteran’s Administration health care services in abuses, injuries, and deaths.

Second evil smothering Americans with incompetent corrupt health care involves one simple principle: worse health care economy becomes; more opportunities for private sector health care professionals to perpetuate frauds steal and cheat health care consumers.

Following are some examples of private sector health care professionals’ afflicted by temptations due to slowing health care economy caused by Obama Care.

1. Pharmacy staff siphoning few “expensive” tablets from patient’s prescription orders; especially on sixty and ninety day orders. Most patients will not notice seven or so tablets from sixty or ninety day prescription. Take few twenty dollar pills from several patients and money starts adding up. Some church volunteers even offer older people services counting prescription pills right after prescription picked up to curtail this by some estimates increasing theft process.
2. Unnecessary repetitive tests to generate funds for all involved during process. Sample duplicate tests taken by emergency room, primary doctor, and each specialist if more than one needed.
3. One of newest is clinic dropping out of Medicare Advantage Provider network; still taking Medicare Advantage Provider’s “credit card” which clinic knows in advance that Medicare Advantage Provider will not “honor” with re-imbursement payment; then clinic sends patient bill for cash payments claiming Medicare Advantage provider no longer “covers” services patient is being billed for. Reason clinics engage in this activity is it is easier and quicker to steal and extort money from older private sector citizens that deal with Obama Care bureaucrats. Bottom line, pre-meditated fraud and extortion are premeditated fraud and extortion.
4. Collusion between private labs and private doctors to deprive patients of their own privately owned medical records unless exorbitant processing fees are paid.
5. Stop treatments in middle of treatment process to let patient die to save company or government monies.
6. Watch Obama’s big government pathetic murdering V.A. health care services be remembered as good old days compared to what Obama Care involves into – remember they deny they lie.
7. Increasing number of death panels engaging in genocide to divert more money into budgets for more Obama Progressive Democrat voters like illegal immigrants.
