Texas Drifter: Thumbs Down on Obama's Segregation

Marshall’s Law Dateline – There is a distinction between government sanctioned political correct segregation; and every individual’s inalienable right to exercise free will non-association. Recall freedom of association includes freedom on non-association.

Just as government can not “respect establishment” of either secular or spiritual religion; government can not constitutionally force citizens to like each other, and or associate with each other.

Definition of segregate is to separate or set apart.

Definition of segregation is separation or isolation by race, ethnic groups, economic class, or other specific traits by enforced or voluntary actions. One of key words in definition is voluntary.

Old adage, no one gets out of life alive.

An associate after reading Colonel Travis’s final letters during siege of Alamo observed: “It seems Travis knew he would never leave the Alamo alive.”

Sometimes individuals “get out” of life sooner than they might have liked. When Colonel Travis drew his “line in the sand” to offer his troops opportunities to become volunteers; Colonel Travis must have known that the end of the siege of the Alamo was near.

Lesson for reader is difference between stepping up to a line for honor; and crossing a line to take short cuts.

Some bad symptoms for Heaven’s favorite republic; America’s traditional “melting pot” is being transformed by Obama and his allies into hate motivated culture divided by no-assimilating minorities, and special groups seeking cultural segregation. Some results of their hate motivated actions and policies include:
1. English not being America’s official “in practice” language
2. Segregationists holidays for immigrants homelands not America’s history, traditions, values, and principles. Holidays like Cinco de Mayo; Diez y Seis; and Caesar Chavez Day.
3. No majority appealing traditional spiritual holidays celebrated in public schools or on public property
4. Votes in languages other than English
5. Prejudicial preferential policies based on race, ethnic background, gender, or sexual preference with policies like affirmative action

Advocates, allies, and accessories to hate motivated segregation policies include following contemporary American examples.
1. NAACP
2. La Raza / LULAC
3. Islamic fascists seeking to replace America’s constitutional, civil, and criminal laws with intolerable Islamic beliefs and no toleration upon penalty of torture and death for other citizens’ beliefs
4. Activist federal judges/justices like Justice “Judas” Roberts with contempt for America’s Constitution
5. Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats advocating lumpen-proletariat class benefits to destroy America’s middle class attitudes (reader can reference lumpen-proletariat to identify Obama’s service base)
6. corporate fascist Republican establishment ruling class aristocrats advocating corporate feudalism for some aristocrats like Bush and Romney clans to destroy America’s middle class attitudes
7. Political correct advocates
8. Hetero-phobic gays
9. Supporters of programs like amnesty and American Dream Act for illegal immigrants; Evangelicals are not hypocrites because they want to help “poor immigrants”. Evangelicals are hypocrites because they advocate government stealing other people’s properties to help illegal immigrants with money stolen from others. Texas Drifter must have missed the passage by Heaven’s Son to go out and help government steal others’ monies to help the poor. If Evangelicals want to help poor immigrants; then they should use their own monies and stop stealing from others for their charitable deeds.

What was old adage, a house divided against its self can not stand. Republic like America segregated by some minorities’ prejudices and hatreds can not survive. Future historians will record that it was not majority intolerance; rather government sanctioned politically correct segregation to be politically correct and polite to prejudiced and hating minorities that destroyed America’s constitutional republic. More suitable solution would have been re-affirming American’s melting pot traditions based on equal opportunity with out privilege. TRUE or FALSE

1. Ballots in English only
2. Deport all illegal border crossers and visa jumpers voluntarily or involuntarily
3. No more affirmative action policies
4. No more special legislation for special interest minorities
5. No more race or ethnic haters allowed to make profits through non-profit organizations

Americans would be better served preserving America’s uniquely national traditions, values, principles and national security interests; and not integrating international cultural attitudes from third world countries that are third world because of their third world traditions, values, principles, and attitudes. America’s Constitution deprives governments of any legal authority to cater to minorities by segregating them with special benefits, privileges, and or legal status. Constitution does allow free will individuals including majority of citizens based on Ninth and Tenth Amendments to not socialize and or not be forced to associate with others they do not like. Translation, America’s good people do not have to socialize; do business with; respect; like; or tolerate abuses from or provide special privileges for any racist, ethnic hating politically correct segregationist/s. TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question – Most members of most minorities appreciate America’s traditions, values, principles like inalienable rights which include life, liberty, free will, and justice for all. Most members of most minorities appreciate America’s Constitutional due process political system, ethical capitalist economic system, plus understand needs for insuring national security interests. Most members of most minorities appreciate need for live and let live American values.

It is the hate motivated “You and world owe us; because we are perpetual victims; and entitled to Obama’s politically correct segregation with benefits and privileges” that majority of American along with most members of most minorities vote thumbs down on Obama’s segregation. TRUE or FALSE
