Marshall’s Law Dateline – Truth can be horrible reality for greedy, haters, and fools.
Definition of wanton is hard to control undisciplined cruelty often involving malicious merciless inhumane behavior without limitations.
Definition of looting is robbing someone or something on a large scale usually by violence of corruption.
New concept for reader is called “hit and run looting”. Texas Drifter had occasion to witness two different Hispanic riots in third world countries. One offers lessons for this writing exercise.
Rioters were murdering, beating, robbing, and dragging women and young girls off to be “interrogated”. Almost as quickly as looting started; rioters jumped into more than a half dozen pickups and vehicles and sped off.
Seemed only seconds later, military personnel “federales” arrived in green military pickups and started murdering, beating, robbing and dragging women and young girls off to be interrogated.
About only difference between conduct of looters and federales was paint on their vehicles.
Seems cartel crimes and Mexican federales conduct, plus increasing spill over violence onto U.S. soil is only variation of third world wanton violence.
Difficulty of separating American Hispanic citizens and legal residents from illegal immigrants for deportation along Texas southern border will increase following eventual porous border hellish anarchy. Such hard to deport looters from colonias could easily result in America having its very own “Gaza Strip” along America’s Southern border.
Those deserving blame for unnecessary deaths and atrocities committed against American Hispanics and legal residents on American soil will include Obama his allies like U.S Representatives Cuellar, Vela, and Hinojosa plus Obama’s Republicans like Bush and Romney clans who support amnesty and its variations like Dream Act.
America’s Southern porous border finale could easily be one of America’s most horrific bloody nightmares since America’s Civil War. Inevitable possible scenario: estimated million plus Mexican refugees crossing America’s Southern border to escape drug cartel wars.
For what ever reason, anarchy breaks out in adjoining Mexico; and hundreds of thousands of uncontrolled refugees start crossing border into the United States. Random violence scenarios can include:
- Random roving gangs, more organized home invaders, crazies, and paranoid psychos; some conditions bring out worst in good people and really worst in bad people;
- Scenarios could last three to eight days depending on how log takes state and federal personnel to re-establish civil order and domestic tranquility by imposing martial law not Marshall’s Law;
- Re-establishing law and order will start with taking control of border perimeter, Rio Grande River in South Texas, then working way through border cities to metropolitan border areas, to rural towns, and finally rural residents;
- One of highest dollar assets and easiest to defend is South Padre Island;
- Hardest areas to re-establish control will be Brownsville and its surrounding “colonias” as well as colonias through out Rio Grande Valley. Separating legal from illegal Hispanics is going to be “door to door” type deportation searches.
Side note about refugee camps established during porous border bloody finale, primary goal is to return refugees to Mexico as soon as possible so they can start rebuilding their Mexico and not be threatening America. These refugee camps must be temporary, repeat temporary; despite efforts of America last interest groups and Democrat activist hell with America’s Constitution federal and state judges.
Legal arguments need to be refined that some national security issues are beyond scope of Democrat activist hell with America’s Constitution federal judges. Not returning refugees to Mexico as soon as possible; end result will be something similar to “Gaza Strip” on American soil in South Texas - totally unacceptable end product.
Texas Drifter further analysis – undeniable brutal truths of South Texas porous border blood finale are that over whelming majority of murders, rapes, assaults, kidnappings, robberies (eighty five percent to ninety five percent) will be older American Hispanics, younger American Middle Class Hispanics, and lower income American Hispanics.
These casualties will mostly result from Mexican national refugees and illegal immigrants, committing acts of violence against and on American Hispanics and American Hispanic legal residents.
Unacceptable goals in any form or fashion include establishing temporary “Gaza Strip” type refugee centers along America’s Southern Border to not process large numbers of illegal immigrants back to their homelands for any reason.

Other causes of wanton looting violence could involve Rio Grande Valley’s own internal collapse from increasing poverty resulting from multiplying increases of eventual examples.
1. Increasing population of illegal immigrants perpetual poverty
2. Increasing population of American’s perpetual poor regional residents
3. By some estimates groups one and two make up guesstimated seventy plus percent of Rio Grande Valley’s populations could be as many as eight hundred thousand perpetual poor
4. Increasing cartel cross border related violence
5. Mix in eventual loss of federal and state subsidies for perpetual poor
6. Mix in ethnic haters who will blame Anglos
7. Mix in class war haters who will blame wealthy and those with middle class attitudes
8. Mix in Islamic terrorists of which many live and train in Mexico who will try to make bad situation worse
9. Mix in corporate fascists who will be motivated by greed
10. Mix in unknown variables and things will be worse than most imagine
Above examples are not isolated for Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Community ethics are often influenced by communities’ economic systems. R.G.V., Texas is classic example of political marriage between Marxist-fascists and corporate fascists. Simple verifiable observation proven with subtraction; start with taking following away from RGV, Texas economy:
1. all government subsidies for private businesses
2. all public sector salaries
3. all public sector welfare benefits
4. all retail sales from laundering cartel crime profits through retail sales
5. all profits from exploiting illegal immigrants for cheap labor
Recall repetition is good teaching tool. Remember that con artists are nicest and friendliest criminals one ever meets; how many unfriendly con artists has reader met?
Examples of those profiting from economies like R.G.V., Texas just might include con artists like Obama and his Progressive Democrats, plus Republican establishment ruling class elite aristocrats like McConnell, Cornyn, McCain, Boehner, Romney clan, Bush clan, their consultants like K. Rove and others reader can list.
Consequence of allowing RGV, Texas to turn into a geo-region dominated with third world attitudes and ethics suggest wanton looting violence is inevitable.

Similarly illegal immigrants can commit all types of violent crimes against South Texas American Hispanics and legal residents; RGV, Texas media does not identify all illegal immigrant crimes as being illegal immigrant crimes to protect RGV, Texas tourist industry (or some other yet published reason – like maybe not offending their advertisers or Chambers of Commerce?).
(2) Doubt above observation about RGV, Texas news media?” Ask them for detailed verifiable accurate reports of number of all crimes committed in RGV, Texas by illegal immigrants; plus statistics for crimes committed by local citizens. For any reasonable time frame reader chooses. Also, ask RGV, Texas media what percentage of illegal immigrants are in RGV, Texas municipal, county, state, and federal prison facilities.
Second thought, why waste time answering “bonus question” as RGV, Texas news media will brand you a crazy conservative or racist. Despite fact that most RGV news media people do not know distinctions between races and ethnic backgrounds.
