Marshall’s Law Dateline: If reader were a mercenary, who would they likely choose to work for. Perhaps following scorecard could help private sector hired guns choose? Keeping in mind that score card is based on real world experiences not popularity or likeability by infatuated groupies.
Remember following scorecard is not based on who is nicest person, rather who of two choices is most respected professional.
Definition of mercenary is professional paid to work or fight only for person gain or profit.
Definition of respect as used in this writing exercise is not act of esteem; rather show of concern with something involving care, trouble, or distress.
Example of respect references Obama and Obama’s Republicans who have dismantled U.S. military resources and forces which have resulted in Obama foreign policies like sacrificing Ukraine to Putin that portrays even conservative patriots as cowardly fools. Texas Drifter hopes that Obama’s Democrats and Obama’s Republicans never quit hearing screams of Ukraine victims in their sleep.
On to Obama-Putin scorecard, one similarity between Obama and Putin is both started out as Marxist redistribution ideologues. Putin learning from history’s lessons of failed Marxist societies has evolved into variation of corporate fascist. Obama seemingly being too ignorant to learn from history’s lessons remains infatuated by Marxist-fascist redistribution utopianism.
Scorecard rating system starts with potential client’s background.
Obama:
1. Early years blurred and forgotten by recreational drug use of both “soft” and hard “drugs”.
2. Middle years motivated by racial hatred with “world owes me” attitudes as community activist and organizer.
3. Adult career based on “world owes me” affirmative action promotions based on charity for “incapable” minority members not job performance skills.
Putin: (Excerpt - Early Political Career- Vladimir Putin Biography - Facts, Birthday, Life Story - Biography.com www.biography.com/people/vladimir-putin-9448807)
(Start excerpt) Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin was born in Leningrad (now St. Petersburg), Russia, on October 7, 1952. After graduating from Leningrad State University in 1975, he began his career in the KGB as an intelligence officer. Stationed mainly in East Germany, he held that position until 1989.
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, Putin retired from the KGB with the rank of colonel, and returned to Leningrad as a supporter of Anatoly Sobchak (1937-2000), a liberal politician. After Sobchak won election as mayor of Leningrad (1991), Putin became his head of external relations; in 1994, Putin became Sobchak's first deputy mayor.
After Sobchak's defeat in 1996, Putin resigned his post and moved to Moscow. In 1998, Putin was appointed deputy head of management under Boris Yeltsin's presidential administration. In that position, he was in charge of the Kremlin's relations with the regional governments.
Shortly afterward, Putin was appointed head of the Federal Security, an arm of the former KGB, as well as head of Yeltsin's Security Council. In August 1999, Yeltsin dismissed his then-prime minister Sergey Stapashin, along with his cabinet, and promoted Putin in his place.
Putin was nominated for 2014 Nobel Peace Prize (End excerpt)

Scorecard points system – five points for positive answer and zero points (0) for negative answer.
Summary Obama received zero points and Putin receive one hundred points. Recall score based on most efficient productive, not most popular by groupies and drones.
Principles for scoring are to know thy enemy’s or future employer’s strengths and weaknesses.
American example, General Custer’s vanity got his troops massacred by allowing his vanity driven emotions starting with ignoring his scout’s warning about strength of force that awaited his troops in combat.
Scorecard “tie breaker” organizational variables:
1. America’s traditions, values, and principles; centuries long natural resources reserves; middle class attitude to fuel ethical capitalist economic system with superb manufacturing – technology base only lacking one good nationalist patriotic leader; which can combine all components to return America to dominating super power.
2. Potentially less efficient corporate fascist economic and production system.
Significance of this variable reader can reference Texas Drifter: Putin's Long Term Strategy | All Right Magazine www.allrightmagazine.com/... or same title at Marshall’s Law Texas Drifter Library published March 5, 2014.
Preliminary conclusion, remember, the Obama-Putin Scorecard is based on standards for “fee lance” not “free lance” professionals. Obama earned zero points which technically make Obama a zero leader. Though technically impolite, can reader say perfect loser leader? On Bright side but getting dimmer side, America still has long term edge over Russia and other leaders like Putin.
Recommendation: America should prepare for Cold War II, and accept nothing less than victory of Cold War I. As for evil among us in U.S.; Americans will deal with them at proper time. Concerning Libertarians and their hide behind walls of fort until bad guy get tired and go home national defense strategy. Perhaps they should go home and play with the wife and kids and enjoy their libertine recreation policies; and leave national security to conservative patriots. Translation, go get high and let others fight and die in defense of America.
Time to start winding down this writing exercise to final bonus question: recall distinction between like and respect. One may not like what an enemy leader does, but one needs to “respect” how they do what they do in order to survive. Why, might may or may not make right but determines who wins. Reader can reference Marshall’s social power formula [SP = Q1+Q2 over timing] in other writing exercises.
Then again, there are no American values, traditions, principles, constitutional laws, or common laws that require Americans citizens to like or have esteem for their own country’s leader; when that leader acts like incompetent, corrupt, law breaking, or threatens America’s national security. TRUE or FALSE
Even worse, Russia and Putin are not only international threats to America with leadership scorecards that dwarf Obama. TRUE or FALSE
Question, perhaps some American patriots should offer cash bounties to patriotic shadow warriors discretely or publicly to find out what Obama or Obama’s
Republicans “have on” House Speaker Boehner to sellout his conservative Republican voting base by protecting Obama and Clinton? Reader can reference Texas Drifter: Shadow Warriors Tie Breakers | All Right Magazine published November 19, 2014 www.allrightmagazine.com/... Before answering TRUE or FALSE
Bonus question, not respecting threats/ advantages or strengths when end results are:
1. life or death
2. freedom or slavery
3. private property or government handouts;
Are choices for those too blanked up to know they are blanked up. TRUE or FALSE
Final bonus question: False prophets or leaders for pagans, promiscuous, or tyrants seem like Satin’s children; free will allows them to do as they choose so long as they do not threaten or harm others or children. TRUE not FALSE
