Marshall’s Law Dateline – Biggest distractions to citizen investigator’s primary objective of conducting non-prejudicial investigations can be brutal realities of work place environments that negatively affect performance attitudes.
Maintaining productive attitudes starts with motives for investigation. Why train citizen investigators for Nuremberg type American domestic war crimes trials? One answer, provide patriots alternative to justified or not hate motivated revenge; in return for punishment for guilty with due process justice for casualties of Obama’s and Obama’s Republicans’ unconstitutional seemingly fascist crimes.
Citizen investigators primary directive is to conduct non-prejudicial investigations: not engage in law enforcement activities; not prosecute accused; not pass judgment on accused; not carryout punishments of convicted.
Real world investigation environment preview: writers and film makers can only emulate senses of sights and sounds; but can never duplicate or re-create real on scene: smells; touches; sights; sounds; spontaneous moral outrages; or memories.
It is important not to judge an entire society by some of the amateur criminals encountered on assignments. These folks are often more unpredictable, less trustworthy, and more dangerous than professional criminals.
Amateur criminals generally find themselves on the wrong side of the law as a result of careless circumstances, not planned activity.
Amateur criminals are usually more concerned with losing their reputation in the community than going to jail. Political amateur criminals have the most to lose and should also be considered potential threat.
Consider the following examples from Rio Grande Valley, Texas.
1. School administrator when asked why he allowed middle school coach to sexually assault teenage girls, responded “winning coaches are hard to find.”
2. Evangelist when asked why he allowed Sunday school teacher also wealthy contributor to perform oral sex on five year old boys said the he needed contributor’s donations to “save lost souls”.
3. Mayor was not voted out of office for having sex with fifteen year old cheerleader as she “enticed him” and he did “so much good for community”.
Above examples are not isolated for Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Community ethics are often influenced by communities’ economic systems. R.G.V., Texas is classic example of political marriage between Marxist-fascists and corporate fascists. Simple verifiable observation proven with subtraction; start with taking following away from RGV, Texas economy:
1. all government subsidies for private businesses
2. all public sector salaries
3. all public sector welfare benefits
4. all retail sales from laundering cartel crime profits through retail sales
5. all profits from exploiting illegal immigrants for cheap labor
Recall repetition is good teaching tool. Remember that con artists are nicest and friendliest criminals one ever meets; how many unfriendly con artists has reader met?
Examples of those profiting from economies like R.G.V., Texas just might include con artists like Obama and his Progressive Democrats, plus Republican establishment ruling class elite aristocrats like McConnell, Cornyn, McCain, Boehner, Romney clan, Bush clan, their consultants like K. Rove and others reader can list.
Recall what Obama and Obama’s Republicans all share in common is amnesty for illegal immigrants whose very entry into America violates integrity of America’s Constitution. Reader can look up constitutional mandate if reader chooses.
The consequences to victim of unintentional or intentional abuses of power regardless of whether, the bad guy was amateur or professional criminal are the same. International border communities always have, still are, and always will be dominated by smuggling based political corruption.
The most common error in political corruption investigations is underestimating depth or scope of corruption or lengths locals will go to protect their community leader.
Any citizen investigator who believe that there is less political corruption in America than places like Mexico, are wasting their time and jeopardizing theirs and their tem members personal security.
There are six types of justice: street, constitutional, law book criminal; law book civil; satire; and spiritual. Satire justice always contains an element of truth and can be represented by following example: American citizens who may not have time or resources to visit places like Soviet mental hospitals, Nazi concentration camps, of Chinese killing fields might wish to take their children to visit places like Washington D.C. Why, to remember “home place” of policies like Obama Care; Fast and Furious; Benghazi; IRS abuses plus many other atrocities reader can list.
Another satirical example includes visiting Washington D.C.; to try and help determine who kidnapped and are holding Republican leaders McConnell’s and Boehner’s testicles for ransom or extortion. Especially since their policies seem to be limited to being type cast as Obama’s lap licking Republicans; just a question, not yet verifiable observation.
Citizen investigators working political corruption cases need to be able to identify Obama’s Marxist-fascist lies, as well as Republican establishment ruling elite aristocrats’ corporate fascist lying processes. Consider following.
1. we did not do that
2. we did not know we were doing that
3. we did not mean to do that
4. we will not do that again
5. what we did was not that bad
6. we never did that conservatives and Tea Party members did that
In many case, taking a stand is not about justice or making the world a better place; in many cases, taking a stand is about getting tired of being neglected, abused, or pushed around.
Reminder, though situations may differ, thought processes of amateur criminals trying to protect their reputations produce actions beyond imaginations of world class fiction writers. Citizen investigators who become complacent about potential threats of amateur criminals are suicidal.

Bonus question approaching satire: Is following a fun idea? – Wanted patriot to offer one million dollars cash bounties for information which causes conservative leaders like McConnell, Cornyn; and or Boehner to resign their political offices; or better still require them to serve hard time for rest of their conservative and Tea Party hating lives. Then again, perhaps some American patriot has already covertly offered such a bounty? TRUE or FALSE
