Marshall’s Law Dateline – Sensitivity counseling for combat force scenarios can be torture. Or worse, cause defender to hesitate, in future self defense scenarios and get them or others needlessly killed.

One definition of sensitivity is being sympathetic to bad peoples’ emotional problems.

Definition of cheater is one who breaks rules for special privileges.

Example of better known cheaters include:
1. Marxist-fascists
2. corporate fascists
3. oath breakers
4. illegal immigrants
5. some public sector unions
6. public subsidy addicts not truly indigent
7. Haters like minorities hating others for race, ethnic heritage, reader knows list
8. frauds like environmentalists and pretenders like Republican Senate and House leaders
9. internationalists who place America’s financial interest on equal basis among other nations, who also rely on Federal Reserve to serve corporate fascists at expense of America’s national financial interests
10. cult leaders masquerading as false prophets for conservatives or worse

Circling back to this writing exercise concept: Some Sensitivity Training Torture?

Using lethal force in self defense situations is in reality combat scenario whether it is for personal protection; “protect castle doctrine”; general security for others; major wars; or other situations.

Political correct sensitivity seems about making survivor of self defense scenario feel guilty about having to do what “had to be done”. How, by making survivor feel attacker was true victim. Was David supposed to feel bad about slaying Goliath because Goliath was over sized child from a broken home?

How much sympathy do people trying to kill you, your, family, neighbors or other law abiders deserve? None objective in combat scenarios is to manage threat as quickly and efficiently as possible. Why, to manage follow up threat if one occurs.

Some examples of when managing threat might seem necessary:
1. methamphetamine addict attacks you with ax
2. illegal immigrants throwing rocks which are lethal projectiles at Border Patrol agents
3. arsonist is trying to start fie to burn down nursing home full of elderly invalids
4. terrorists in process of setting up I.E.D.
5. enemy combatants shooting at American military personnel
6. child running towards client with grenade in flower basket
7. spy in route to deliver battle changing intelligence to enemy
8. racist teen trying to use his fists to beat another person to death
9. could continue, perhaps reader would like to add their own examples to list?

Restating obvious, not every life threatening scenario requires lethal force. Sometime scenario avoidance; not being in scenario; sometimes retreat works; other times display of force might be appropriate.

Warning shots are for movies not real life, as warning shots can defender killed.

Further discussion can include in another writing exercise about steps from recognizing threat to responding which are fractions of seconds’ non-reversible decisions.

Translation once line has been crossed and lethal force is final option; goal should be to instill physical and mental reflexes to survive self defense scenario. Primary teaching should also include how to live with final decision by not making survivor feel guilty with political correct sensitivity counseling.

Living with reality and accepting consequences of actions necessary to survive; plus real world memories will be tough enough, without desk pilot feel good social worker type counselors trying to spike their speaking fees.

Spectators, liberal columnists and reporters will always be “outsiders looking in”. Reader might consider decades and decades ago Texas Drifter undercover-surveillance assignment.

Assignment involved being pulled off another case for low profile surveillance of recent rape scene in case bad guy returned for more victims.

Surprisingly first and thus far only rape victim was standing near same dark alley where her assault had occurred just two nights earlier.

When discretely asked as this “passer by” if she felt safe? Her response, “Look at me. No one desires me because of my looks; bad social life is better than no social life.”

Reported incident to supervisor, who stated: We are short on resources as it is; go back to original assignment target area.”

Feel good liberals will probably never understand supervisor’s orders, but then again liberals live in fantasy politically correct worlds; not world with choices being made with limited options. TRUE or FALSE
