Texas Drifter: Of Good and Evil Bureaucrats

Marshall’s Law Dateline – Distinctions exist between patriotic bureaucrats who know differences between good and evil; and ideologue bureaucrats who serve their fanatic hate motivated prejudices at all costs.

Definition of ideologue is especially zealous supporter often motivated by hate of self serving social, economic, political belief system.

Definition of patriot is someone who proudly supports and or defends their country’s traditions, values, principles, and or best interest.

Being up front, Texas Drifter’s experienced based perceptions are limited to managing two to eight member teams; generally structured into two management styles.
1. Company manager and component members.
2. Company manager with all team members also being themselves experienced company managers.

Great product result, almost spontaneous efficiency as team’s component members knew what to do without asking clarification questions before carrying out assignment duties.

Side note, having experiences of managing or being team member of company managers components teams; creates future memories worth keeping. Every team member knows without communicating what needs to be done, and just do their job regardless of assignment challenges.

Totally different management skills are needed when organization consists of tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of team members known as bureaucrats. Assignment tasks are different for bureaucrat administrators than for “specialty team” company managers’ two to eight member teams.

Definition of bureaucracy is administrative system that divides work into specific categories carried out by special departments operating by too rigid non-flexible rules.

Patriotic bureaucrat administrators and bureaucrats are “more likely” to be found in agencies dealing with law enforcement, investigations, intelligence gathering, security, and armed forces. Key concept is “more likely or generally”.

Ideologue bureaucrat administrators and bureaucrats are usually found in agencies dealing with fascist regulations; welfare related social services; education services; hate motivated judicial processes like Hitler’s Gestapo / Obama’s Justice Department and judicial nominees; special interest hate groups like many environmentalists. Reader can add to list.

What makes these agencies so dangerous is their “promoting incompetent; corrupt; and minority haters” up organizational structure rather than terminating or firing worst of worst bureaucrats’ employment from public sector.

Some examples of these of these agencies which have also been promotes dumbest and mot corrupt to top which have also been “politicized” by Marxist-fascists and Obama Republicans include: Agriculture; Civil Rights, Commerce, Education, Energy; Human Services; Health Services; IRS; Justice – reader can add to list.

In case reader has not asked, there is a third type of bureaucrats; those who serve anyone who signs their pay checks. These amoral bureaucrats will serve Beel Zebub or one of Heaven’s prophets depending on who offers best employment package. Positive trait for patriotic bureaucrats, as these civil servants can be co-opted away from ideologue bureaucrats.

Word to wise to patriot bureaucrats, amoral bureaucrats will turn on their benefactor for promises of better employment package.

Reader will find that it is considerably easier to identify more public ideologue bureaucrats than patriot bureaucrats. Working example is for reader to list all ideologue bureaucrats they can in sixty seconds. Now list all patriot bureaucrats they can in sixty seconds. This list would have to start with Dr. Robert M. Gates former CIA Director and Secretary of Defense. TRUE or FALSE

Reader still needs to test their knowledge of great American patriot bureaucrats by listing patriot bureaucrats.

Great equalizer for ideological bureaucrats is adopting “Public Employee Civil Liability Legislation” to provide just compensation for citizens victimized by ideologue bureaucrats. Concept sovereign immunity applies to “elected sovereign” while they are in office not un-elected ideologue bureaucrats.

Often cited concept: sovereign immunity is not waived unless sovereign has waived its immunity or consented to wave its immunity. The United States has waived sovereign immunity to a limited extent.

Time has arrived for sovereign immunity to apply only to sovereign as tradition suggests; but sovereign immunity should no longer be extended to sovereign’s representatives like bureaucrats. That is unless sovereign wants to be considered accessories sovereign’s representatives’ crimes. TRUE or FALSE
