Texas Drifter: Not All Capitalists Are The Same

Marshall Law Dateline –Citizens not differentiating between ethical capitalists and unethical capitalists like conservatives in name only (CINOs), especially pretender conservative ratings motivated talk show hosts; are not likely to differentiate between marital fidelity and marital infidelity.

Definition of Marxism: political economies where property and means of production are owned by governments (federal, state, or local). Definition of fascism: property and means of production are superficially owned by private citizens, but are so regulated by governments that there is essentially no difference between Marxism and fascism.

Worst case scenario involves blending of Marxism and fascism as in contemporary America. Consider Obama’s Marxist-fascist policies alliance with Republican aristocratic ruling elites known as Obama Republicans.

Types of fascism:
1. Marxist-fascism;
2. Corporate fascism (political correct term is crony capitalism);
3. Theological fascism – Islamic fascist terrorists;
4. Ideological Fascism – like that being promoted by some right wing cult leaders who will only provide Robespierre type regimes.

Types of capitalism are ethical and unethical; reader not knowing difference between ethical and unethical might pursue other reading interests.

Note corporate fascism and unethical capitalism are different. Unethical capitalism usually involves private sector parties. Corporate fascism involves bribes between private party and government for government to provide competitive advantages to bribing party and punish with government regulations or competitive disadvantages to non-bribing party.

Some examples of corporate fascism:
1. Consumers not being able to purchase health insurance across State lines;
2. Prescription drugs: same quality, same manufacturer, same quantity in Mexico cost twenty dollars while exact duplicate purchase on U.S. soil costs two hundred dollars;
3. Illegal immigrant construction workers while receiving welfare, are allowed to remain in America and work for a fraction of wages as American workers to cause American workers to be unemployed;
4. Physicians whose negligence or incompetence injures, cripples, or kills their patents are subjected to less equitable civil damage processes than their private citizen patients;
5. Large businesses use government regulations to prevent competition from small businesses; example how Texas Board of Private Investigators and Security Agencies stampedes as rabid fascists across Texas;
6. Usurer loan policies which only benefits financial institutions, universities and colleges not students receiving non-commercial or marketable educations;
7. Obama’s relationship with environmental industries and private unions with special finances and regulatory privileges;
8. Obama Care;

Examples of unethical capitalism:

1. child pornography and child prostitution;
2. misrepresenting promised products or services;
3. not honoring promised warranty services;
4. “buyer beware” ends with intentional deception, fraud, or product deficiencies get consumes and or by standers injured or killed;
5. extortion used by Republican leaders like McConnell or Boehner to intimidate duly elected conservative officials;
6. price gouging before, during, or after storms or natural disasters;
7. pretending to be patriotic conservative/s for advertising or other dollars to establish fascist Robespierre type hate groups;
8. paying with “bad checks” or not honoring reasonable debts;
9. using Heaven’s name to promote commercial ventures like money lenders Heaven’s Son cast out of Temple;
10. cheating, like offering starving family man fifty dollars for of five hundred dollar horse;

Additional notes some churches are waging economic and civil rights wars against America’s middle class with loyalties to professional poor and proletariat class; then using church ties to corporate fascists for financial donations to religious leaders in return for cheap labor for corporate fascists. These church leaders are easy to identify with their “liberation” theologies’ advocacies.

Another example, American border communities like those in South Texas including Rio Grande Valley; who have no problem laundering narco cartel blood dollars through retail product sales; real estate sales, and investments in border business ventures.

Reader doubts this observation, examine increases in: construction permits, sales taxes revenues, bank deposits, property appraisals increases and sales, and other economic conditions in border communities; while rest of America was suffering from Obama’s intentional economic recessions. Why intentional, to turn American into some third world Marxist fascist banana republic.

Brief summary, ethical capitalist math helps keep budget items in perspective. Twenty trillion dollars equals twenty thousand billion. Ten percent of twenty thousand billion is two thousand billion, and one percent of twenty thousand billion is two hundred billion; with one tenth of one percent of twenty thousand billion being twenty billion . Texas Drifter hopes my calculating is correct.

Point being that most American and illegal immigrant allies of Marxist-fascist Obama and Obama Republicans are too stupid and or to greedy; to remain loyal to America’s constitutional due process ethical capitalist system when their addicted to public subsidy benefits are reduced at too great a rate.

Reader needs to remember that public subsidy addict reduction rates can only be successfully reduced, by increasing public sector revenues by expanding private sector wealth through ethical capitalist economies.

Basing public revenues on increasing inequitable tax rates is a sin according to Ten Commandments. Has reader ever heard “thou shall not steal”.

Basing public revenues on increasing inequitable tax rates also violates “general welfare” clause of America’s Constitution. Short translation, general welfare includes all as a group not select individuals.

Specifically: Article I, Section 8, reads, "The Congress shall have Power to lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States." Do not believe concept cites specific subsidies for specific individuals or special interest groups.

Why would it; doing so would conflict with America’s Bill of Rights, written to protect all, not a select few special individuals? That is unless one happens to be “special” because “world owes them” like Obama or Obama Republicans.

Final assignment question: Brutal truth, republics that follow policies which violate either or both Ten Commandments and Heaven’s inspired Bill of Rights, always have and always will self destruct. TRUE or FALSE
