Both federal and States’ new amendments might establish according to law changes that might return America to “founders” and “framers” original plans, hopes, and devotions.
Many may correctly ask why would State and federal activist judges, like Justice Judas Roberts as well as most other federal judges abide by future constitutional amendments when they ignore current constitution’s laws. Good question, they probably will not, but will be adding more evidence for any future domestic war crime trials in America.
Samples of changes that will immediately impact average citizens’ “pocket book” or health issues:
1. Abolish Obama Care before hundreds of thousands or more Americas become what Obama and Obama Republicans will describe as necessary collateral homicides to benefit professional poor and aristocrats.
2. No primary payer health care system prohibited from ever existing in America;
3. Limit citizens not financially contributing to social programs like food stamps, unlimited unemployment benefits, and “welfare to ten percent of total States’ and federal budgets.
4. Public welfare addicts shall not be allowed to vote. Why, why give professional subsidy addicts right to vote to steal from others? Consider Aristotle’s comments.
Concerning rule by public subsidy addicts, Aristotle observed: When a democracy is dominated by lower classes {like Progressive Democrats} the rich are taxed to provide funds for the poor. The poor receive it and again want the same supply, like pouring water into a sieve; when either the rich {Republican Establishment} get the better of the poor, or the poor {Progressive Democrats} of the rich neither of them will establish a free state. 5. Disaster relief should be separate budget item for social services.
6. Social Security and Medicare should over one to two generations be funded into tax exempt savings accounts with both programs returning to “safety net” for its investors.
7. “Gay” relationships can be structured by civil contracts. People can live as they choose as long as they harm no one but themselves. Constitution does not allow any individual, group, organization, ethnic group, or race to use government to dilute other peoples’ religious principles to “legitimize” minority’s individual or social conduct (example gay marriages).
8. Most problems threatening America by evil among us in U.S. can be solved by enforcing constitutional law. Examples Big Brother’s spying; and porous border resulting in millions of violent and property crimes against American citizens and legal residents by illegal immigrants.
9. After above processes effect common folks immediate “pocket book” needs; Levin’s more structural amendments might be considered. Problem with addressing structural changes first, is time frame dangers from immediate threats. Volunteers at Alamo in San Antonio did not waste time planning a spring garden when they had less than weeks to live.

Feds Charge Texas Man With Hate Crime in 'Knockout Game' Attack

Eric Holder's Justice Department has charged a white suburban Houston man with a federal hate crime for sucker-punching a 79-year-old black man in a "knockout game," a violent trend that has been sweeping the nation.
“The plan is to see if I were to hit a black person, would this be nationally televised?” Conrad Barrett, 27, allegedly said in a cell phone call that was recorded, the Houston Chronicle reported Thursday, citing court documents.
The sick game is played when one or more youths decide to knock down a stranger, preferably with one punch, as they pass by. The event often is recorded so the proof can be posted on the Internet.
It's the first time the Obama administration has taken action on the distressing trend, The Washington Times reported, although unlike most reported "knockout" cases, in this instance the accused is white and the victim black.
Many of the victims in news accounts have been white and their assailants black, but hate-crimes charges have been rare, The Washington Times reported.
