Marshall Law Dateline – America’s first civil war players were mostly from “North and South”; America’s second civil war players will be divided between patriots and traitors to U.S. Constitution.

Definition of treason can be act of betrayal like violating sacred oath to constitution. Treason can be defined by inciting words or personal actions.

Why does one need to recognize traitors; reader who does not know answer, has no need to keep reading this writing exercise.

Article III Section 3 of U.S. Constitution states:
Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted. (end excerpt)

Traitors’ actions can be additionally prosecuted as war crimes; like those prosecuted in Nuremberg Trials for the purpose of bringing Nazi war criminals to justice.

Second issue involves domestic war criminal traitors not having due process rights during time frame traitors, suspended constitutional rule.

Traitors’ allies can be prosecuted as accessories to traitor’s treasons and war crimes. These allies can be classified into at least three categories: spies, collaborators, and sympathizers.

Any citizen can be tempted to evolve into a traitor. Three examples: Judas, Brutus, and Benedict Arnold. Contemporary examples involve Obama allies identified as Obama Republicans (RINOs) masquerading as conservatives in public while acting as traitors behind closed doors.

Does not matter which of following rationalizations Obama Republicans use to “explain away” their acts of betrayal?

2. cowardice
3. greed
4. vanity
5. revenge
6. hate
7. or other reasons reader can list.

Reader should never forget following excerpt from President Washington’s Farewell Address: the Constitution which at any time exists, till changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people, is sacredly obligatory upon all. Undeniable inalienable truth: Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrats Like Obama who change or act outside of America’s Constitution without “explicit and authentic act of the whole people”, are acting like traitors.

Same verdicts apply to Obama Republicans who condone Obama’s treasons with their silence; plus Supreme Court Justices issuing “activists” decisions apart from Constitution as written.

Other example of extra-constitutional illegal acts include; treason by negligence which is still treason. Case in point: threatening both national security and domestic tranquility by supporting porous America’s Southern border which has allowed estimated twenty million illegal immigrants who commit estimated twenty percent to thirty percent of all crimes on American soil. Bottom line illegal immigrants not allowed on American soil would not be committing crimes against Americans on American soil.

Reader can list all extra-legal constitutional crimes Obama and his Administration, with silence condoning support from Obama Republicans have committed against Americans and Heaven’s favorite due process constitutional republic with its ethical capitalist economic system.

All Obama’s previous unconstitutional actions including Obama Care will dwarf what Obama’s “perfect crisis” will do to America and Americans’ future. Obama has referred to his pending “perfect storm” crisis as “economic shutdown”.

Reference what Obama reportedly recently said: U.S. President Barack Obama on Thursday said the U.S. economic shutdown that results from default would be dramatically worse if Congress cannot raise the debt ceiling later this month.

Obama made the remarks at a construction company in Rockville, Maryland, ramping up pressure on Republicans to make compromise, as the fight over the government shutdown quickly moved to a showdown over lifting the debt ceiling. (End Obama’s own words)

Reader needs to understand that Obama is trying to provoke civil unrest so he can declare “public emergency” or some other police state justifying phrase. Why, to justify Obama using his eighty plus federal agencies (each with their own SWAT teams including Department of Education) to “transform” America into Obama’s very own Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat police state. TRUE or FALSE

Easy assignment question, news media organizations and journalists which propagandize for Obama are accessories to treason. TRUE or FALSE

Next assignment question: Does citizen apathy which tolerates rule by or for government traitors make the citizens apathetic accessories to treason TRUE or FALSE

Bonus question, will Texans who like Obama’s tyrannies love Obama’s ideological twin, Wendy Davis, who is running as Marxist-fascist Progressive Democrat for governor of Texas. YES or NO

Still another bonus question: Principled constitutional patriots cannot be racists; anyone who puts race or ethnic background before constitutional integrity is both a racist and an accessory to treason. (Observation not a question)

Example, white persons or persons of any color who voted for Obama because Obama is “half black” are both “half racists” and half traitors”. TRUE or FALSE

Clue: traitors to America’s Constitution never were, are not now, and never will be patriots. Tricky part of above question, can individuals become just half racists or half traitors?

One timeless truth that will create enemies: public subsidy addicts are not likely to voluntarily walk away from their “freebies” and return to making honest livings as ethical capitalists.
